This is the actual example of why the Kmart is closing in all country. Bad quality of the product in general. I came here to get some underware clothes and the sox were only in big size and all with bad quality. Similar situation with the pants. Everything with a elevated price by the quality. I got dome stuff and went to the check out there was only one person in the queue and the cashier toke all her time to check this customer, speaking about personal life and forgetting my presence. Only one cashier in the store and after few minutes the customer was to pick another item from the store. I leave everything just there and go to never return again at any other Kmart in the world. The store was disorganized. Thank you for your attention I drove 13 miles to go at Walmart in other town and I received the correct attention for a customer.

Only place I can find athletic warm up sweat pants with pockets, cut/style I like, have elastic around ankles and drawstring/elastic waist. These are classic style and unbelievably difficult to find anywhere else. Thank you Kmart!

I went to this Kmart at 10:00 am, found the items I needed, and found that every cash register was closed. Every single one. Not an employee in sight. I went to the customer service desk and waited 15 minutes. Not one employee ever came to the front of the store.Eventually, I went walking around the store looking for an employee. When I finally found someone stocking a shelf, I called out “excuse me” and she immediately turned and hustler away down an aisle out of view, as if she didn’t hear me, and straight back into the “employees only” area.I had to just set down my items and leave. This is the worst store I have ever seen. Employees can’t be bothered to do their jobs. Don’t waste your time going here, you won’t be able to purchase your items anyway.

We stopped in last week on our way to New Mexico. Wow!! Such a nice store!! So very clean, WELL STOCKED, and super friendly staff!!!! Enjoyed every aspect of this store! We miss our Kmarts here in Arkansas. Hope this one stays open forever. We shall shop there again when we pass through!! Thank you Kmarts in Clinton, Oklahoma, for making our shopping experience a pleasant one!

I love the rewards program. I will pay a little extra for an item knowing I am getting rewards in return. I am always getting free stuff for being a VIP member. Service kind of stinks though.

The ladies here are so sweet and very helpful.😊its too bad business is Ran by A Wall Street lunatic, who is nothing more than a hedge fund quack. Im so sorry to see Kmart go down like it is I love the clothing at Kmart it lasts so much longer than Walmart. I hate shopping at Walmart😓

I dont know what has happened to our KMart but it sure isnt the same :(. All the shelves are pretty much half full and whats is on most shelves is filled with off brands Ive never seen before. Really disappoints me to try and shop there now 😔.

What can I say. Poor Kmart, they have a poor selection, high prices and low quality. No wonder they have fallen so much. Whats bad about this location is that the staff can unfriendly and unhelpful. They will stand around and talk to customers and each other, instead of working.

Friendly staff, womens clothing is great, multiple styles and colors. Easy to find any item that Im looking for, if unable to find something the staff is quick to help locate it with you.

I purchased a pair of shoes here that were defective (glued on sole started coming off within a week). I paid $29.99 for the shoes and wanted to exchange them for a different pair. After haggling and a bunch of mumbo jumbo about sales and clearance, they agreed to give me a store credit of $3.24! I will never shop here again and now drive to Weatherford to go to Walmart (because they stand behind their products 100%). They also do not have an annual going out of business sale to stay in business.

Spacious store with plenty of items for just about any need, had very friendly employees.

Good selection. However, the checkout line is extremely slow. I spent 15 minutes behind one person.

Large retail chain in Clinton for general products. They do seem to keep everythinh well stocked and organized. Have had some negative experencies at this location, but where else are you going to get TP. Once stood at line with light on five minutes the line behind me also had a light on and no one showed up. Got frustrated went to customer service after a min someone walk out of clothes and told me I should have said something. I was accused of attempting to stealing here as well becuase I had opened a drink I had not yet paid for, but it takes me longer to check out here then any other store of course I want to get everything I need then pay.

Do not belive in there BOGO sales signs are put in front of products that arent even for sale on the BOGO state law says they have to honner the sale as the BOGO claims buy one get one free but the manager was very rude and was basically yelling at us so we left and took our business else were and will not be back.

Kmart has seen better days,however its still a decent store. Getting checked out & out of the store can prove to be an effort in frustration.

I do not like kmart at all layaway sucks people are not friendly or helpful at all i waited for 32 minuets till someone showed up at layaway dept. And no workers on the floor

1 person checking out. Prices are crazy high. You can get toilet paper (I was out and needed some!) here or go to the Dollar store a couple of blocks away and get it for $3 LESS! The employees are RUDE, SLOWM & LAZY!! The pharmacy is a joke and the customer service desk is an even bigger joke!! Hopefully you never need help with anything because your not going to get it!!

The Clinton Ok kmart store needs to shut down it sucks, they dont have what you need, and they are not willing to help you, and their prices are not that great, I am not the only one that feels this way.

The store was hot and only half of the light bulbs on making it dark In the store

Prices are too high. They have sale signs on products that are not on sale, its dirty and a lot of the workers are rude. Not a friendly place.

Its Kmart, not much to say, corporate policy, no exchanges on their stuff even with their sales tag still attached. Only thing I really like is Craftsman tools
