A vast selection with courteous staff and the prices are very reasonable.

They have reset the lay-out of the store. Also, the selection of hair I think you will agree is very vast and interesting. Dont sleep on this Lil store back in the cut. They have serious inventory to choose from.

Had to track down someone to help me find what I was looking for, but once I was able to find an employee, she was very knowledgeable, patient and everything else went smoothly and I was overall happy with my purchase and pleasantly surprised at how decently reasonable and inexpensive everything was priced! Definitely better than buying online where you cant see the hair and dont know exactly what youre getting. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this store to others.

I just went here yesterday for the first time. And while the store has a huge affordable selection of products, I encountered the same cheap/shady business practices mentioned by other reviewers.Things started well. I was greeted and offered assistance by the black employee stocking shelves. I found exactly what I was looking for. When it came time to check-out, I had to wait behind a woman returning an eyeliner with a receipt. She tried multiple times to explain that the product she had purchased was dried out, expired, and faulty. The clerk either did not understand or did not care.When it was my turn I placed my 4 items on the counter (3 sets of foam rollers and a headband). I watched the screen display the items and prices, and noticed there was an additional item labelled tattoo. I pointed it out and said what is this tattoo item? She said yes that is correct price. I said No, I did not purchase tattoo anything. She gets huffy and says No. Foam roller, foam roller, foam roller, headband. Is correct price. I say Three foam rollers, a headband, and tattoo. I did not purchase any product called tattoo. Take it off. At this point a line has formed behind me and people are chuckling. We continue to go back and forth for several minutes as I put my finger on the screen to indicate the item I did not purchase. Then, she takes every item out of my bag and names them individually, You see, foam roller, foam roller, foam roller, headband? I say And what about the tattoo item you charged me for? There are 4 items in the bag, and 5 on the screen. Finally she understands, and with the push of 1 button delete the extra charge.Damn girl, 5 minutes of arguing to try to cheat your customer out of $2 with a bogus charge?

It is highly recommended as the best beauty supply in Clinton. A variety of products are always stocked and all of the staff are kind, so I always go shopping.I dont belive in bad reviews. When I shopping at other beauty supplies, there were cases of rough expression among the staffs, so I had a very unpleasant experience while shopping.However, its nice to be able to shop at Clinton Super Beauty at all times with a comfortable mind, and its great that all the staff always greet me kindly and guide me carefully.I like this place.

Today is 10/11/2020. I have not visited this place yet however I will be going today because its pretty close to me distance wise. I read the reviews and decided, despite the negative reviews I saw regarding their customer service, Im going to visit anyways.After my visit, Im going to come back on here and update my review. I went to the front counter to ask the guy and as he was about to help, the young lady came and assisted me. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for and she took me there and found it for me. She did not point in the direction of where it is, she took me straight to it. I also need assistance with another product. I asked several questions and each time she responded without and attitude nor did she show signs of irritation Shes was friendly and helpful. I had absolutely no issues with their customer service and they were stocked with everything I needed and wanted. The prices were also reasonable.

The beauty supply store had everything I wanted but the customer service was horrible. The cashier snatched the product from my hands when I was laying the products on the counter. There was no reason for that type of behavior because we did not have any problems while in the store. I will not be going back!!!

They have a large selection of wigs however they have absolutely horrible customer service! The way in which the owner spoke to me, when I only asked for a different color wig was unbelievable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANY POC hoping for quality service in a black community- horrible Koreans service - only support blck

This store, in my opinion, has a larger collection of hair pieces/extensions. Prices are typical for what youll see at a beauty supply however, from time to time they do offer great deals that cant be beat. The employees are very attentive and ensure your needs are met. The store is also clean and well stocked. I can always find what Im looking for, which makes this store my top choice.

This store DOES NOT cater to the intended community. The manager is terrible and borderline disrespectful. The sales rep did not put all of my items in my bag on yesterday and i called to let them know on their answering machine last night. Came back to let them know and the manager disputed me up and down about telling her the types of beads i left and how she could not give me the beads until she checked her stock, because nobody said that the beads where left I don’t have to lie about a $3.00 pack of beads. I will not support a store who treats African Americans a Certain way especially when we are the ones patronizing the business. I explained how i left a message she tells me we don’t check messages. What Lady I will get in my car and drive an hour before i ever go back into this store. This lady has no respect for the African American consumer. Do your research.

Stay away and I am telling my family and friends the same. There were 2 ladies (Asian workers) at register when I purchased 2 wig caps. While in the back getting the wigs I was going to try on, one Asian female kept circling and acting like she was picking up and cleaning and saying “you have to purchase wig cap to try on wigs” and “can only try on 5” she kept saying this, I told her your were up front when I purchased the wigs caps and told her to ask the other worker who rang me up, (Who is also Asian) she didn’t and kept saying the same thing, then I ask to speak to the manager, well low and behold, this RUDE lady is the manager! Since I didn’t get to try on wigs I ask for my $1 back then they want to talk in there language which I didn’t care, which I had to take out of her hand my $1 (yes I got my $1 back, they wasn’t getting none of my money again/ever) That day she lost a major purchase. Us being African Americans/Black we go to these Asian who don’t RESPECT us and we keep going. Not saying all are Bad but when you encounter a problem at one of there stores, you need to write a review and pass the word to stay away.After leaving this place went to another Beauty supply and the service is great, and speaking to another customer while in the other beauty supply they had a problem with the same Super Beauty in Clinton Md. they said they haven’t been back since.Note to this rude Manager “ No weapons form against me shall prosper “
