I wish I could give them 10 stars! I took my car in last month, thinking I needed 4 new tires. They sold me 2 tires and told me the other 2 were still good!Yesterday I took my car back in, needing brakes. About an hour later they called and said my brakes are just fine with about 60% of their life left! They blew brake dust out and sent me on my way. They didnt even charge for the inspection!Super impressed with their honesty and Ill be back for sure!! Thank you!

Do no go here unless you look up the tires you want beforehand. I ordered some tires through them and looked them up online later, to find out they were charging me almost $50 more per tire than big o tires or a number of other shops. I also needed new tpms sensors that they quoted me for $80 each and I found them on three different sites for $20-30 each.

Just went in there to check my brakes ended up replacing my lower control arms And then after they replaced them was told I needed upper control arms for them to fully aligned my vehicle, instead of telling me that off the bat, then on top off all that I told them my car was just tinted, and to pass the word on. only to get back to my car with the window down! They do not communicate very well and in return my vehicle in not perfectly aligned and I need to replace the tint I got YESTERDAY. Would recommend hitting up the roy location if your taking your vehicle to a les schwuab

These guys are not here because they make money. They are here because they like helping people with their cars! Koby helped me diagnose a leaking tire and worn struts. He handled my car with obvious care and attentiveness. After patiently and enthusiastically entertaining my ignorant questions Koby informed me on what he saw. He got to the point and left out the sales pitch. This visit cost me absolutely nothing, but I assure you when I need work next Ill go straight here. Its refreshing to know that these guys would rather do it CORRECTLY than QUICKLY(Not saying Koby was slow by any means)!

I have always been a big fan of Les Schwab but this location goes above and beyond. I have taken multiple vehicles here now starting with my Tundra that a dealership told me needed new brakes. I was fully prepared to buy new brake pads but they inspected it and told me the dealership tried to upsell me (not the first time at that dealership) and my brakes in fact still had quite a bit of life left. Customer made right there.A special shout out goes to Reece, one of the service techs there. I pulled up about 20 minutes to closing and although he was trying to finish up a project he took the time to run over, politely greet me, and proceeded to spend the next few minutes doing everything he can to pump up my Ford dually tires that are a huge pain to access the valve stems. I could tell it was frustrating but he never showed it and got it done. I wanted to tip him but he politely refused. So I hope this review can help some as Reece, and the rest of this Les Schwab, definitely deserve it.

So they get an extra star because theyre typically friendly and the facility is nice and clean. But these guys have stripped at least 2 lug bolts on my car and then said Id need to pay to drill it out (I went home and bought a bolt extractor and got it out by myself both times). They also charge very high prices for fairly basic parts. They wanted almost $700 to do a single wheel bearing. I bought 2 and did it myself for half that price.

Had an appointment for 9am booked it on Thursday before. Came a little early. Sorry dont see your name. Its ok lets go through the information again. No problem. Ok got it its going to be a minimum of an hour to an hour half wait before we can get it in to put new tires on. :( Glad I made an appointment ahead so I could accomplish all of the things I had to do today. Taking my business somewhere else.

Came in with a slow leak. Parked told I was waiting. Got up and looked out 45 min in see 2 empty bays and 4 guys working on one car.Yeah my repair is free to me but im just as important as the other customers. And they wonder why long time customers like me go somewhere else for service!!!!!

Wife got a flat on her way home from work. In called the shop the next morning (Saturday) and asked if they had a muy appointments. They said bring it in and we’ll get it taken care of. They did! They also took the time to balance, rotate, and inspect a noise I had been hearing. Too notch service!

I started coming to this particular location back in January 2020. I purchased a lift from them, however, the lift has had some issues that is a manufacturer problem, NOT Les Schwab. I have been so impressed by the level of commitment, professionalism, patience, and genuine value they have of me and other customers that as long as I live in this area, I will continue going to this location. I would like to give a very special shout-out to Chris and Richard. The way they lead their teams by example is absolutely amazing and a rare thing you see in today’s world. I tend to ask alot of questions, I guess I am a nervous buyer. I have been a very satisfied customer over and over at the Clinton Les Schwab. They have taken the time to answer all of my questions to me satisfaction every time. Thank you for all your help.

Went in for a passenger side pitman arm fix and an alignment. Alignment seems to be fine and so does the pitman arm. But they cut my metal inner fender on the drivers side...!?!? When confronted he told me they needed to cut into it to get to some bolts for the pitman arm. When I told them that they didnt do that side, he gave me an excuse that they needed to form the alignment.... Wack... When I told him that the alignment had been done a number of times with out cutting the inner fender and that the drivers side pitman arm was replaced a few years back with out being cut, he seemed puzzled and didnt know what to say. I told him what I thought happened, which was it was a Friday evening, a tech was Inna rush and instead of doing his job correctly, decided to take a short cut. Found out he was doing the wrong side and hurried to do the other. He replied with something along the lines of, Well we usually just cut these inner fenders flush instead of leaving it messy and usually we do stuff like this all the time and customers never question it. You must be one of the smart ones.. Ill never use LesSchwab for anything again after that statement. They replaced the inner fender for me which I am greatful for. Mistakes happen and can be fixed, but to openly call most of your customers dumb for not noticing damage you caused intentionally to their vehicle? I dont like that.

I purchased a new-to-me vehicle and over the weekend my tire started going flat. I went into Les Schwab and they did an air check on all of my tires as well as a visual inspection. They filled my tires correctly and sent me on my way. The next day, I was again losing air in that same tire. When I took it back in, they got me in for an appointment to check the tire and discovered there was a small screw that had punctured it. Without delay or hesitation, they took my car in, fixed/patched the tire at no charge to me, and again sent me on my way. Its holding up great. Would highly recommend this location.

Got a flat tire on my way to work. Dropped my car off there without an appointment or anything. I asked them to fix my flat and change my oil and Id come back later, since I had to get to work. They called later to let me know my car was done and ready.

The Clinton store is absolutely amazing. They always take great care of me and my car. Customer service is outstanding and the employees go above and beyond. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The commercials are true - they helped me fix a flat after hours which saved my day. I always get my wiper blades from them. Ive gotten rubber floor mats designed for my car which have saved me countless times with my kids. Theyre always available to top off the air in my tires. And I even get solid tires for my childrens bikes and jogging stroller there so I dont have to worry about getting flats with all of the thorns around here. Love this store!

They do good work, but slow. First in line for a flat and rotation. Took an hour and a half. Many cars came and left before mine was done.

I went to Les Schwab with one used tire I needed put on. Ryan looked at it and decided it was good enough to put on. Later he came to me explaining that while it was a good tire, they had a used one there that matched my other tire and was in better shape than the used one I brought in. He gave me a great deal on it. Ryan went above and beyond in helping me out. I have been to Les Schwab several times over the past year. They are always very helpful. Ill never go to any Les Schwab location after this experience. Worse case scenario could have ended in death. (Yes, it sounds dramatic, but its true.)We were planning a vacation through some canyons, but my moms brakes were grinding occasionally so we stopped in for the famous pre-trip safety checks. They said it would be 45 min before they could get us in. That was fine.About an hour and a half later, they called us up and said everything was fine. We asked if they were sure because we could hear super loud grinding. The guy told us the brakes were just fine. He said they were 4/32 and they dont recommend changing until 2/32 so they would last a while longer as long as we didnt slam on the brakes.Its been 2 weeks and the grinding has not gone away so we took it to a local shop, Pearson Auto. We did not give them any background to keep it unbiased. Within half an hour, they called us to say the brakes were metal on metal and we would need both brakes and rotors.If we had listened to Les Schwab and not gotten a second opinion, the brakes could have seized up and caused any number of serious problems. What if the brakes went out or seized while we were driving a canyon and we ended up flying off the edge? Wed all be dead and no one would be the wiser all because of bad advice from this awful chain. Never again.Ive already told all my friends and family to avoid this company and Ill be telling the same to everyone I meet.

Weve had them do a courteous tire pressure check before a long road trip and they did not seem annoyed or put back by it.However, as is expected with anywhere, they do make a profit on changing brakes, shocks, struts, etc. So I change my own brakes for less than half their price. Like I said, thats nothing unheard of, but it would be nicer if their rates were a little lower.

Until today, we have never had a major issue. But thank you today for ruining the last family camping trip of the year! We received our vehicle more broken than when we brought it in. It was brought back immediately, worked on and given back to us still not fixed. Now it has to be brought back tomorrow morning to be worked on tomorrow morning. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of care that their error has caused.

Been coming to this location for over 5 years. Outside of the Layton store this is by far one of the best in the area. Service is reasonable along with pricing. Staff have been most helpful and will be upfront as to time requirements for the vehicle service. As with many service stores its first come first serve, but most of our needs have been addressed same business day.

Best service ever. These guys know their stuff, always take you out to see the actual service issues they observe so you can visualize yourself. And best of all they work with you and help prioritize your repairs, for people like me that dont have a ton of extra fines. And safety is always at the top of their list. This location is the best at what they do.

Im not very familiar with cars and my break pedal felt weird to me so I came here to get my brakes checked out a few days ago. I pulled up and was greeted as soon as I pulled in by Andrew. He asked me important things that kind of went over my head but explained it fairly well. He got me in quickly and was able to take me out to look at my brakes. Instead of what I was dreading, He told me that my brakes were completely fine and that beyond all the work he couldnt find anything wrong. This surprised me that he only asked if I wanted a quote on brakes but wouldnt want to sell me something I didnt need. Outstanding work I would not expect anywhere has just earned you a new customer. Dropping my son off for a play date I walked out of his friends house to a completely flat tire. My husband out of town, no one around but us clueless moms who do not want to figure out how to change a tire...I called my insurance for my road side assistance info. HA! JOKE! They literally told me I was on my own. I Googled tires, Les Schwab in Clinton popped up. I called them. Coming out to me to change my tire would have cost me literally half of what it would have been to tow my car to them AND it only took them 25 minutes to get to me from the time I called...a tow truck would have taken an hour to two! AND...because of my type of tire, they couldnt fix it right there....so the guy patched the tire and filled it, I followed him back to Les Schwab in Clinton...where they put on a new tire and didnt even charge me for coming out!!! AWESOME SERVICE. Friendly. Respectful. Courteous. Professional. The whole ordeal was less than 1 hour. They have my business from now on!!!

I answered the survey on their website badly because I was told by Jimmy that I couldnt be on the shop floor because other customers would see me while there was clearly another customer standing out there as well. I was getting a quote on wheels because they had bad bends. Andrew Torres did an excellent job with my car and rotated and balanced and recommended wheels that would best fit what I needed and the survey I took in no way was directed to him but directed at Jimmy. Andrew called me the next day to see if anything was wrong because of it and I feel terrible for not giving him the credit he deserves.

They have told me several things were wrong with my vehicle & wanted me to pay thousands, so I took it for a second option and it was a cheap fix less then $100 rather then the $1600 they quoted me, glad I went elsewhere, the free popcorn was the best thing about this place.

I have never had a problem at this Les Schwab location. The service is outstanding, and they will do everything they can to take care of you and your issue. Competitive pricing and a great warranty. Also, Jared is the nicest and most helpful person in the history of customer service.

I’m very satisfied with the guys at this location. The handle my fleet problems with my semis and they also handled my pickup truck. I got what I wanted just by talking to them over the phone and dropping the truck off. And when they had an issue they called and handled the problem. I recommend them.

Brought my jeep in Wednesday afternoon and they told me they would have it done by end of day. That didnt happen they then told me they would have the parts overnighted and be done Friday and again that didnt happen. Then they told me they were going to take off $100 offy bill I payed over the phone and I looked at my bill and I got charged full price I will never go to them again.

This was a really nice place to go. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The service wasnt very fast, but it was fair for a car maintenance place. I would recommend it.

The only reason I write this review is because they need to get their timing straight. If they say 20 minutes until they can get you in, it should be remotely close to 20 minutes. Instead I waited almost 2 hours. This isnt the 1st time either. I came a few months prior for a 15 minute job they would start in an hour at 10 am and my vehicle was rolling out at 5:30 pm. Get your stuff straight guys. At least the work got done, hence the reason it wasnt only a 1 star review. Wont be going back to this location.

I came in at 5:10 for a rotation for my tires, the guy tells me they are not taking anymore cars to service today, yes the bays were full and maybe two or three cars waiting to go in but I dont mind waiting, never have, I never had this problem at the les schwab off of main street in layton, its been times there where I came in with 10 mins left til closing and they took care of me really quick. Wont be going to this store again.
