Did have quad roller skates but not many size choices, luckily they did have one pair that fit my daughter. Was able to pick up protective gear also. Could use some more adult sizes though.

Guys helping in the morning right as they opened were great. Chipper and happy to help. We were looking for some decent darts could only find there.

Went in to get some shoes found a couple of pairs customer service was good could have been just a little better..

The attendant over the shoes section is the real MVP thus guy juggled my numerous requests for sneakers in different sizes and that of 3 other customers at the same time! Poor guy was running back and forth but he got us all attended to and earned the sale of two pairs of new balance shoes! Seriously this guy should be the manager of that store because everyone else seemed to just be standing around and sooting the breese... I even tried to ask one of them to help me out and they directed me to Mr MVP! Honestly if not for him this may have been a negative review so please promote this kid!

Good products had my second choice of what I was looking for

As football season is starting their football cleat selection was very sparse. The workers there even said that they have mentioned to their managers that they need more of a selection early June as football conditioning starts. Especially carrying cleats in wide. We havent ever struggled so much getting cleats for my son as we did this year.

Went looking for wrestling gear, cuz wrestling is on...yes only one parent can watch him in a meet right now, because of covid, but I wish there were more items for us to choose from for this sport. They usually have good discounts, but I just wanted to get him his gear without paying less. Drove 20 mins to another store and same disappointment. Ended up at a bigger competitor.

WOW ! Pretty sure everyone in this store is brain dead. Not the first but most certainly the last time we will walk into this store. Very unfortunate because it is close and the prices are pretty good. Customer Service is at an all time low. Ask for a product-employee #1 wasnt sure, employee #2 said he did not think they carried it for quite some time. THE PRODUCT WAS RIGHT OVER HIS SHOULDER. TERRIBLE, ALL SHOULD BE FIRED. We called and asked for adult life jackets. We were told there were two. We drove the 15 minutes to get there and they were on hold for someone else and refused to sell them to us. Why would you not tell me they are on hold and not ask us if we wanted to have them put on hold? Poor customer service. Will not return.

Price on ski clothing is really reasonable and service from staff is incredible. Why pay hundreds for ski clothing that may or may not fit next year. Great for children stuff as they destroy it anyway.

I needed some cleats for my daughter. I called and asked if they had any in her size. The employee quickly found 3 options for me. She held them aside for me. I was able to run in and get what I needed. I am so grateful for her help! I waited until the last minute and she really helped me out. Thanks!

We bought wrestling shoes here, two years in a row. Good overall selection, prices are fair, and they have a military discount! Quality of stuff here is mixed, but its great for families who need a sports thing.

Staff have always been helpful. This visit was no different. Was able to find a pair of shoes. Will continue to shop there as store is almost always in good and orderly condition compared to some of the stores in the area who sale sporting goods and sporting wear.

High prices compared to others

Very nice store. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is a smaller store, but they have a large variety of sports equipment in stock. If you need something that they dont have, they can get items that are not in stock. Prices are competitive with other sporting goods stores.

Would have liked a bigger workout gear area. But still a good trip, got a better idea of what to get.

Big 5 is always a reliable place for sports tape but it seems like the dont have a very big selection of sports products for adults. Everytime I go for equipment, its usually only youth equipment that they have.

Came in to find my husband decent basketball shoes. He has large feet for being 6ft 4in tall. The manager was very friendly and pulled the kargest sizes from the back that he had. During the shoe fitting, the manager always cam back to check on him. He found a great shoe for a great and affordable price! Very friendly. We will go here again for our sporting good needs.

Brikelle was so helpful and patient as I tried on nearly a dozen pairs of shoes. We ended up buying two pairs of shoes that fit my odd shaped feet and new custom-made orthodics. Thanks Big 5 for a wonderful deal and great customer service.

Big 5 in Clinton almost never has what is on the ad. 4 out of the last 5 times we have gone here, we end up driving out to Ogden to get what we need. Now we just skip the trip and go straight to Ogden Big 5.

Kinda expensive

Their stuff is expensive and make sure that they check out the correct price. I bought a headlamp with 2 price tags- the sale price was $16.99 but I was still charged the full price of $19.99. I was already home and opened the hard to open plastic packaging when I saw in the receipt I was overcharged. Just didn’t want the hassle to get the sale price but be aware...they also give military discounts but the cashier didn’t offer, it was also after we checked out when we saw the sign which was not visible that they give military discounts.
