GET VACCINES ELSEWHEREI followed the protocol, scheduled my appointment, arrived EARLY, then waited 20 min only to be told they are ignoring their online system, so no vaccines after 5pm (?!). Most of us work and need to have services AFTER 5PM. An absolute waste of time with NO apology, NO acknowledgement of disregarding their OWN CVS company policy, and ZERO effort to offer an alternative appointment. I am glad that we ALL have better options available to get our FLU SHOT this Fall. I would not return to this CVS on Branch Ave. for any products or services. I would not recommend this business to others.
The older lady with the side ponytail at the “drop off” was extremely rude to the lady that was ahead of me then she was rude to me. She act like she don’t like her job or something. The pharmacist that gave me my flu shot was really sweet. Wish she could teach her other counterparts how to speak to customers.
The customer service here is terrible, this is by far the worst run pharmacy I’ve ever encountered. They give you the wrong medicine, they charge you for medication by mistake, the staff is clueless about what to do in situations where they have made a mistake. This pharmacy is horribly managed, hope they get their stuff together.
Had an ear infection but the pharmacy didnt have the prescription on Friday said I had to wait till Monday. Now its Monday and they ordered eye drops for my ears. CVS has the WORST PHARMACY. They are only good for covid testing.
I honestly HATE the pharmacy here. Never can you ever just come in, get your medicine, and go. There’s always a hold up for some reason and you always end up having to wait atleast 25-35 minutes because they move incredibly slow. Even if you’ve gotten a text saying that your prescription is ready you have to wait. On top of that my mom gets prescriptions here and a lot of times she can’t even get her medicine because they’ll say it needs to be approved by her doctor even though her doctor told her they sent it in. At this point it is beyond ridiculous and extremely frustrating. Save yourself the time & just go somewhere else!
This cvs is horrible because I called to have my prescription filled last night and they told me they closed at 10 instead of 12. So I told them to cancel the transfer but they didn’t and she hung up on me. So my pharmacy is trying to get my prescription back and they been on the phone for over an hour. They are disgrace to cvs.
Attention CVS Managers and regional managers, its time to clean house. They are rude, dont answer the phones and when they do, they sit the phone down and never come back. I had an ear infections and they took over 2 days to get it and never called me. This is standard medicine and should be kept in house. By the time they fill my prescriptions, I will already be healed and wont need it.
This is without a doubt the worst run pharmacy I’ve ever walked into, no one knows anything about anything. Pharmacy actually accused me of having not being at right store when all paperwork showed. She looked further and finally found prescription. No organization whatsoever. Terrible attitude towards customers .
I used to work for CVS Pharmacy about 25 years ago and I can remember how customer service was a major priority, I have no clue on what has happened but the customer service in the Pharmacy is in shambles. While I was on the phone with a young lady she was eating and swearing at or with another employee (very unprofessional) she also acted as if I was bothering her like my medication didnt matter. This was a total let down from CVS for, I plan on going to Walgreens across the street.
If Ms Teresa is not the manager she needs to be soon. She is an absolute delight. I have encountered her on several occasions usually in passing but today I had an entire interaction with her and she is absolutely amazing!
Worst CVS ever The store manager is disrespectful towards all the woman and the store the pharmacy department all of them have attitude I waited three hours for my child’s medicine who is an infant the and the pharmacist was rude she kept hanging up on me and I’m trying to refill my prescription I came back today and still having same issue I call to make complain yet nothing has been done this sad because my med are control they couldn’t transfer it
The most rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I work in a doctors office, and a patient needed a prescription asap. I called to leave the prescription with the pharmacy staff today. The automated system hung up on me the first time I called. The second time, someone picked up and then immediately hung up as soon as I said, Im calling in a prescription for one of our patients. The third time, I finally reached a woman. I told her the same thing, that Im calling in a prescription for a patient, and immediately she said, You could have left a voicemail. I informed her that I would have, but since Id tried calling several times already, I wasnt sure if their voicemail would work. She said, Several times? We just opened! I said Yes, exactly. Then she proceeded to tell me that I need to leave a voicemail going forward rather than speaking to the pharmacy staff to call in a prescription because they give flu shots in the morning and do not have time to take every call. She was incredibly rude and kept talking over me when I tried giving her the prescription information. To any patient out there, I highly recommend going somewhere else. Their phone service is unacceptable, and they clearly do not care about giving speedy service for necessary medications. Wish I could give zero stars.
Worst cvs in Maryland. Medicine wasnt ready when the say it would be, and I ask for a manager after waiting for another hour and him look run down and couldnt donothing to help
Dirtiest CVS I have ever been to in my life. Mold all over the ceilings!! Wowww
Excellent service from Theresa! She was able to walk me through the photo process with ease and confirm I’d be able to get my project done today. Thanks for your Amazing Service Theresa! 5 Stars!
Personal bought chilled/cold items in merchandise refrigerator. No restocking needed merchandise items
No one EVER answers the phone!!
Sorry without offending anyone, but it bothers me that there are people who ask for respect when they dont have it ... It took me a whole day to get my mothers medicine after a heart attack and it takes me a whole day to give it to me at CVS and even the person who attends is rude they must be different to serve the customer because they see me Hispanic they want to try to humiliate me and treat me rude when I am very respectful that is why I react badly against them not all brunettes are bad because I know some good ones but they really think they are more than one.
Hours of operation is never correct, no one answers phone calls.
I read the reviews before I decided to change to this pharmacy and I dont know why they got these reviews.Ive had nothing but good/great interactions with the customer service, pharmacist, techs on call. So, I dont understand.I just order my medicines through the mobile app and just wait until I get notification when they are ready. Now, I will say that it would be great if there was a pickup line if its a mobile order, that would make things go a lot faster and smoother. Bit overall, no complaints here
I experienced great customer service and I felt welcomed. Since I was visiting they have us GREAT suggestions.
They are very rude here. Someone needs to inform the imbeciles that work here that if a Doctor prescribed it, 99% of the time it is an important necessity. I called, someone picked up and immediately hung up. So I called back and I was on the phone waiting for someone to pick up for over ten minutes. No one did. I called back maybe 20 minutes later, same result.
I have been waiting on a prescription since last Thursday. Was told it had to be ordered. Its Thursday a week later, no prescription, I was told another store had it so why not contact that store and have it sent to Clinton, customer service here is not good. I been in store three times to pick it up, and they just say Im sorry its out of stock. Were is the training.
NOT 24 hours!Update your hours online. I see a constant stream of people including elderly walk up to these closed doors at night.
The signs say 24 hours, but they apparently update their hours without updating their web research and their sign marketing. It’s a huge inconvenience, considering you drove to the store following their online hours.
Incapable of answering the telephone, apparently.
Exceptional customer Service! I dont usually deal with this particular location but I appreciated the Quality of Services in the pharmacy.
The pharmacy is a joke! They never have anything that your doctor writes for pain. Everytime I have ever went to this location they always say its on order or we dont carry it. Whats the use of being a pharmacy if you dont carry at least majority of medication.
The worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. Rude staff. Even more rude pharmacists. Lazy work ethic, didnt follow through with the doctor about not understanding the handwriting on a prescription and refused to give me back the paper so I could go elsewhere. Ive been hung up on, and they always seem to be out of stock. I HAVE to deal with them occasionally due to them being the only 24 hour pharmacy in the area but can not stand going there. Its always at least an hour to two wait even if theres no one else there. Store is filthy. Just avoid it unless you have to. If I have the gas, I will drive 17 miles to waldorf to avoid this store.
Poor poor poor customer service. When I arrived to pick up my prescription, which I was told over the phone was ready for pick up, the pharmacist gave me the wrong medication. After I told the pharmacist it was wrong, he says they are unable to fill my prescription because its not in stock. So he sent me to Silver Hill CVS because supposedly they had my correct prescription in stock. As I pulled up to the Silver Hill location, the Clinton CVS pharmacist called and said to come back to Clinton because they just realized that they actually did have my prescription in stock and in fact the Silver Hill location did not. Unacceptable on so many levels!!!
Worst customer service! The lady up front did not greet nor say thank you, she called me up and looked at me what?! I said to her am picking up and she just starred at me?! And at the end I said thank you she did not respond back, what a horrible customer service! I will definitely STOP going to this pharmacy, lll switch to Walgreens hopefully theyll have a better customer service!
YOU CALL THE PHARMACY AND IT SAYS PLEASE HOLD, ONLY FOR SOMEONE TO COME ON AND SAY HOW MAY I HELP YOU? JUST FOR THEM TO PUT YOU BACK ON HOLD. YOU MIGHT AS WELL KEPT ME ON HOLD, HANDLED WHAT YOU NEEDED TO HANDLE, AND THEN COME ON WHEN YOUR ACTUALLY ABLE TO HELP ME. ITS TO EARLY FOR YALL NOT TO HAVE IT TOGETHER BY NOW. YOU DONT WANNA HELP PEOPLE WITH THEIR SCRIPTS...NEWS FLASH, FIND ANOTHER JOB. PEOPLE ARE SICK AND NEED THEIR MEDICINE.
The pharmacy at this particular cvs is the worst experience I ever had trying to drop off a prescription. Very unorganized. I waited in the drop off line for 20 minutes with no one in line and got totally ignored. The pharmacy personnel working this particular morning were straight clowns 🤡
I am never one to complain. I’m very nonchalant about things. If something isn’t quite right then I keep my feelings to myself unless it’s very important that I speak up and express my disappointment. And today was just that. I visit this CVS in Clinton every now and then and decided to go get some things. The cashier was VERY RUDE, and she wasn’t hiding it either. I walked up to her and asked for her to open one of the locked cases so I can retrieve something please... yes, I say please and and thank you all the time. Do you know this cashier rolled her eyes and then walked to the case, unlocked it, I took item out and I still said thank you to her even if she didn’t deserve my politeness. I then went up to her when I was ready to pay. She was helping another customer and she was talkative and friendly to him. When I walked up to her, her facial expression changed again. She rings up all my items, I pay, I even donated a $1 for a cause on the screen that asked for donations. She put my receipt on the counter and walked away. This lady couldn’t even hand me my receipt nor hand me my bag of items. She doesn’t even say “thank you for your donation” Her name is Shamecka, and she either needs more training or maybe I slept with her BF and I don’t know.(lol) But this was blatantly disrespectful of her.
I call this cvs and they never answer, went straight to the music... Left me on hold for almost thirty minutes... Hung up and call back and was on hold for another 10 minutes... So unprofessional.... Went in there the other day and one young lady in phamacey was back there talking loud and lol like she was out side some where... 02:23/2020 here we go again on the phone about 30 minutes, went straight to the music nobody never pick up,, so I hung up and the same thing, still holding on... They are so rude and unprofessional... The least you can do is pick and say something... Now they just hung the phone... This is ridiculous and need to be reported ... 🤦♀️ They are the worst Cvs I’ve come in contact with.09/ 16 / 2021… Well, do all the CVS have poor customer services… I tried the one on ad Allowtown rd same thing… Back at Clinton CVS because that where the doctor call it in…This is terrible, Been on hold again going on 30 minutes… No one has answered the phone yet SMH Just don’t want to go if it’s not ready.
SLOW and inconsiderate. One of cashiers mentioned the costs of the prescriptions more than one time. I think its rude to assume that anyone is unable to pay for required medication. I waited for over an hour for one item to be filled and there were only 3 people in line. Unacceptable and management need to audit the process.
Not my usual CVS but was a pleasant experience. Well laid out and stocked. Had everything I was looking for and friendly staff.
I hate CVS pharmacies. No matter where they are, they act like the are doing you a favor by filling/refilling your prescriptions. They dont seem to realize that if the didnt have the customers needing pharmacy services, why would their services be needed. I go to Walgreens who, now have inherited some old CVS pharmacy personnel.
It would be lovely if the pharmacists gave a damn but they dont. This pharmacy would be very convenient if the people working there would do their jobs. This is the only pharmacy Ive ever been in where they dont even offer to order your meds. We dont carry that...next! Very frustrating.
Such a bad service! My sons prescription was sent 24 hours ago and still not ready!! It’s not the first time that this happened and most of the times I get a call saying that the prescription is ready and I still have to wait for another 40-45mins at the pharmacy!! Such a bad organization with the staff and customer service....
I havent had a problem with this CVS until yesterday, an employee in the pharmacy drop-off section(Samantha)decided to yell out, Dont you have Medicaid. She mentioned my Medicaid coverage about 3 times very loud while the store was crowded and the lines were long, as to embarrass me for having Medicaid. I have MS(but dont look it)so I was super disrespected by this. Then I was in the end directed to come back because I left my insurance card in my purse. I came back today and caught attitude from someone else doing the same insurance processing. Im taking my prescriptions out of this pharmacy(they need a drive thru anyway.)
I work in the medical field. I know how things can get crazy busy. For this reason I am a pretty easy going customer/patient. The attitude this pharmacist gave was unnecessary. He was prob frustrated with being completely understaffed but thats what happens in a 24 hr pharmacy at night. Cant really get around that. Anyway, when the prescription I was picking up want covered by the insurance he gave me attitude about it and simply moved on to another customer. This was after it supposedly hadnt been called in but he later found it. I patiently waited behind other people who showed up way after me cause again I know how it can get. When it was finally my turn again he says now what question do you have? Its not covered and nothing is going to change that. I politely asked if paying out of pocket wasnt an option. He said it was and proceeded to find out the cost. I dont mind waiting, I dont mind starting alkyl over in line again I just think it could have been resolved at the first visit to the counter if he would have offered the out of pocket option. But he didnt. He brushed me off. An hour later Im on my way out.
I used to use this CVS Pharmacy at the Clinton, MD location. This Pharmacy is so lacking in courtesy, professionalism, respect for the customer. I was so fed up with this CVS Pharmacy, I transferred my prescriptions to Walgreens. I even called CVS Corporate Office in February 2018 and filed a complaint.
CVS Pharmacy is unprofessional, tried to call in to get my refills for all.my prescriptions and one was deleted out of the system by a employee on accident. When speaking to the female (Elizabeth) over the phone about the situation not once did I get a apology for the mistake. I had to go all the way to CVS to show the box as proof which is pretty ridiculous. When I got to the actual store I dealt with Elizabeth again who was very rude.. The customer behind me also agreed. Usually dont leave reviews but I felt the need to leave this one because I still cannot believe the NOBODY apologized for this crazy mistake.
Gave one star because I couldn’t give it any less, it wasn’t an option. Waited 45 minutes for assistance, was told to sit and wait and they never even took the time to look for my stuff, until I reminded her I was still there. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
Service is slow and horrible and they NEVER have any prescriptions that i need the pharmacy line is always extra long and they never have more than 2 people on staff. I hate cvs
This pharmacy is HORRIBLE! I never do reviews but I need for everyone to understand that this pharmacy is unprofessional & needs ALOT more training.I went there on 2 different occasions with my sons prescriptions ready to get them filled & EVERYTIME I did so, they gave me a hard time. I was told that my sons insurance doesnt cover the medicine. Mind you I get the same medicine from CVS in Waldorf on Technology Way! I only come to the pharmacy because its 24 hours! But I swear Im never going back! The managers are JUST as considered as the other workers! Save yourself the headache & go to CVS on Silver Hill Road or Rite Aid in Suitland!
Every time I go to this CVS Pharmacy, there is an extended wait. I went to the counter to pick up my medicine (3:00 pm) and was told it would be 15 minutes until my prescription would be ready (I called at 12:00 pm and they stated it was ready for pickup). After waiting 20 minutes, I went back to the counter only to be told it was going to take another 15 minutes!?! WTH!!!
Been trying to get the pharmacy on the phone for 2 hours all I get is thank you calling cvs pharmacy please hold...damn if u got time to pick up and say that to me 3 or 4 times each time I call u got time to answer my damn questions.
This pharmacy is the Ultimate WORST. Do yourself a favor go to Walgreens or Rite Aid.. both are just across the street.
Great Pharmacy with good staff and Pharmacists on duty.
This is the worst pharmacy open in America. The pharamacist are rude, horrible customer service. They will tell you anything to get you out of their face. My prescriptions were sent over a hour ago they said come in 30 mins I gave them a hour and I get to the pharmacy then they want you to wait another 30 min to an hour. Every single time you come to this pharmacy its always somthing l. Who working there really know what they are doing. They do not work as a team and thats apparent. It utterly rediculous. This pharmacy should be shut down. It would be great if they could get workers who actually knew how to do the job and had good customer service. Its also extremely slow all the time .
Worset customer phone Pick up service. Take the longest time on the phone. Sometimes no one there to answer or follow up.
Pathatic customer services, lack of knowledge by staff.. everytime pharmacist told me different stories. its being 5 days ma prescription is not ready and still they dont know when it would be! Finally decided to take prescription back.
Worst CVS ever. They never have more than one cashier at the front. The lines in the pharmacy are always backed up to the front of the store. Customer Service is terrible, they dont speak when you walk int he store and they act like they dont want to help the customers
I hate this store with a passion. My son has a traumatic brain injury and his Tricare was canceled due to his medical discharge. I have primary insurance but the copays are $55+ for each of the 20 meds he takes, hence Medicaid is supposed to pick up the rest. This store had the audacity to argue with the CVS pharmacist at the VA store I had to have my sons meds transferred from due to MD Medicaid. The tech in VA put in his medicaid insurance info while i was there. When i got here, they had no info. Then the pharmacist got in a fight with me telling me it wasnt going to be covered. She finally did it and goes oh - looks like they did cover it. I dont know how that happened. These people have the laziest attitudes ever. Our primary insurance allows us to get a 90 day supply in a CVS store for half the mail order copay and it clearly states it on the card. The pharmacist argued with my husband for 45 minutes that it wasnt possible and that type of insurance didnt exist and kept sending him to the back of the line. He was on the phone with the CVS pharmacy when he made it back up front and they confirmed with the tech that it was true. Then they threw all his meds around, one of which has a $200 copay and is a liquid. He now just has me fill them in VA at the 24 hour store by Fairfax Hospital where they have everything, including the narcotic pain meds I take. I swear they never order any at this store. In summary if you can make it to Waldorf go to one of their stores or the Walgreens or Rite Aid across the street. Theyre helpful and pleasant and clean in the store unlike this one.
Long wait for flu shot. Only one waiting for shot but long line for prescription pick up.
Terrible customer service at the pharmacy
The worst pharmacy ever!!!! Poor service, slow, rude.
The pharmacy is ridiculous. I am planning transferring out. I send a prescription in and it does not get filled for a week citing the drug was not available but no call to let me know.
Never have meds in stock ever!!! Bunch of s^it
They have terrible service. I cant even call in. Because their phone just keeps ringing until it hangs up. Avoid this pharmacy at ALL COSTS.
The absolute worst.....never answers the phone.
You will die before you get them to stop saying hello and actually speak to you.....try calling youll here hello for the next 30 seconds then a dial tone.
The store is OK...We tend to shop at the Walgreens up the street because this CVS sits in a terrible shopping center that is often dirty and people loiter around begging for money and just bothering you.
