Friendly service . Very painless shopping.

I bought a electric breaker to install a hot tub “Not cheap”put it into the box and the hot tub did not work,not a light one came on it .Hot tub did not work, took the breaker back out of the box unhooked it. Was never used asked LM To please refund my money the breaker was unused guy was very rude just simply told me no So I got ripped off by the guy that sold me the hot tub ripped off for the wire that I bought which was understandable they could not refund me,it was cut to fit.But the breaker was never used very disappointed that LM ripped me off too.

I needed some parts for a bathroom faucet and I had an idea of what to get but not really sure how to make it all work or what specifically I needed. L & M was very helpful and got me all of the parts I needed and explained how to put everything together very thoroughly. Very nice people and wonderful customer service. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I had looked around several other places for a water heater and everyone tried to sell me something different which didnt fit and wasnt what size I needed. As soon as I talked to the first person, they knew exactly what I needed and asked specifically for the sizes to make certain it would fit. When I arrived it was setting aside for me, they helped load up and everything was very easy. I highly recommend them.
