Friendly service. Little bit of everything.

They are very helpful with the paint colors thats what we went in for and they made us happy!!!

Business was good for my local Westlake Ace store on Wednesday--Several customers. I quickly found what I needed and headed to the checkout. A gentleman in front of me was buying several plumbing items. A missing barcode on one of them meant that everyone in line had to wait while an employee found the price and barcode number. This took a while. Then it was my turn to checkout. The same happened to me! An item was missing a barcode! This is a nice, neat, clean store, with friendly help, but both checkout accuracy and speed need attention.

Ordered grill online,arrived in store,assembled and pick up within a week. Paint mixing and colors spot-on. Pet supplies too. Every purchase has been exceptional!

Sometimes hard to find help but everyone is always friendly and helpful.

Found what I needed without much effort. Little short staffed at the registers, but patience is a virtue.

Very well stocked, friendly informative staff. This Spring I was happy to find the potted vegetable and herbs cheaper then there competitor

Its hard to rate this place. Ive been here and had good service and Ive had very rude service. they do have a good variety of lawn garden and home maintenance and repair items

We need brackets to set up a clothes hanger and the employee could not answer our questions. He replied I dont knowinsted of getting another associate.

Their prices arent the lowest in town, but the quality of their tools are probably the best in town.

Staff was very friendly as soon as I walked in the door and pointed me right to the items I was needing.

Tried to use curbside, ordered, paid. Never notified me that items were ready. Called the next day was told their computers don’t work right. Waited while it was pulled. Went to get it. Two phone calls and 40 minutes later it was delivered along with an angry vent about they were busy and I bothered them. Disappointed

Just got size 13 batteries here from Duracell. The back clearly states will fit all size 13 batteries. Thats a lie. They didnt fit.

When they see you, they will come and see if you need help.

One of the nice ladys that worked there helped us order the exact pool my 2 year old wanted. We were both very happy.

Overpriced. Rude employees . They seem burdened to help. None there I have met know of any kind of project. Although they can tell you which isle it should be in.

They have a little of everything & the staff not only went out of their way to see if we needed any help but knew exactly what aisle things were on! All we had to do was ask about any item & they would tell us what aisle it was on, where that aisle was located in the store & if we wanted/needed them to come with us to assist us. I was amazed!

Love this store. Staff is always so helpful. A gentleman with the last name of Zink I believe was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this store.
