We always love this store, even if its just to window shop. This time we got some really good deals. My friend however didnt. Sad news is that well have to go back again - which is never a bad thing. This trip though, they had some new patterns and new items - like an apron - that we had never seen before. So for us, Fall cant come soon enough.

Great deals. 70% off the entire store the day we went. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The store is a little small though so we were really packed in there. Not ideal for the covid time we are currently living in.

When they have a storewide double discount sale, you must go. My wife also used her birthday discount on top of the double discount and saved a pile of cash. Its the only way to buy Vera. Of course, getting it as a gift is great, too.

The prices, quality and selection are outstanding. Customer service is amazing. Love love this store.

There’s something distinctive about Vera Bradley designs. It’s just so unique than your everyday bags, dresses and accessories. The colors are so attractive and warm. I fell in love with their wallets and luggages. Vera Bradley is in a class of its own. I’m guessing their designs are handmade. The staffers are very friendly and polite. When they have a sale then the discounts are good. The store is always organized and clean. The staff are helpful and pleasant.

Supervisor and employee rude. Witnessed the supervisor shaking her head and standing with her arms crossed while she watched an African American customer shop. Shame on you. You work retail, probably time for your own reality check, honey.
