Jean always finds what I am looking for, and if it needs to be ordered, it is here the next day. I knew that lead comes in .5, .7, and 1.0 thicknesses (there could be more). Today I learned there are various levels of hardness of lead. I told her I used 1.0 lead because I press too hard and the .5 and .7 leads break. Today I bought a .5 B lead to see if that solves the problem. I am grateful for Jeans 30+ years of helping me select just the right product.
