I tried to save time by ordering through Klarna and have delivered to my home. First of all the delivery guy didn’t leave on my front porch and sent back to store nearby but I picked up curbside. Bed Bath and Beyond charged my card full amount and Lara did my first installment payment. Called both places Klarna and Bed Bath and Beyond they cannot resolve. So I guess they ripped me off by having my debit card numbers and I have to live with it! Worst customer service experience ever!!!

Theyve got bed, bath and stuff but can someone explain why they sell curtains separately? Like why? Who in their right mind is like, mmm yes, ONE curtain, EXACTLY what I need! ?At least the lady checking us out was patient with my supreme confusion as I ran back and forth through the store.

I was employee with them and loved it but the store manager sucked and was rude to customers and employees had a big turn over in store cause of him. Caused at you in front of customers and was rude to customers when ask questions. Had one older man ordered coffee came into get it and store manager didn’t pull it so customers wanted it off shelf was already paid for and Jeff said he couldn’t f..... do that had to pay for it again that the one he ordered online would maybe get credited back.And other employees stood around on cell phones watching til tok and texting, took longer then needed lunches or ate at the register while helping customers. But yet he did nothing to them I would call him up and all I heard is gots vet the f.... emails from customers up in front of customers.So you need a job don’t go to Bed Bath beyond while that store manager is present cause he is rude

They had the most wonderful Black and Decker toaster oven for sale. I have always wanted to try Air Frying. I really like that it only takes 12 minutes to air fry frozen french fries. Yes!!! Thank you Bed Bath and Beyond.

Went in to return an item that was defective off our registry manager Justin was very helpful but cashier that was supposed to help us was only helpful in calling up a manager and was texting and on his phone right in front of us to the point I had to ask that he put his phone away so he could observe how to better help customers in the future. Again Justin was super helpful and we are happy with the transaction overall

Amazing! I walked in like, 5 minutes before closing. I knew what I wanted, I just didnt know where it was. All the employees greeted me very nicely and pointed me in the correct direction! Most places I would expect them to be annoyed or feel rushed. Here I did not! Though I did hurry, but because I knew they were about to close and I was late being somewhere already.

Store was pretty empty, are they closing?

The store is so dirty, from the executive level for sure. Placed my order direct from the manufactures that supply you. We can cancel your store, just like you try and cancel people based on political views. Stay in your lane and just be a retailer. The sooner corporate America figures that out the better off you will be.

So, they dont tell you the beyond part is actually a wormhole in the back room that enter connects with every other store in the multiverse. I spent like two months just wondering from one reality to the next. That being said they should really take a note from their interdimensional cousins and put in a Starbucks! I mean seriously slipping through time and space is thirsty work!

Like so many retail stores, they are not able to stock their shelves with products people are looking for.

I always liked this place because theyve got a lot of good stuff, but it seems like when I go there, looking for something in particular, they dont have the size that I needed, like the bed size for the mattress pad I needed. And then it almost seems as though they make the price is slightly higher, to account for the coupons that they give out regularly. Since I dont do the coupon thing, I think that Im paying more than I should for most stuff.

This is a unique store with a vast inventory of items. Expect to pay slightly more for some items, but it generally comes with higher quality. I recommend shopping here if your looking for special gifts. They also have an excellent clearance item section. They need to work on straighten up their products on the shelves better. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Parking lot is very small and congested. The staff I talked too had limited knowledge of products and couldnt give me a good opinion.

Very disappointed with Bed Bath and Beyond. I have always been a loyal customer but after my recent experience, I’m not sure how much more I’ll be shopping here. I placed an order for a rug over two weeks ago and after it still had not arrived 11 days after the estimated arrival date, I tried to reach out. It was not easy. I called a customer service number and waited on hold for 30 minutes before it automatically disconnected me. I then called again and waited on hold for 40 minutes before speaking with a customer service rep who told me my order was out of stock now and would not be shipped. All they could offer was to refund the initial amount onto a giftcard, and a 20% off coupon which I already have on all of my orders due to paying a yearly fee to be a rewards member. If I hadn’t called I don’t know how much longer id be waiting for my order to get delivered, completely unaware of the status.

Go-to store for wedding presents and housewares. They usually have a big selection of Back-to-College dorm room stuff too. More variety here than Target in home organization and higher quality products than Targets cookware. Popular for wedding registries. Closer to downtown than The Container Store. 5 Stars!

The only store that is left in the Des Moines Metro area, so it is usually busy. Reasoning for the 4 star review is because they just rearranged and re-did the store, which it needed. But it is harder to find what you might be looking for now than it used to be before. Still a good store, but it will take some getting used too.

Favorite place to shop.

They have almost anything you would want for your kitchen including many styles of place settings and silverware and in towels, sheets, blankets, quilts, bedspreads, etc. plus a lot of other stuff too. High quality, but a bit pricey unless you have one or more of their coupons. Some areas of the store have almost overpowering perfumed odors, especially where they sell scented cleaning soaps, mops,etc.

I really enjoy this store! Most of my shopping time is spent on hunting or golf supplies. Hardware store when my wife wants stuff fixed. Usually after I broke it with the hunting or golf gear somehow.But this store is fascinating if for no other reason than that it is a testament to inventiveness. Where else can you go and find 54 ways to make coffee? My personal goal is to try all 54 ways before they start stocking number 55. Take your time here. They do stock a really good stainless steel cleaner. Bar keepers friend if I remember correctly.

This is the usual to go gadget shop when you need to waste time and blow money. Only thing wrong tonight was lower than normal inventory due to peak holiday sales but I cant blame anybody for that. The employees were friendly and helpful as usual and I walked out with my usual satchels of prizes! Be back soon!

Discontinuing to carry products because, you are trying to conform to a new political agenda, doesnt really make me ever shop at your brand again or any other brand you own. Maybe set political agenda aside and conform to customers needs.

The store looked fine, but the womens restroom was very dirty. Not sure when anyone had cleaned it. The toilets were disgusting..I will leave it at that.
