There was an initial, unavoidable conflict that left us in a panic. They called to apologize and explain what was going on. The owner & staff are truly AMAZING! The owner played a game of pool w/ my 3 1/2 yr. old son while I was shopping.Not only that but remembered his name a few wks later when we returned.I WILL NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR RECREATIONAL purchases.

They have a great selection of billiard equipment as well as dart equipment. Their prices are very competetive and the staff seemed knowledgeable and were also very polite.

I went in to purchase a jump/ break cue and a case. Rich was very helpful and willing to take time to give me some pointers. I was able to test out both cues in my price range before making a purchase.

Had my Billiard table re-setup. Scheduled an appointment. The guys came out. Set it up. Put it back together. Reclothed it and leveled it out in less than 75 minutes. Reasonably priced. Very happy with the service.

Wonderful service and the staff is super friendly! They helped me out with a cue tip problem. I had a tip redone at a different shop and it was done horribly. They showed me the new tip they were going to put on and did the work quickly and it came out perfect. The staff also game me some tips and training exercises for my game as well! These guys are awesome and I will be going back for sure! Thanks!

I bought darts ($50) 2 bags of tips ($3 a bag) and flights for the darts($3) the tips are a cheap plastic (even for darts tips) and break frequently the flights fell apart after 3 weeks and the end of the darts that hold the flights started to bend after 2 weeks this place is horrible waste of money

The guy who helped me was amazing. He reshaped the tip of my cue perfectly. Great people great service. I will be going back.

This is a great store to visit. The staff are very nice and we enjoyed looking around. I usually visit these folks for supplies for our pool table or any dart supplies.

I just stopped in to buy a new pool cue and received excellent service! Answered all my questions about which cue to would best suit me. Even ended up looking at pool tables and bar stools!

I really enjoyed this store. They have a great selection of pool tables and they are very attentive. Ive bought darts and a ping pong table top and have been very happy. Highly recommended.

I got a really nice pool cue custom at a really decent price at retail for my pool cue was originally 399 with Mark up at sauveur 400. Way over $400 and I got this one for 280 so Im very impressed nice service adjusted my weight on my cue images of a great experience I recommend to everyone

Ive purchased two pool tables and multiple other billiard products from Muellers. My total spend with them over r the last 20 years is probably close to $10,000. If they dont have it in the store chances are they have an item you want in their massive catalog. They could improve by having some on-site cue service rather than shipping cues to Lincoln NE.

Went in there to get new darts and flights. Was ignored. Tried to ask for help and the workers walked away from us. Wouldnt greet or help but we we left they said bye. If you dont want to help poeple with darts why have them. Was very disappointed and never going back.

I have been in this store two times for dart equipment. Each time, I get the dark haired old man clerk (not sure if hes the owner or what). Each time, he acts as though I am inconveniencing him by asking questions or asking where merchandise is. He is extremely unhelpful, condescending, and just makes it a terrible experience. I will not be returning to this store, and recommend that you do the same unless you want to be talked down to.Experience 1: He sat on the stool behind the counter during the entire visit and pointed to the general area where what I needed was. Acted as though my questions were the stupidest he had ever heard.Experience 2: Returning item. He was hanging something that took about 4 minutes. He made eye contact when I came in, and I stood at the counter while he hung item. Not so much as a Ill be with you shortly, just ignored me until he was done. Essentially called me a liar about a faulty product. Talked down to me as though I had no idea what I was talking about. Acted as though talking to him was a huge nuissance.DO NOT GIVE THIS STORE YOUR BUSINESS!
