Excellent selection of kitchen appliances - all the big brands on the main floor room, and bedroom furniture, in a second floor room....they are not only very knowledgeable but eager to assist you in choosing an appliance - yet, not hounding the customer...Not only do they start the sale they complete with coming to your home to service the appliance, for a fee. Great place to shop from...small town with big quality!

Needed a twin size mattress for my grandson.They had it stock not to bad of price.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences Ive had purchasing an appliance - ever. Some of the rudest business owners Ive ever run across. If youre counting on Scott to care if you have an issue after the sale, youre going to be sorely disappointed. Unfortunately, business like this are whats forcing us to go to big box stores.

Great choices and it was great to talk with people that know the business and the appliance. Delivered and all was great. It helped that the price was very competitive.

Bought fridge, within 2 days of delivery noticed it was defective, not cooling properly. Daugherty wanted to troubleshoot rather than exchange it. After a week of not having adequate cooling, they were still troubleshooting and I was supposed to be fine with it. They declined to exchange it for me, forcing me to finally demand refund. They said Id have to pay the whole delivery charge, I offered to pay half since they werent paying to replace my spoiled groceries. They now hit me with late fee on portion of delivery that I didnt charge back through credit card.. Fine Ill pay but they just lost a lot of future business from me and bought a lifetime of bad word-of-mouth advertising.

One star because I did not have an option for 0 stars Tearable experience with this company had a broken dryer technician came out to look at it did not fix the problem and still sent out a bill was lied to said it was my house wiring had a friend look at it had it fixed in about 20min now i have a working dryer and a bill from this place that could not figure out the problem in the first place would defiantly consider looking else wear before I delt with this place

They had the part in stock for my dryer sitting on the counter waiting when I arrived to pick it up. Thanks guys!

Service Department has had our washer for almost 2 weeks, each time I call to check on status, they cant find anything about it and I am given a different story. My husband was told a few days, then we were told a part was needed, then I was told they had not ordered the part as they had to ok it with us for cost and we were on a call list, even though the washer is only 2 years old and we are being told its the motor, which should be under the 10 year warranty. Today I was told the part was in, then she was not sure and could not guarantee we would have it back this week or when, then decided she was not even sure if the part was in and had to do more research... I would think being the 4th time I have called they would be familiar with me and/or our washer and make it a priority. Very disappointed in the service, the sales department was great., I would give the service dept. a minus 5 stars and sales a few stars...
