For a first time working with them, the experience was great. They made sure I understood all the forms and best of all, the guy actually came outside with me, a female, and looked and listened to what I needed to say like I was the most important person ever.

I went in for an estimate after my accident. After visiting another auto repair shop Abras estimate was really low and they were wanting to reuse damaged parts. Structural integrity is of utmost importance when getting repairs done and cheaper may not always be better. Id try them again in the future for comparison shopping.

This shop has the friendliest staff! They provided me with a loaner vehicle while my van was being repaired. The repair looks great and they even cleaned my van! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Abra is a recommend place to visit in case of a collision and Id highly recommend them due to their high precision and speedy assessments. They also recommended me to an auto shop in cloquet that also has been amazing at the work they do.

I got rear ended on a Thursday afternoon. They had my truck in the shop with a rental for me ready on Monday morning. I had other shops in the area give me estimates (didnt matter to me, the other guys insurance was paying the bill) Abra in Cloquet had the best customer service. Half of the Other shops told me without inspection my frame was bent and the other half said it was not bent. Abra was the only shop that said without a proper inspection they could not tell me. Boom. Earned my business right there. Polite friendly and professional. If I need body work or paint done again (I hope I dont cause that means I was in another wreck)they have my business.

Great place to bring your vehicle in to be fixed. I hit a tree that fell down in the road and had some damage to the front. They arranged everything for me.They were in constant contact with me updating me with the progress and were easy to deal with.Not only did they fix it fast and perfectly, they also cleaned the entire inside of my car! - very cool.

Had some warranty work done. They were very helpful. I needed a vehicle while mine was being fixed. They knew I had a toddler and made sure I had one of the newer loaners and got me my vehicle back as soon as they could. They even detailed it inside and out. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
