We had a flat tire and desperately needed a replacement. They didn’t have any available slots but made it work. They were extremely professional and very nice. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

I have been coming here for oil changes for years and have never had a problem. Always greeted with courtesy as well. Very convenient way to kill 2 birds with 1 stone after dropping off the car or truck for the service grab a shopping cart and finish up some shopping.

Probably the best prices on tires and service, bit beware, the service is very poor at best. Do your best to ask questions and make sure they installed everything correctly.

We came in a hour before close and they were very busy. We had 3 bad camper tires we needed to replace so we could bring it in to storage. Jenny completed the job on time and professional. Give this girl a raise!

Quick easy in and out the back door

Good luck getting a hold of this place on the phone. No one answers for half hour straight of calling. Asked to talk to a manager and was on hold again, with the same results!! If you want to talk to the reception person then your in luck, they answer every Time!! You can’t talk to anyone to complain so nothing changes!!!!!

Went in to get two new tires to replace the back tires. They took off a front tire (?) And claimed that two of the bolts were stripped and refused to put new tires on the back. The front tire they took off was last installed by walmart but they took no responsibility for the stripped bolts. Left with 3 lugs on the front and was told to go to a mecanic to fix . Yikes!!

Blew a tire on the side of the highway with four kids in the car. Staff was extremely friendly and had us back on the road within an hour.

Purchased a pair of Goodyear tires that were on sale at the time. Had them mounted and balanced took over an hour. Got told it was ready to go sitting outside. Paid the bill and walked out to vehicle expecting to see two new Goodyear tires on the rear. They put on douglas tires instead. A cheaper and a lot less thread warranty tire. I walked back in and was lucky enough to see the assistant store manager and let him know of the issue. Guy behind the counter tried to make me wait over another hour before my tires got changed....again.... ASM looked at him and said they just had my vehicle in the shop and put on the wrong tires and it needed to be fixed now if it wasnt for the ASM I would have had to wait or find someone higher up to get things straightened out faster. For the mistake and inconvenience they put a free oil change on my vehicle in the computer. All I will encourage is to make sure you got what you wanted and purchased.

Checked my oil 2 weeks after it was changed. The oil Was not changed. Oil filter was not changed and they claimed they didnt have our air filter in stock. I was warned about this and had to see it for myself. Learned my lesson

1.5 hour wait for an oil change for them to call me and tell me they couldnt change it because the oil plug was stripped. Brought it somewhere else the next day and it was changed no problem.

Takes about an hour to get in for an oil change with so many people lining up. They are understaffed that is the main issue. Sometimes somebody new fills the position and doesnt know what to do which also slows down everything considerably. Other than the one hour or so wait for service everything seems to go well.

Every single time I come in to have an oil change done they have a sign that states the auto department is booked for the rest of the night. Please try again tomorrow. They will not let you book an appointment for an oil change. The auto department is awfully understaffed in their garage.

Every time I go here for an oil change it is a 1.5hr wait and I am the first person in line. Terrible service and explanations on why things are taking so long.

Customer service at this auto center is atrocious! I was put on hold forever and when I called back they just picked up and set the phone down and never even answered. I’ll drive to Duluth, thank you!
