Very good small town service. Nice to have jewelry repaired at a small town locally owned business with fair pricing.

What I like about the place is it is local, family owned.I dropped a ring off to be sized smaller. The proprietor seems a bit under water. He could not readily find my ring but assured me he would get it done asap.Nice guy. But needs help getting organized.

If I could get a negative star, I would. After 2 months and repeated calls I retrieved my ring not repaired. It was a simple repair, but too many excuses about not getting it done. i cannot give a review on quality of work, but feel a job needs to be done in a timely manner.

First experience was wonderful very fast service and a fair price. Second experience went vastly over the said timeframes but made corrections for the issue to resolve it.

Slow, and when my ring gem got disconnected from something (minor) after having it for a day I had to pay for a new gem to be placed PLUS the ring... No refunds just being told that I work too much and thats why I broke it. 😕
