The service there was ok in the beginning but as far as not letting me know that I needed to have more work done to my car 🚗 before my insurance company did was very upsetting. I found out from my insurance company that I needed to have more work done and not from them. Which meant it was being totalled out. Wasnt very happy. I wasnt left with much of a choice

Things were stolen from the car while it was there and was told the work was going to be done in a week and ended up being a month later.

They gave time expectation and met this. We did not have to go back to get it refix. Did it right the first time. They are friendly. They accommodated extra services. Im really happy and recommend everyone to use them.

Awful place to go. Took my car to get it repaired just to leave with my tail lights messed up! Called to explain the problem just to be treated very poorly. I do not recommend this place. They are very unprofessional.

After originally being quoted two weeks for repairs to be done to my Subaru after a collision in the dreaded Clovis roundabout, Rembrandt’s completed everything within 48 hours! 48 hours! I was speechless. While that won’t happen for everyone, you can still rest assured that Rembrandt’s will deliver timely, high-quality service with everyone from Wendy working the front desk to Colin or the owner helping you every step of the way. 10 Stars out of 5!

With the recent hail damage I hear about a lot of people taking their cars here and they all have good things to say. There is a reason USAA recommends this place. If youre just googling reviews to see whether or not to take your car here, DO IT. These guys are professionals that care about their brand and quality of work, which is very rare to find these days. You wont regret it.

We had been attempting to get a chip in our window fixed. Every time we tried, their glass guy was out. Finally, my husband asked for an appointment and apparently they dont actually give you an official appointment for this type of thing because my husband was told just come in any time. My husband asked if 2 pm would work for the person and was told yes. He shows up and is told the glass guy is at lunch! Now Im not saying dont take a lunch, but maybe Rembrandt should make official appointments so customers are jacked around like we have been.

I had an accident to my hood, passenger side panel, lights, wheel alignment, no engine damage but a reservoir was busted and there was radiator fluid everywhere on the street. USAA recommended Rembrandt and at first I was weary just because I had never heard of them. Less than a month later I had my Mazda 6 back in perfect condition! They were very friendly and informed me of every update as my car progressed (the best call was when it went to paint!) I would absolutely recommend them to anybody... Mark Fellows and George (last name I dont remember) were very considerate of my situation and informed me of everything going on. USAA recommended a great body place that does great work. Thanks guys.

Poor quality... fly by night... charged for alighnment, bra protection, and forgot to add into estimate and kept it the same price.. just trying to make a buck... zip tied bmw z3 radiator in!?! If it wasnt for usaa this place would close down! Got charged twice for 500$ deductible DO NOT GO HERE GO TO APEX!! they order in cheap parts to make money but thats costing you time so they are using your time to make money?? Meanwhile there are many parts dealers nearby, interior of my brand new 6.7 powerstroke was covered in dirt... grease on my truck!... pros... paint was the right color panels were alighned well!

2 times in for damage repair, always fast and the work done was awesome, these people do nothing but impressive work. Top notch!
