Decided to stop in on my way through because I saw they had a new bronco I wasn’t planning on driving it but I got to. I just wanted to crawl through it and see what all the hoopla was I see on social media. I must say I’m very impressed it’s still not an EB but I give it a thumbs up! Tim Garner was not only polite and courteous he also answered a few of the questions that I had been wondering about what Ford was going to do.

Excellent Service. Needed a tire rotation and alignment done on our Ford Transit. Worked with Rick. We specified our special needs and they were happy to accommodate. They serviced us in around 2 hours. We ate at the McDonald’s nearby in the meantime, but a waiting room with refreshments was also available to us. Rick was up front with wait time and made us a priority as we were passing through town.

Was out of state, drove 1000 miles to buy a ford transit. The vehicle was supposed to be ready to go when we arrived. What we found was damaged interior panels(which the dealer did not fix), charging system failure on test drive and very poor detailing. I probably wont buy from this dealer again. Tech who fixed charging system fault damaged the fuse box under the hood, and left grease stain on ceiling.

We took our 2008 F 150 into there service department for a electrical problem with the lights. They found the problem and told us what it was going to cost and that when the new dash came in they would be able to fix it..part came in and we picked it up yesterday. And it cost $200.00 less than they said. And you cant tell that they did anything

These guys will snake deals right from under you. I had been approved for a vehicle paper work was done just needing a signature and all of the sudden someone had left a deposit with no paperwork and I wasnt able to complete the purchase. My sales man who was from another lot was very apologetic and some what embarrassed which I know it wasnt his fault. As for old Hamilton Ford they got a faulty system and obviously dont care about the customer and for Kyle over in finance not your fault bud but next time make sure the deal is solid before calling to verify information for the purchase!!!! The emails back and forth and getting paperwork together was just a complete waste of time!!! PURCHASE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Went to get a new truck and when asking normal questions the sales manager got upset as well as telling me he did not have to sell the truck to me. This was very rude and unprofessional, no one should have to deal with that for asking simple questions. After resolving this issue and buying the truck, it came to my attention that they have not paid off my trade in after 3 weeks resulting in a late payment on my credit. Learned my lesson and will go to Bender next time for sure.

Sales manager at this establishment was very unprofessional and rude. I went with a friend to assist her in purchasing a vehicle. When we asked about possibly getting the truck at the listed internet price, the sales manager got upset and stated that he didnt have to sell her the truck and that we could take our business to Lubbock. That was not very Cash Money of him.

Bought a new 2019 Ford F-150 from Richard Webster. Great truck, has the new 10 speed transmission which has been really awesome! I drove it 1,500 miles to North Carolina towing a boat and still averaged 22mpg at 70mp with that 10 speed, that’s impressive for a 5L 8 cylinder! Richard was awesome, helped me get a great deal on the truck and my trade in. He even made sure the side mirror that had a cracked housing piece was fixed before I had to leave for NC in less than a week! Personally I prefer Ford but even if you don’t, I definitely recommend you go and see Richard for your next vehicle.

Best dealership in Clovis.

Service was sincere & quick. Went to get a key & a fob programmed, paid over $200 for cheap piece of plastic, I found toys from Dollar General with better quality plastic. Ive been to other dealerships & paid half as much for far better quality fobs. I like Ford, some of equipment isnt the highest quality but I still wasnt expecting this. This shouldnt take away from the customer service which was above par. Just expected more.

We had a pick up in our possession switching out our personal items and the sales person called and said it had been sold and would we bring it back the 30 miles to the dealership. We had an appointment to sign papers within 2 hours. We have never been happy with the service at Hamilton and now we will definitely never use them for sales or service. We will be diligent about telling others of our experiences with Hamilton.

Only because I cant give e them a zero. I dropped my 2017 F150 off to check out a ticking noise. They determined it was the timing. I was told it would be about three days and around 1,000 dollars. Eight days and 1,700 dollars later I made it about 20 miles from the shop and warning lights came on and I had a loss of power. Back at the shop.....
