I had a tune up and battery check performed on my truck. Any time your vehicle is taken in for the first time to a mechanic for the first time you dont know tou are nervous. However the folks at No hassle were not only polite and professional they also added patience into the mix which helped tremendously. The conversations I had gave me confidence and I felt that I did get a fair price. I will go back and reccomend the work provided by these professionals.

Prompt, professional, and polite. When my check engine light came on they readily isolated the problem and explained it in terms I could understand. The cure was not worth the cost for a 20 year old car with less than 60,000 miles. Still, I find them to be reliable, trustworthy and honest. Thanks to Cliff, John and other mechanics involved.

They give a military discount. Theyre honest. I know very little about automotive repair and asked them to give me a second opinion about my cars breaks. The dealer said that I should replace them but this garage said that I had plenty of use left in the breaks. They could have easily said that I also needed breaks and tried to under bid the dealership. In my experiences with this garage I felt that they were honest and kept to their word. They get plenty of business because they do good work. The next time Im told I need major work done, Im definitely going to contact them. In short use this garage for excellent service and a fair (good) price.

I was skeptical because Im a female and know nothing about cars but they treat me with respect do a great job and the price is reasonable and like the name they do not hassle me in getting extra work done which is a big plus in my book. For general repair work, we have been taking our vehicles here for over 10 years. We have found the folks at No Hassle to be professional and knowledgeable, as well as honest. In short; the people are nice but have no idea what they are doing when it comes to any major auto repairs.Over a long weekend I had pulled the engine on my car to replace a timing chain (Ive done this twice on other vehicles before). I ended up running out of time and had the car towed over to No Hassle for what should have been a simple repair. This consisted of putting the timing cover and valve cover back on the engine and verifying the work I did was correct to their standards. What transpired was aprx ~$700 in labor only to have my engine leaking oil out of every part of the timing cover and valve cover.Bring the car back to have it fixed right and they ended up cracking the timing cover and breaking bolts off into my engine block. At this point it was obvious they were assuming how to fix the car rather than following Manufacturer engine specs. This is an instant indicator of a poor mechanic/shop. After a third try it wasnt leaking at the valve cover anymore, but now was pouring oil out the timing chain cover and oil pan (losing 1 quart every 300 miles). At this point I gave up and just did the repair myself, which took only three hours of my time.Sadly this was the most recommended shop in Clovis. If you need your car fixed save yourself the trouble and take it to Lubbock as the Dealerships and repair shops in Clovis continually prove they have no idea what Auto Repair entails.

Went in for an oil change and was out in 20 minutes! They always take that extra time to look over the car. Cliff and John and Ray are great.

We have been taking our vehicles to them for more than 25 years. They are good, honest folk with a great reputation here in Clovis. They do excellent work and stand behind their service. And if there is a repair they dont think they can handle, they dont mind letting you know so that your money is not wasted.
