DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU EXPECT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT+ DIGNITYIve been to this shop number of times. 1st with my pedal bike now with my electric bike. Pricing is inconsistent. Many times you have to ask several times for the price of service and merch. When I took my E bike in for its 1st ride inspection, merchant failed to give me my receipt and the manual to my bike. Had to wait almost a week for both. Often this bike shop is empty and merchant was able to do simple adjustments on the spot. Today was different. Not different because he was busy, but different because the people before me who were in the market for a bicycle saw me come in and instantly were attracted to my bike. Of course, Im going to share how much I love my E bike. Merchant had one ebike in his shop that was not quite comparable, but looked similar. Customer decided to keep looking. I gave customer information about my ebike and where to get it. I feel happy about that. Note to merchant: customers make their own decisions as to what they buy and who they buy from. Therefore, because of your stinky attitude, I will not have any further service in your shop. Additionally, as energetically as I share the information about my love from my ebike, I will do the same regarding my experiences in your shop.Similar review from GRANNY SMITH only seven months ago. As I review more reviews, This merchant has a lot of negative reviews from women. Maybe thats the issue.

I got my mountain bike here Dan was really helpful and let try out several bikes. They also have a good financing deal with 0% apr if paid off in 12 months. Some of the bikes are expensive but there’re not the cheap Walmart kind.Dan was very accommodating with a friend of mind who exchanged 3 times before finding the one he wanted. You can also get a quick tire/tube change!

Superb little bike shop. The owner operator is an expert on recumbent bikes & trikes, but carries standard two wheelers as well.

Great experience every time I come here. Dan (owner) went way beyond expectations when he stayed open a few more minutes when I called, then rather than doing the (small) repair the next day, he just took care of it while I waited. Now my son will get to use his bike when he goes to school on Monday. So cool! I would never have expected this level of service and doubt I would see it anywhere else in town. Thanks, Dan!!

I travel the country in a very complex demanding experimental solar tricycle. Ive been blessed by encountering some really courageous able bike shops. I have encountered none more helpful than Clovis bicycle. Dan and James are a courageous resourceful experienced serious adventuresome team. Clovis and Fresno are so lucky to have this shop.

This place is awful! I took my 5 yr. old princess bike to get a new tire while I was in town. I found this place online and decided to spend my money there due to the reviews. Big mistake. The tube he installed lasted 2 weeks even though he said it was sticker resistant and would last longer. For $20 and $10 labor, i did not expect to have my kids bike actually break when we got back to San Francisco. As my daughter started to ride her bike it began to be too stiff to pedal. Well, since my husband used to work on bikes in his native Panama, he knew this guy totally tightened the chain or some other thing he didnt have to and it broke off the barrings!! Now this barring is not sold all over Oakland/ Sf, so it has been impossible to fix. So I called these idiots and of course, took no blame and just said they would repair it when I was back in town. Im going back into town and would never let them touch any kids bike, since they dont know what the hell they are doing. My kids bike never had any issue until they removed the tire and messed with it. !! Plus they are not good w/ customer service:First I walk in, and I dont get greeted, with any hello or we will be right with you, take a seat...nothing. They just saw me standing w/ a 3 yr. old and 5 yr. old kids. ...there were 2 Mormon guys there getting their bikes fixed...after like 20 minutes STANDING... I realize they had some seats in the back and water (since it was summer time and burning up in August)...but IT WAS NEVER mentioned to me, since it was in the corner. So these idiots, finally ask me how can we Help...I say to this guy, my kid needs a new tube. So he asks me the most stupid question Do you want one that resists flats if you encounter those prickly stickers out in the country...so I said great, if it is a better tube that will last longer, great...so he charges me $20 for freakin tube and like $10 for putting the tube on. Waste of time and money. Go elsewhere

Even though Clovis Bicycle Company is new to the area, it has all the makings of the favorite bike shop(s) of your youth. No elitism here. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic about cycling. When I first moved to Clovis, they told me about all the best places to ride and helped me get hooked up with a local club. This shop encourages cycling enthusiasts to feel at home with comfy chairs and reading material, as well as friendly people who gladly will talk about bikes and riding with you all day. If you are new to cycling though, you neednt worry, the staff are happy to answer questions and explain things to you. They dont try to dazzle you with fancy nomenclature or manipulate you into new technologies. They just tell it like is. I like their down to earth approach, and Im willing to bet that you will too.

Dan is the man! I bought my 1st adult trike and am in love. No pressure to buy, was allowed to ride a terra trike in the shop. They sell themselves for sure. I bought a bike on consignment which saved me a ton of money. I was treated very nice and had all my questions answered. I will be telling everyone I meet where they can get great service at a good price! Customer service is such an important part of business; these guys have that in spades!

This is an excellent shop. The owners are friendly and the mechanics are very experienced. Unlike other bike shops that are cluttered with tons and tons of inventory that can often confuse and intimidate a buyer, Clovis Bicycle Company has just the right amount of top name brand inventory to provide you with great choices. The open floor plan is inviting, even with the mechanic area, which is very nice. The seating area for relaxing is a nice touch too! They are doing things there that is setting themselves apart from the typical bike shop. Keep up the great work!

Dan and James went above and beyond any expectations for my hybrid work bikes problems, and returned my life to normalcy in one day! I went in expecting a bill in the $150 range but was charged half of that. My crosstrail rides like it came off the showroom floor; albeit, I honestly dont remember that feeling from two years past. Great prices and service. If youre looking for a new bike, they have a great inventory for beginner, intermediate, and serious cyclists.

Family-oriented in so many ways. They are friendly, helpful and speak real English, not hard-core bike-speak. Youll feel comfortable and welcome, like you could just hang out and talk shop. Which I often do.

WOW! I went in just to fix a bike pedal. I was surprised at how helpful the level of service was with both these gentlemen who were there, Not only did they put the new pedals on without me having to ask, but they de-rusted my chain with some very fancy penetrating oil. I havent seen that level of service in many stores today, regardless of the product sold. I then asked them to show me some bikes. They include lifetime service on any bike they sell as well at no cost. Takes guts to open a store these days (I think they opened in Nov. 2012), but Im sure they will succeed. Anyone the least bit interested in bikes should definitely check out this place. Its located close to Starbucks in the Sierra Vista Mall.

Never have I dealt with this amount of un-professionalism. Tried to order a part for a Scott bicycle from them and their lack of urgency or care was downright rude. To the point of him telling me to just go get it from another Scott dealer. After making a call to Scott, I highly doubt that they will be carrying their brand anymore. I have been riding a bike all my life, and I honestly have no idea how these jerkoffs are even in business treating customers like this.
