If you have special needs kids this is not the place for you. We got no help because all the employees stood around looking at us . It could have been super easy but no just stand and look that helps .

Driven to every one in the area and the 11.5 size section is non existent. Not from the area but Ive never had this much trouble finding a pair of boots before...

What can I say its Boot Barn...I either have great luck or they hire great people or they have a great training program. But, Ive had nothing but great experiences at Boot Barns and this one is no exception. Friendly and helpful staff on the floor. Organized and clean. I love it...keep up the great work!

Boot barn is the Chick-fil-A of retail. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. This store has a bigger selection than most. If your looking for retail therapy this is the place to go.

Everything you need if you want boots. Very nice cowboy boots, mens and womens- even in hot pink! Sequins, beads, they have boots with fringe! They even have Ostrichskin boots.My favorites,alligator, or snake... you can get FUR boots! I was looking and couldnt find anything that I really liked until the guy helped me. He knew about a pair that was exactly what I wanted, and told me he would have bought that pair, he liked them so much. Sorry to take your faves, but their will be others for you dude. I am from out of town most likely not to return. But I love the boot barn!woo-hoo! I got new boots I love!

Cute purse & matching wallet! But the rhinestones continue to popp off my purse & the side of the leather handles are coming apart! Boo hoo! For purchasing such an expensive purse & wallet it should last you a good while (not come apart after a month). Im disappointed!

Large facility, well lit and well stocked, boots are arranged by size, but not by brand. I was looking for a western style sport coat; they had none. Nice selection of Pendletons and other western shirts. Plenty of jeans (mostly Wranglers), and work clothes & boots, fancy buckles and belts. Somewhat expensive -- I heard a women say to her husband, You need a new belt, and he responded, Yeah, but I dont need a $50 belt!. I thought, You got that right!

Just about the only place to buy a nice pair of work boots. The rest of the items there are decent quality but overpriced. The whole cowboy genre is too gimmicky for my personal liking. Feels too fake. The boots are nice though.

They are a bit pricey in here, but boot stores are usually a bit pricey. They have a great atmosphere and friendly staff. They also have quite a few boots to choose from, and have some steel toe options as well as water proof and a few other options too. We purchased a pair of steel toe tennis shoes and they have held up good so far

This place really caters to Western tastes with a wide selection of products. The workers could be more helpful, though, and it is a little pricey. Still, its a beautiful store

Location is very convenient to nearby department stores. I dont usually visit Boot Barn on a daily for my shopping expenses, but when I do get a chance to visit associates are more than super to help.Store is very dedicated to their boots, I can say. It is actually amazing to see the different selections of styles and types they have.When I visit, they are usually for my steel-toe work boots. And though steel-toes arent usually the most stylish type of footwear, Boot Barn actually surprises me.Overall great store, atmosphere and music, would definitely visit again!
