Dont waste your time!! I scheduled an appointment at the house we are buying. I had to clear it with current owners as they still live there plus plan it with the realtor. The appointment was confirmed 3 times!!! The day of the appointment we are there and waiting. No one shows up so I have to call them and they just said no one was assigned our appointment time. They didnt bother to call to let us know or bother to reschedule and didnt care that we had went to all the trouble in scheduling this. They had just confirmed with me the day before for the 3rd time.. 3 confirmations and they dont show up!! Unprofessional and rude!!

Poor service. You call the 877 number and get told one thing and then local office another. I was suppose to have my installation today anywhere from 8am-6pm. Call twice to confirm installation. Guess what no one is coming today Monday because contractor wasn’t told until Saturday and they are 4 hours away and has to pick up my tile when I was told my tile was going to be shipped to my home. HORRIBLE communication. NOW they don’t want to refund me 100% of my down payment for their own lack of communication between corporate and local office.

Terrible service and very unprofessional. They canceled first appointment two hours before the scheduled time. Second appointment was canceled and I wasnt even informed.

Never EVER do any work with Empire Today we had an appointment for them to come out and do measurements for our new house and they never showed up we called and they said they knew nothing about an appointment when two days ago they called to confirm and there customer service rep sucked and didnt care that they missed the appointment
