Was not looking forward to birthday shopping for my two young nieces but I was pleasantly surprised at ToysRUs as the staff was both helpful and polite, they helped me find just the right presents and even price-matched with the competition saving over $60.00 off their listed price. I very much recommend this store...

Great service and huge in-stock selection! I was desperate to find a specific toy at the very last minute. I called ahead to the store and the employee patiently took plenty of time to make sure they carried the precise model, confirm stock, pull the item, and hold it for me at customer service. When I could finally make it to the store, a different employee was at the Service Desk. She, too, was super friendly and had me out the door with the perfect gift in no time. ToysRUs saved the day.

My son absolutely loved this place! And so do I. We came here to get his birthday gift from the store. He felt extra special. Great customer service experience.

Great selection, although store feels updated. However, I must say my kids love going here versus Target. And its a great place to get a huge amount of options of toys versus a few aisles at other big box stores.

This place is now closed, it was a great store with plenty of toys, board games, video games, action figures, dolls, everything! They had such a nostalgic feeling for kids ever since they first opened and unfortunately they are now closed. It is a sad sad seeing the Toys R Us buildings being closed.

The store is neat and organized, the customer service is great and theres a good selection of toys to choose from. Of course, they are Toys R Us so they are a little more expensive than Walmart or Target, but they always have a lot more in stock. Really, 5 stars for the customer service only, the price is like a 2 star.

It is the best place to go for an amazing selection of toys. But prices seem a little high and the queues are terrible. Not only do you have multiple queues where you have to be punished for ending up in the slow lane but the queues are so ambiguous that a pig of a woman barged in ahead of people already waiting obviously in line for awhile just because she felt entitled to break the line into two lane so she would not have to wait her turn like an honest and civil person. Frys has a single line. I think Best Buy and Ross and Nordstrom Rack do also.

Very nice system. Everything is well placed and they do their best to keep it clean. But they need more space for carts and people.

Biggest is the lack of pricing on MANY items and things under wrong tags etc.. especially with the smaller/cheaper items. Stickers under $2.69 were rung up $3.49, thing I found in $1 bin was $3, etc.. just be sure to double check at the register, I didnt realize until I got home! Otherwise clean store, nice staff, easy returns all good stuff.

This is the best ToysRus that I have been to. The two managers that help me and Lindsay and Liz were incredible with their customer service. every time I ever go in there they take great care of me.

Always have all the new toys and hottest items instock. Great prices and sales. Awesome workers who are always friendly and willing to help out.

Toys-r-us holds a special place in my heart!! I still remember their jingle of Being A Toys-r-us Kid!! Into my adulthood I still feel this is the best toy store ever!! Prices are a little high, but their Sales can be great!! Im still a Toys-r-us Kid!!

Always lots of cool stuff. The checkout process is mostly the reason for 3 stars. Way too slow and usually only one or two people ringing up purchases.

There are all kinds of toys, easy access to gift bags. Customer service was wonderful. Not only did the guy tell which isle I was looking for, he also walked me to it.

Love this location! Customer Service and selection is number one at this location! I would not go any where else. Christmas is not an easy time of year for any retailer but I have always been treated great here!

All though the store maybe a little run down it is one of the originals entering the store youre always greeted always help When asked theyre always so eager to help will even walk you to the area of what youre looking for instead of just saying though youre go there went to find my granddaughters their birthday present as they are turning 1 and 3 wanted something that I could get that would last them and that they would enjoy was able to buy them a wagon and it being the very last one was tickled to 10 young nam that helped us was able to find it and in the young lady at the counter event hope just check out was just so wonderful and so sweet As a cancer patient I appreciate that extra step to make me feel like I am still a person I sometimes get confused and a little lost and they made it so I never felt uncomfortable never felt silly asking a question I was able to go out of the store was something that I know my grandchildren will enjoy for a very long time thank you so very much

I was surprised they had as much as they did considering theyre in liquidation mode. Got 3 toys for decent prices. They dont take gift cards anymore, though (bummer).

This store has always been a great place to take kids so they can run around and be a kid. Always a bit overpriced, but is a funhouse for the kids to see what the kids will like. Im sad to see it close.

It is sad to see one of the major toy retailers going under. Unfortunately the addiction that children now have to electronics whether it be cell phones game boys iPads are just staring blankly at the TV screen with a remote control in their hand for hours on end has caused the demise of several good major toy distributors. As far as this place is concerned the lack of truly discounted prices was pretty disappointing. The markdowns were very minimal at best even though there is still a great amount of inventory on their shelves. They are clearly trying to get the last few dollars out of their stores and they are in no hurry to generate last-minute Revenue by truly discounting their remaining inventory enough to make it actually worth while to help them and get every dollar and Penny out of what is still there. They may not want to rush the closing of their stores prior to Christmas but it is going to happen and if they truly want to leave the store empty of inventory they clearly need to reduce their price is enough to make it more worthwhile to shop there then just going to Walmart and picking up the same items for about the same price.

Toys r us! Where adults can be kids. Love taking my nephews, so they can see all the cool toys I can buy for myself...

Toys R Us as a whole needs a face lift. Its just looking old and run down. My kids still love going here but its not as good as it used to be.

Well its toys r us, staff are rude children, and there bathrooms are freaking disgusting and never have soap. Yuck this place needs help.This place is so disgusting! Like seriously Im so annoyed, because of the no soap issue, i ended up catching something and had a fever of over a 100.Dear management at this gross establishment, you do realize children come in and touch everything because theyre looking around and that most kids play and touch everything everywhere and dont often wash there hands because theyre so little. By not keeping soap in your restrooms you put your customers and staff at risk. I wonder how many other people caught the flu just from COMING HERE!Oh also the kids who work at the front counter always announce theyre closing like 20 minutes before closing time. Maybe check your clocks?

What can I say this where a kid can be a kid we play run after each other in the store take a break on rocking chair view so many toys awesome place and customer service is amazing

Nothing like it use to be when I was a child, outrageously priced. Employees didnt really know where anything was and no help. I went here with my mother in law and couldnt find anything!

Return policies suck. We bought my son a race track that consisted of that are all sold separately. You can only have 10 returns per calendars year. My songbird not like the race track and when we took it back they counted each component as a separate return therefore knocking out all of our returns in one fell swoop. My family lives far away and always shops at toys r us for our sons Christmas presents but I had to tell them not to this year because we wouldnt be able to return anything. Upper management was unwilling to help us. Very disappointed.

This place is very overprice than most department stores in Clovis. This place is a little run down, but it has a little more variety of toys than most stores, but are you willing to pay for it.
