Excellent service! Got my window repaired super quick. Great quality and professionalism. Price was affordable. Especially of how quick it was repaired.

Business was broken into around 4:00AM I found Robert online around 9AM and called his office. They gave me a rough estimate over the phone which was about $150 Cheaper than the other place I called. the door glass was replaced same day and I was back up and running before 2PM. 3 words described this company and Robert. Timely, Inexpensive, Quality. Its a good small business located here in Clovis. I will be coming back for any windows or door repairs I need in the future.

Only true 24/7 emergency board up, in our case immediate glass repair at 4am on Saturday morning. I would totally recommend their services.No other emergency board up companies answered their phones at 3:30am.

Everyone was awesome from the phone staff to the installation. We had a full front window taken out of our office and they match the tint and were able to do the installation without any inconvenience to our patients. An excellent service job and courteous and helpful throughout the process

Ive had some serious problems with a broken sliding glass door that everyone else I called either couldnt fix when they came out or werent even willing to come out to work on. Robert from Sierra Glass came out the same day I called and was able to get my door operational. Within the the next day Robert had the special parts needed to fully fix the door. Sierra Glass was very responsive, helpful, and fair with their price!

Have done business with Sierra for years, all of a sudden they’re very unresponsive and not professional! Prior to Covid-19 they had the BEST STAFF! Window installer, Leonard was fast, knowledgeable, and professional! Their office staff actually answered the phones! Now I call for a window replacement at the apartment complex I manage, keep in mind that they’ve worked as a vendor for the last 15 years at the property, so they know what sizes our window replacements are. If they answer, it’s a next day appointment. The next day comes and that turns into a 2 day journey to replace a window. Most times they don’t answer, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere! Gave them 1 star because I had to, if there were negative stars, it would have been negative 5!

We had the owner come to our home for a window replacement. He said he would get back to us with a quote. I have called the office over 8 times, sent texts and emails over the past 3 weeks and no one will respond. I referred them to my mom to call (before they came out and the turned out to be unresponsive) and they did the same thing to her! Shes waited weeks and no response. This company will waste your time.

I just used Sierra Glass to replace some windows and screens. It was easy to get in touch with Robert, and he was able to come out and provide a quote quickly.Install came about two weeks after quote was made, to allow for delivery of materials. The installer, Steve, was polite, worked quickly, and I was very happy with the end results.I can see clearly now my new windows are in! I recommend Robert and the team at Sierra glass.

Called on a Sunday morning and had the glass replaced by noon. Fast and amazing work.

Robert was quick to call me and arrive to get measurements. Havent heard from him since. He didnt seem to interested in the work. No quote. Also, he provided me the number for his brother to perform some additional work. I left two messages without a return call.

Never even had a chance to do business with them and Im glad I didnt. Robert, as everyone else has mentioned, failed to communicate or show up for 2 appointments. I understand having set backs or running behind but to fail to call your clients is unacceptable. First appointment he was 4 hours late before I had to call and reschedule, second time he was 2 hours late before I called to cancel. The only thing I got from them is excuses. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you enjoy bad customer service.

Too expensive for glass !!!

2 AM, Saturday morning. Phone call: alarm at business going off, the front door had been smashed. I tried 6 emergency glass places with, no answer, before Robert answered on the second ring. He was out to our place in about 45 minutes and fitted the door with brand new glass, on-sight! No board up. Fully fixed in about an hour and a half. And he thoroughly cleaned up all the broken glass. Could not have asked for better service!

I rarely give a negative review. In this case, I must. I made several appointments, most of which he failed to show up for. The first time we spoke, I explained to the owner that I had to pay staff to come in on thier off day to meet him, therefore I wanted to make sure that he was on time. However he never showed. I gave him grace thinking it was truly just miscommunication (which is what he claimed). The next time I went myself to meet him and this time he was hours late due to a dentist appointment.He provide a quote and ordered parts. He missed the next installation, at that time I let him know that I would go with another company. He complained that the parts were special order and could not be returned. So I ignorantly believed I was stuck. When he finally showed for the next appointment the parts did not fit. Even after his measurements. Thus, He decided to use a better option and give a 50 dollar discount for my trouble. This resulted in a faulty lock that I can not get him to come and repair. I finally decided to have the property managements contracted locksmith to take a look and I was told that I was grossly overcharged. They informed me that those parts should have cost no more than 20-30 dollars. I paid this company close to 4 hundred for this job thinking I had a speciality lock.After speaking with the owner of this company he stated that his competitors were looking to tarnish his good name and he offers a lifetime warranty on his work. He also promised to come back out. That was months ago and after more missed appointments, several calls to him and more promises to call me right back..my door remains botched. At this point, I refuse to allow him to return.

A rock went through the sliding glassdoor. We called Sierra Glass Co to replace it today. We thought due to it being good friday it would take awhile but Robert arrived in about 1 hr. Thanks for the quick response.

I contacted the number listed and made an appointment and he never showed up. I called him multiple times over one to three hours after he was supposed to show, but no answer. I called the next day and he denied seeing my missed calls and said he had no idea about the appointment we (him and I, over the phone), scheduled. So he said he would be there at 5:15pm that day and he never showed for that too. Multiple calls also went unanswered. Ill never be contacting them again.

The ad said open 24 hours & it was almost 5pm on a Saturday when I called trying to help my friend find somebody to fix her living room window. After I got the ball rolling I gave her the # to call and someone came out right away and measured and estimate & since it had to be ordered he covered the window with plastic etc.When all the other places were closing Sierra glass helped right away.

Just moved into a new house and had an accident, I called Sierra glass company and they pick up at 2:30 in the morning and came out the next day to replace it. There prices where great as well really like the customer Service they gave and brought when doing there work.

The worst ever. You make an appointment and he never shows up and doesnt even call to say he couldnt make it out there. I even got out of work just to have him work on my window and had me waste time waiting for him to not show up or call I wouldnt recommend this company at all.

What the Heck:Very Rarely do i post my negative experiences, but i feel the need to after my time was wasted. I Called on 03/28/2019 to schedule a window replacement for 03/29/2019 @ 11am and was told the job would be $100.No call No show. Called at 11:30 to find out what was going on....Didnt even remeber me our conversation or appointment schedule. asked did i place a deposit...I said no and was waiting on his arrival. Told me he would be out within the hour and once again wrote my info down and i text him to confirm information.Still no call no show a simple courtesy call would have been nice if he was unable to perform or make it to the job.

Saturday 2 am, emergency office glass door was replaced, fast and with quality workmanship, thank you !

Unprofessional. Promised to come do the service after quoting price of 270$. Did not keep up or update on appointment dates to fix the window. He did not come til 2weeks after we called and overpriced and overcharged. If didnt have to deposit money, we would have definitely reached out somewhere else. Would not reccomend again to anyone.
