Kyndreth was very professional and made us very comfortable in our decision making. Coming in as a prospective customer, we asked a lot of questions to clarify the difference between what Xfinity could offer us in savings compared to our current provider. He answered all our questions, wrote down the details of our needs, then found us a plan that met our budget. We came out very happy and looking forward to starting our service with Xfinity. Customer service in person (Kyndreth), was the best way to help us arrive to where we are now. Excellent staff member, great customer service skills. ๐

Having internet connection problems. Phone tech suggested trading out modem. Xfinity store person was quick, friendly and professional. In and out of store in 15 minutes with replacement modem and my questions answered.

Internet is great but after changing over my mobile service to xfinity I cant receive or make any phone calls from my cell phone. Last week was in there 1 1/2 hrs, Im going back tomorrow and hopefully this gets resolved.
Took a cable modem back. Staff was friendly. A bit of a wait. One you lady was flying through customers and even walking them back out to the door. The others didnt seem to care.
Terrible customer service. They dont know about good customer service. They took my money and then said they couldnt help me. They are very confrontational.

Hi there! My name is Todd and I have been a loyal xfinity Comcast customer longer than I can remember. Today I came in to try to find a faster internet than the one we were currently utilizing. If it werenโt for the incredible knowledge expressed to me by Benjamin and Ralph I donโt know what I would have done. They were not only courteous and helpful, but their strong knack for cultivating quick strong customer relationships is the best Iโve ever seen. Iโm in sales myself and I have to give credit when and where itโs due. Thank you for helping me pick the perfect speed internet and package for our family!
They did not greet me when I entered and it took 40 minutes just to return a DVR. Awful service.

They got too big to care about their customers. Like PG&E 800 people died in a fire we started oh well. Ive called over 5 times, cant get basic internet. They dont care! Still waiting...

Very poor customer service, xfinity is very famous for ripping and cheating customers with installation fees and cancellation. Not transparent about billing cycles, first bill, and last bill.
