Friendly staff and alot of products to choose from.

Was happy to find a full price range of alternatives for the vitamin and nutritional products I was looking for. And, the knowledgeable staff takes all the guesswork out of trying to make the right decision at those pick-it-off-the-shelf stores.

Lack of product knowledge

I have been a frequent shopper for a couple years now. But I kept jumping back and forth between the Vitamin Shoppe and GNC. This past year changed though due to Scott and Kate. They took the time to learn my name and always made me feel welcome. I cant remember the last time any business has tried to remember my name. Unfortunately, Scott moved, but Kate is still there and does an amazing job! She continues to motivate me to keep coming back! Being a business owner myself, I always pay extra attention to customer service. Thank you Vitamin Shoppe for hiring rockstars like Scott, Kate and the rest of the crew!
