Update: 10/22/2018I requested additional help with my system and Chris did make a trip and a couple of phone calls back to assist me. However I still had questions and asked for assistance. I was Ignored Ghosted with no response. I was extremely dissappointed that I did not receive even a simple phone call to help me with my issue.Worked with Chris updating my Home Theater setup. Chris made suggestions on the receiver, number and type of speakers. We discussed options & came to a decision on my new system. Chris was professional, accommodating, and genuinely interested in helping me with my decision. Upon installation Chris spent a couple of hours with me explaining what the different settings were used for and answered my questions. I am very happy with the performance of my new system & the sound is incredible.

Chris at CVES is very professional and knowledgeable. He is enthusiastic and takes his time to explain how everything works He is our go to guy for anything relating to home theater or any musical additions to our home. Chris helped us centralize our home entertainment system using the URC remote. He was instrumental in programming it. Addressing any questions we had and making it user friendly. We also switched from ATT U verse to Direct TV and he and Tim did all the work. It was a great experience. Highest recommendation.
