Tried the strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it was good. Very creamy and just the right amount of flavors. Not overly sweet. I also tried the brown sugar boba but it wasnt my favorite. It taste a little water down and not as creamy as the usual brown sugar that Im used to. The sugar was too sweet that it over power the drink itself.

The ice cream is super rich in flavor and the texture is so different from regular ice cream. After a few bites, it was too much for me. Its not worth the price, Id choose cold stone over it.

Tell me why I spent $21 dollars on ice cream that, while flavorful in taste and creamy in texture, is not made as advertised. I have been to Creamistry before and enjoyed the experience of actually watching the ice cream being made with liquid nitrogen. However, if I’m paying high prices for ice cream that is supposed to come with the experience of watching the ice cream be “made to order” using the liquid nitrogen, why did I not see that happen? That’s what the website advertises that’s what myself and other customers/guests should be getting.(Edited 9/24/20) Thank you for making that known, I was going off what the website said and what I have experienced prior while there. Thank you for updating me as well as others if this change.

Non-dairy options, sorbet and coconut milk base! I love that they have that option here and they make it in a mixer right then in there, but it depends when you do go, it does take awhile for them to make it.

What a great place for some frozen dessert my cousin brought me here for the first time and was amazed by the nitrogen mix with ice cream it was so cool to watch the fog when they made the dessert and you feel the cool satisfying feeling on your skin it was amazing would love to go back again soon

I absolutely love their ice cream. It is really the best ice cream Ive ever had. They make it right in front of you using liquid nitrogen to freeze the ingredients. Then they mix in whatever you want in your ice cream. I always get almonds in my chocolate ice cream and my daughter gets fruity pebbles in her vanilla ice cream. They have so many different things to mix in.The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because of the extremely high prices. For 3 people, I spent $33.00! It is definitely a treat place to go to. It is hard to resist though.

Creamistry is one of the best ice cream experiences of my life. I had the captain crunch creation and it was incredible. The bananas, the fresh strawberry, Nutella sauce, and captain crunch ice cream. Goooo try creamistry.You will not be sorry.

Sooooooo disappointed you guys stopped making the ice cream in front of us. I drove my husband out here and we walked out because it’s just a typical ice cream shop. Nothing fancy. No kitchen aids. No liquid nitrogen. Not happy.

Definitely an interesting experience, and definitely worth a visit. The staff was very helpful, especially in describing the process to us on our first visit. Flavors are very good and there truly are options for everyone, including vegan and organic options. The only downside is that prices are much higher than the typical ice cream joint, so it is not as practical for regular outings with the whole family.

Went with friends, was very yummy Ice cream. It was creamy and super smooth. The prices were confusing though. Lady who took our order informed us of a few items that were extra but not others, so when we got our 19 dollar total for vanilla ice bream and a milkshake thing I was a little shocked. when I reviewed the receipt I realized the coconut milk was extra and something else(a topping or something). Obviously must have been our error not understanding or looking at the menu correctly I dont know. Just be aware if your on a budget to watch out for those extra fees :)

Ive spent my money at this location four times now. Its always relatively busy and the ice cream although confusing to order is good. Those are the positives. The negatives are the staff at this place who Stare at the door every time it opens with Dread on their face because they have to do more work and serve customers. Last time I was in there it was an hour until closing and a family walked in the staff told them that although the sign said they were open for another hour they were going to close early that night and that they would not be able to help them. Mind you there was still 10 minutes before they closed. We were just about to order so I decided I would not waste the ice cream store employees valuable time anymore and I would take my business elsewhere. I wouldnt want them to have to stay five minutes past closing to help a customer. Like I said Ive seen this Behavior more than once at this location. I find it rude and I wont tolerate it.

They usually have many people but the ice creme is good. Its nice to see how the ice creme is made. They are fast so when though its packed you get your ice cre. For those who love organic they have organic options as well.

Delicious, we had the Madagascar vanilla with Reese Peanut butter, one of us had Chocolate, it was not bitter but wonderful, one had mint with Chocolate chips add ins, one had the Peanut butter ice cream. They were all delicious

Way to overpriced, a single is 5.50 and by single I mean single scoop(normal size), want a topping(i got like 8 chocolate chips)?add $1 per topping. Ice cream is ok, have had way better for cheaper. The Nitrogen is cool but thats about it.

My bff and I drive 45 mins onto town to come to Creamistry once a week. Tonight we were SO looking forward to it, its been a long week. We ordered with the kid at the register then sat down to wait for pur order. I looked over and noticed the kid doing dishes was about to fall asleep and i pointed it out to my friend and we giggled. Then i realized that no one was actually starting our order. It had been about 5-7 mins at this point and no one had even started making anything. Instead 3/4 employees were in the back, and at this point I can hear them arguing about which one of them would make our order. The 4th employee went to the back to try and figure out the situation. I jokingly asked them if this was a bad time and then the guy from the dish pit finally emerged and the guy that took our order told him they said youre talking too long (which we didnt) so dishpit guy decides to laugh and cop an attitude to which my bff replies with her wanting an immediate refund. The entire time they were issuing the refund they gave us a hard time. Smirking and laughing. This must be thier first jobs and they obviously dont value them at all. Im a chef, and I have a degree in hospitality management and let me tell you, this visit was ALL BAD. This day in age all it takes is one bad review by someone. I hope that these BOYS see this and realize that even when you have a difficult customer (which we were not) you NEVER EVER laugh, smirk or smart pff to a customer! I probably wont ever go back here. Guess its back to Coldstone for us!

I love that they use fresh dairy products such as heavy cream milk and other non dairy products. The entire process is so fascinating. Even as an adult I cant help but get excited when they start mixing my flavors with the nitrogen. Ive always been a fan of Dippin Dots, this is like a delicious creamy blend of Dippin Dots without the dots. The flavors are always fresh and delicious, I love the different options they provide. The ice cream comes out so delicious and the texture is amazing. You can definitely taste the difference from traditionally Frozen ice cream to this. Its always busy here but the line goes by pretty fast and the service is exceptional. Theyre very patient and friendly and help you choose the right flavors. I also love that you can take home pre-packaged ice cream, but theres nothing like watching it being done in front of you its still so much fun!

Ice cream was good...but considering the amount we got was not worth the price we paid. Toppings we got were literally a pinch of almond and mochi...yea, go for yogurtland or cold stone instead. I forgot to add that we only shared one ice cream....about the size of a one scoop from a regular ice cream scooper, for over $9. Toppings are a dollar each and if you choose coconut milk or organic milk...bam another charge! You want brownie? They going to charge you more than $1.
