I walked into the showroom for the first time and was greeted by a pleasant person by the name of Grace. She was very informative and helpful and provided multiple quotes as I was trying to figure out the details of my project.I also saw that they are supportive of veterans and first responders.Overall I was impressed with my first impressions.I will look forward to my delivery.My project is 25 tons of river rock

Not a competitor, not a continuous customer. This place has a lot of potential. Two problems that I see.Poor customer serviceThe company culture seems to be offFour or five guys looking at one guy work while you have six customers waiting in line.Everyone is sweeping the floors instead of moving the tractors and completing orders.Pay the employees more or give them incentives.Pay them more if they complete a certain amount of orders in a month.You take care of your employees they will take care of your business. I don’t blame employees, I blame management and the owners. The employees are just a reflection of their management style.

Stay away from this place. We ordered 70 square foot of stone to do some backyard decor. We received only 40 feet only. And we called to tell the people there they said that’s the way it is. And you have to use grout to fill the space. We tried to speak with the manager but they refused to respond. Totally unacceptable

Bought products here before, but NEVER AGAIN!!There were absolutely no one inside the office I was the only customer there, with 3 people behind the counter, they all just looked at me and one even said hold one just a moment were busy, soon as I get called up I took out a sample of some gravel I was looking for and he quickly interrupted me scoldingly saying “all we carry are on the display outside” but as soon as I mentioned I was needing over 150 tons of it he quickly changed his attitude and wanted my infoTalked to some other guys and same experience they discriminate Hispanics there

Very friendly staff from those behind the counter to those running the loaders.... and quick service. Even when they are busy.

Had a similar problem as the other one star rating. Called and ordered two pallets. Only problem was they delivered one, on the invoice it says two pallets, no worries, honest mistake, only problem was they had the audacity to try to charge me for a second delivery fee of $225.00. Long story short, if they make a mistake, they will make YOU pay for it.

After looking at their display outside their office, I bought 5 tons of white marble stone 3/4. On display it is just white marble stone. They delivered white marble stone mixed with gray and yellow stones, not just little bit... about 50/50.. When I called to the office I was told thats how it comes. I mentioned that their display is only white marble, not mixed. Answer was thats how it is...

I went to this location to buy some 2x2 pavers for a backyard project.i found the ones I liked and bought 25 for $18.00 each when I got home I noticed at the bottom of the pallet one was broken. I took a couple of pictures before unloading them and called them to replace it and they refused blaming it on the manufacture. And that I need to call them. I wasn’t going to fight with the manufacture over $18.00 dollars that Clovis stone should have gave me. I said To the manager that $18.00 dollars isn’t that big of a deal it’s the principal of it you sold me broken one and won’t stand by it the $18.00 must be very important to you. she said it is. So they ripped me off and I will never go back.

Although they have a lot of product and the staff is helpful and friendly, I noticed the owner had been charging delivery costs he failed to quote. I questioned him about it and his response was that I should of read over the details in the fine print. So much for trust. I would never shop there again nor would I recommend it.

Very nice people & good prices

Came in today for the 2nd time in a month, both times the customer service was very good. As I entered the yard the guys driving the forklifts stopped and greeted me and offered their help. Although they could not answer all my questions I appreciated the fact they tried. They called to get me someone who could help me. The owners son came out first and then the owner himself took over, as his son was busy helping another customer before I got there. I definitely got the red carpet service. The time and patience was very appreciated. In the end I will return to make my purchase there.

Buyer BewareWe are remodeling our kitchen, bathroom and landscaping our backyard. We mistakenly purchased the wrong decorative faux stone as a back splash. We wanted to exchange it and pay the difference for the correct stone. We were also willing to pay a restocking fee but they refused us. May I remind you this wasnt bark, sand or river rock. This I could understand. The product never made it out of our SUV. We planned on spending thousands of dollars there for the backyard alone. Not now.Buyer beware!!!

The older man give bad service

I’ve been here multiple times, I live less than a mile from their location.1. I was looking for a wood grained paver, young girl said no such thing, here’s a book of what we can get. I found the wood grained paver in the book she gave me.2. Was told if I returned the pallets I would be refunded $5.00 per pallet. No mention of the 30 day expiration date. Came in with 4 pallets but was 4 days after 30 day expiration date. No refund for 3 of the 4 pallets.3. They didn’t use to charge a delivery fee within a mile of their location now they charge a flat $125.00 per load. That seems excessive for a delivery less than a mile away.4. I got there at 8:15 in the morning. There was a line of people waiting at the counter, young lady came in at 8:20 with food (donuts?) didn’t help anyone at the counter didn’t say anything to anyone. Left to go somewhere else in the building. Came back and got on the phone. Some one had been waiting on the phone all this time!

Have used this place multiple times and as time passes it gets worse . Prices are higher than others and now for the third time I have gone here on a Saturday and they where closed before there hours of operation state . Multiple people outside wondering. I call Monday and they say when it rains we close early .SMH it was a trickle at best now I take my business elsewhere. The world doesnt stop when it rains man up your losing business

These guys have been around longer than me! A testament to the quality of their work and service. This place was and still is fascinating to me. Bays full of rocks and boulders. Cement pouring from the tower to the mixer trucks.

Everytime I go here they have whatever I need in stock. The girl in the office was very helpful. I use this place for all my yard supplies. I highly recommend this place for whatever you need:)

I needed to get cinder block to expand a wall for our property, called the place the in the middle of the conversation, the lady interrupted me to tell me they dont carry it. She said, they carry a whole bunch and if I wanted, I can go look at them, but she could not tell if they carried something the size I need.That tells me she is not interested in my business. I feel bad because I have purchased stuff before. In fact, I was just there two weeks ago. That means that was my last trip to this place. I am taking my business somewhere else.

Moses, we have a policy for anything over a half pallet we just load by fork lift. The pallet fee is a $2 deposit and you get your money back when you return the pallet. If you have any further questions please dont hesitate to ask! Sorry for the misunderstanding Moses.

The worst place to do business I just loaded 100 pcs of concrete block no help whatsoever if you think Home Depot is worse this will be your worst place this is the last purchase from clovis stone

They dont seem particularly interested in helping non-contractors. Not very helpful, and even less friendly.
