Great place, great service Ty Robert!!! I bought a Echo Blower (gas) I even got my 1st fill up and Robert explain how it worked!! And I learned a few new things I did know about my newest Echo toy!!

Good place to buy equipment and the staff is very nice.

Friendly staff, big selection of tools and supplies for home and pro use. Edger blade was half the price of the big box store.

So far so good, excellent customer service, will update in the future if I have any other things to say about them.

If you are looking for a part for your gas powered lawn equipment, they will have it or they will get it for you. And if your equipment needs fixing, this is the place to get it running. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and the attention you get while shopping makes you feel important when you enter Jensen & Pilegard.

I just went to get some items there; no one, absolutely no one was wearing a mask. None of the customers, none of the employees. No safe distancing signage anywhere, but one small 8.5X11 sign was posted in front of the counter saying customers must wear a mask, but absolutely no one wearing a mask except for me. I saw three employees, should to should, looking at one computer, but no mask. A third one, a little farther away, no mask. Do you want to stay safe, stay away from this business.

This review is regarding their service. I bought a weed eater from them worked pretty well for the first two three times after that it started to cause problems. Took the equipment in at the shop for the repair they fixed it. After pickup I took it home and tried to run it it was causing the same problem. This happened more than 4 or 5 times that I have been going to their shop for the repair of the same equipment for the same mechanical issue and they still cannot fix it. It’s been more than 2 months and they still are holding on it today I went there and they were like they still gotta talk to the manager. I’m totally unsatisfied with their service. Two months are long time to fix one weed eater and they don’t even call me what’s going on. The service is just non acceptable. I prefer going somewhere else than going back to their shop.

Don’t waste your time here trying to get repairs done

This review is about service or non services, not products. Took in an Echo PB500H on November 23rd. I was told it would be ready on Tuesday, December 3rd. I called a couple times and was told it was still scheduled to be repaired on the 3rd.Called two times on the 3rd to see what time to pick up..stopped by at almost 4:00 pm to pick it up and guess what, It had not been touched and was in the same spot I left it when dropped off. When I questioned why service was not complete, their answer was “ he” had to go work on the forklift. We should be able to get to it. I bought the blower from you. If this is the type of service you provide, I will make my purchases elsewhere.

The chain seized up in our 30 year old lawn mower. The crew at J&P repaired it for a reasonable fee & in a timely manner. Would highly recommend them!

Terrible customer service. Employees carry on personal conversations while customers wait.This has happened more than once at Clovis store.Owner should consider re-training the employees.

Service department. There are lots of (big box) options if youre looking for a store to buy yard equipment, but in todaysthrow away society it seems rare to find a place that will help mend rather than replace.

Purchased a new chainsaw. Dropped an old one off for repairs and service. The sell all kinds of yard tools like weedeaters, mowers and the like from downtown Clovis, CA.

Helpful staff. Lawn and garden machines. Service and repairs.

Great for yard maintance

I came in to pick up my chainsaw that was being serviced, and nobody would assist me and everybody ignored me. I tried to call but there was no answer in service department. I’ll try again tomorrow
