Do not remember this place

They have been great in my furniture rental and purchases for over 4yrs. Ashli has always been my go to at RAC. Friendly courteous understanding and patient she has always made my family feel like hers. Roland as well as helped through many pay offs and recommended what i can afford rather than just sweet talking me to just get something expensive. Hes very professional and caring. All I can say is thank you guys.

Went in there and got great customer service. Staff was very knowledgeable. Donna was a great at getting what I needed and Claudia was just very nice and helped to approve my application.

My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer set and were told as long as we supplied the vent kit for the dryer that they would hook it up for us so of course were excited because that means I dont have to run the risk of slicing my hands open trying to hook up a vent kit. We were told that they would between 2:00 and 4:00 p.m. to deliver and install everything. The delivery arrived until 5:00 p.m. and didnt bother to give any type of courtesy call or even apologize for being so late. To make matters even worse they dropped our washer and didnt even bother to tell me or my wife. The only reason why I know they did it is because our downstairs neighbor saw them do it and they picked it up and acted like nothing happened. to make matters even worse the delivery team said they do not install washers or dryers and when we called the store we were told the same thing. I am deeply upset because as a company if you have anything it should be your integrity and as far as I am concerned Rent-A-Center has absolutely no integrity whatsoever.

Ive dealt with Rent-A-Center for almost 2 years and Ive been very pleased with their service and their great customer service skills. They are very pleasant and they are attentive to you when you walk through the door. I brag on them all the time!

As a contractor I had used RAC to furnish my first place 3 years ago. My how things have changed. Ashley is mean spirited and erratic. Accused my self and wife of not bring able to understand contractual obligations. When she pitched what in my opinion was an outright lie. Contractors stay away this place is not convenient nor forthright. As far as Ashley is concerned employees that demonstrate this type of behavior should be given a hair follicle test. Just my opinion 😉. Sj

Very dissatisfied with the AC unit that is under warranty but supposedly cant be fixed because they dont have the parts. Suddenly their liability to their product dissolved like sugar. I was supposed to be given one to use until mine came back and had to use a free month offer instead . I wont give my business or send one soul to this Rent a center

The guys that delivered our son’s bed were nice and worked quick!

Couches were extremely dirty looks like they just put them on the floor after being rented by the previous customer. And the bunk beds I recently got were not put together the right way. Screws were missing from several areas. I will definitely stuck with Buddys Furniture in Clute. The manager is awesome and sweet as can be.
