This is the best Discount Tire ive been to. Really fast professional service. They always see me early and I never have a problem with the work they do. This is exactly how a business should be run.Fast, courteous, professional. I can say enough good things about this location.

Stopped in for an air check. Took a few minutes for them to respond, but hey, its a free air check. The tech was friendly and got me on my way quickly.

These guys are awesome. I had slow leaks on both of my rear tires. They fixed me up in 45 minutes. Amazing.

This will sound odd, but the people who work here make taking your car for a tire change a very pleasant experience. These guys go above and beyond with customer service for every person who comes through the door. Would definitely recommend this location for all your tire needs.

Excellent service. Very speedy. Only complaint was that they charged me for disposing of the tires even though I took the tires with me. Plus, I had to remind them 3 times that I was taking the tires. Dont forget to ask for your pizza discount card!

Overall fast and friendly!I went to Discount Tire on a Friday morning at 7:30a with a flat. Knowing they didn’t open till 8a myself and three other customers were waiting. The guys inside noticed they already had a crowd and open ten mins early. I walked in and hardly had to wait before Dylan approached me and asked how he can assist me. Dylan was able to find me two tires within my budget that were a better quality than the tires I had in mind. Dylan definitely made my experience stress free and I would definitely recommend asking for him when you visit that location. After paying I waiting about 30 minutes or so for them to replace my two tires. They drive my car right to the front door and told me exactly what they did. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been to several locations and this was By far the best discount tire experience I’ve had. Very helpful, quick, and friendly place. They walked me through every step of picking out my tires and the process of my old ones being replaced. Would recommend this place

Curtis spoke to me on the phone and was super helpful getting my appointment scheduled the same day. My tires were changed pretty quickly and my husband did not have to wait long. I am annoyed with them and my husband. Why wasn’t the tire pressure light sensor turned off???!!! Why did my husband not notice it???!!!🤦🏻‍♀️ Now I have to find time to drive to a discount tire, because there is a special machine to reset it. Super annoying!!

I have now been here a couple of times. Once again they impressed today. I was in and out with 2 new tires in 45 minutes from the time in to the time out with several people in front of me. The lobby is clean and welcoming. They even have a book crate to read, borrow, share, and give books to. The gentlemen that work there are knowledgeable, polite, and wonderful to deal with. It’s not the best picture but the sun had it shadow boxed.

So far so good!😁 These guys were really on top of everything! Very fast and friendly service!

The gentleman was great at helping me determine what tires I needed for my truck since it’s used for towing. The tires I needed weren’t in stock but since I called in before 9am they were able to get them delivered the same day! By 2pm I received a call saying my tires were ready. I went in and they installed them within 30 minutes! Everyone was very helpful, professional and courteous!

I got a quote from one of there competors and they beat the price.

These guys are always on the ball and ready to help. I trust them with my car.

Been using this store for years back in Killeen. These guys are trying. The ol boy that helped us this last time was a little hot headed and didnt want to listen. The Store manager hes pretty good. They were quick to install our truck and RV tires although our full shipment didnt all come.in he made a special stop to pick up our missing item.

Fast and speedy service! Went in for touchless tire replacements. Paid for everything beforehand online and it was quick and painless. Way less busy than the one located just 2 miles away in LJ.

Nice people, clean facility. 3 stars because I took the time to make an appointment for rotate and balance the day before and was on time. However, my vehicle was still put into the line with the walk-ins and almost 30 minutes after my appointment time was then taken into the bay. I scheduled this on my lunch hour to be back at work on time. Due to still having to wait behind a walk-in, that didnt happen. If the appointments dont take any precedent over walk-ins, what is the point of the appointments?

This Discount Tire has earned my loyalty. My vehicle was making a loud sound near the front left tire. The manager and team worked to inspect and resolve my issue that turns out was not tire related after all. After they had removed the tire twice and corrected the issue, they wouldnt even charge me for their time and assistance. I greatly appreciate them going above and beyond to assist me and get me back on the road! True Gentlemen!

Guy wouldnt get off the phone, he was talking about tires, and other dealers, and answering questions for other people, who may or may not buy tires, or even show up!Im standing here with my credit card ready to buy, no ones in front of me, and they are not that busy.The other guy was handling customers, whileThis guy wasted time. I left and went to the store at the mall, and received courteous diligent service.

They got me right in, rotation, balance and new TPMS, in less than a hour. Great job.

These guys are sooooo awesome!!!! Got a flat last night talked to Curtis who was super friendly and got me a quote on what I needed. I couldnt make it till this morning and Antonio and another guy who I think was learning came out to meet me at my car when I pulled up even though it was raining. They were very nice, friendly and professional. We went inside and within an hour they were all done and I was on the road again!!!! This is going to be my Discount Tire from now on!!!!

Very nice and considerate gentlemen working here! This place is just like the one in Lake Jackson, with some exception theyre a little slow but I just take it with being a new location and freshly trained guys as well as a smaller store.

I like to support the small “mom and pop” places but discount tire makes it hard. They have the best prices and seem to deliver consistent reliability. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I have heard/seen some instances of less than great workmanship.

I went to the store to get my tire patched because the air kept coming out, they informed me that they couldn’t patch my tire because it had a crack on my tire. I understood, and they were informing me that I needed a new tire and were proceeding to inform me on tires to purchase. I was a little hesistant and decided to get a second opinion, so I went to a different tire shop and found out that my tire was perfectly fine and didn’t need a new one. The problem was that my rim was cracked, not my tire it was my rim that was cracked. I almost bought a new tire for nothing.

Just had my Tesla tires rotated. The techs pointed out concerns, we came to an explanation and solution. Fantastic experience as always!

My experience was superb. I stopped in because I had a nail in my tire (not a DT product either mind you) and not only did they fix it for free, they threw in a free balance and rotate! Highly recommend this Lake Jackson location.

Apparently an appointment doesn’t mean anything here...after waiting almost two hours for a rotation and balance, I finally asked for my keys and walked out. This was after observing several walk-ins get their repairs fixed, with my truck still in the parking lot.

Everyone was friendly, and made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire process. Walk-in and out the door with 4 new tires in less than an hour!
