So glad I found this place. Needed a crack repaired in my windshield and going through Safelite was going to take MONTHS before getting my repair scheduled. Called Big G and everyone there was very friendly and helpful. They explained the process with using my insurance to make it very easy and the work was done in only a half hour. During the repair the tech came to me and explained since a crack had started they couldnt completely make the crack disappear which was fine with me. I just wanted to the crack to stop growing. Most of all I was even more pleased to be supporting a local business. They will definitely be my go-to for any auto glass needs in the future!

Big G auto glass was very good.The staff was nice and very polite.The wait time was fast and with problems with their AC unit the two ladies did everything they could to keep us cool.I thank the staff for them taking charge of the matter and doing a good job.Thanks

While a little more expensive than other local companies, Big G Auto Glass got me in quickly, provided excellent customer service, and prompt installation. My car was done within an hour of dropping it off. I had a horrible experience with a different company this week and it was so refreshing to walk into Big G Auto Glass and be treated with kindness and understanding. They were truly amazing and Im so thankful! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for glass installation!

Appointments are way in advance, even if its just a chipped windshield. Appointment cancelled by company due to rain.

They did a great job, it was very quick and the price was reasonable. I had spent two weeks trying to schedule an appointment with one of their competitors (we had a corporate contract with them) and I finally got frustrated and called Big G and they got me in the next day and for a hundred bucks cheaper. Ive now had the glass for two vehicles worked on here and couldnt be more pleased.
