We had Zimmerle remove old tile and replace it with updated tile in our kitchen, dining, and laundry rooms. We checked with all the major box stores first, and we almost went with one of them until a coworker recommended that we Check with Zimmerle. They had a much better selection, and were significantly cheaper than anyone else. On top of that, they were very helpful. The contractors they sent knocked the job out in 2 days from start to finish. They were thorough, kind, and professional. They did an amazing job! Will definitely use Zimmerle again for future remodeling needs.

I emailed for a free consultation on their website and I received an immediate response from Jennifer. They were able to come out and measure the very next day. Billy was on time and very courteous. I went to the show room to select my materials and was greeted right away. Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like they were genuinely trying to help me find what best suited my family, not just the most expensive materials. My overall experience was very pleasurable. I will definitely use Zimmerle floors in the future.

Zimmerle required constant vigilance on our part, and were unable to complete part of the job. We hired them for a bathroom remodel that included a partial shower rebuild and a kitchen backsplash installation. The guys they sent out started working and then told us they didn’t really know how to frame out the needed area for the shower, nor did they know how to put in a shower pan, so they left. Zimmerle had nobody else to send; my husband and I framed it out ourselves, put in the shower pan and waited on the tiler. We should have cancelled the contract and gotten our money back at that point, but the tile was ordered, the remodel timeline was already a month late, and we wanted to give them a chance to do it right. The tiler started work while I was gone at work; when I came home, he was installing the tile so unevenly it looked like jagged teeth. I called Jennifer; she came out and sent someone to rip it out and start over. The next day I came home and the tile was smoothly installed, but not in the agreed upon pattern. I let it go just to get it finished. Kitchen Backsplash was the same nightmare. Had to wait and wait and then original work had to be redone. The backsplash really did come out quite nice, but when I have to constantly monitor someone else’s employees because they are sending incompetent people I find it disappointing.

Excellent at matching carpet. Lousy at installation. Removed old carpet from stairs and took three tries to install the new carpet in the same, marked, location. They couldnt do it, and we have to live with it. Also left waste installation brads along the edges of the carpet.
