My order has always been correct, made in a timely manner, and the line is minimal to nonexistent. I love the ease of a drive-thru just like anyone else but it’s worth having to go into Kroger for my order to be made correctly.

I love this Starbucks because the ladies are ALWAYS helpful. If they dont have my usual, theyll figure out how to still get me taken care of. Plus, its very very rare they arent ALWAYS friendly!

Haley, the barista was not willing to make the shaken green tea as ordered. We asked for easy ice, she said she didn’t have enough tea to make it easy ice, but when it was made with the regular amount of ice there was still over an inch of tea in the pitcher. When I asked her to take out some ice and add tea, she took out the ice, put in more water and poured out the tea that was left in the pitcher into the sink? 🤔. Not worth the price if you can’t get it how you like it. Won’t go back. 👎🏻

Good product but ALWAYS a long car line and they cling the mall parking lot worse than a Chick-fil-A. I wish they had never come to my town.

I am traveling to the area to visit my sister, and was told I must stop by the Kroger as it’s bigger and better than most. I was surprised to find a Starbucks inside of Kroger. I walked up and placed my order for two drinks. I was waiting by the pick up area, and therefore able to see them making my drinks. They messed up on one of the cups and went to rinse it out, and I was OK with that. The employee then proceeded to wipe the inside of the cup dry with her apron, and remake the right drink. I called her out and she was able to fix my order, but that is unacceptable and the employee need proper training. Especially in these unprecedented times.

Everything tastes jyst the way I want it to but there have been a few times where they took forever to get my order.

Awesome food and service

This starbucks is much better than Lake Jackson, hardly ever a line and if there is it moves quickly. However I HATE seeing them pour out my coffee to make room for ice/creamer, Im already paying for an over priced coffee thats only half full.

The drinks are good. I usually have a chai tea latte or chai tea latte frappe. It is a very relaxing environment. You can get a drink from Starbucks and a salad from Krogers salad bar or meal from the deli. Everything is very conveniently situated. There is a TV and I enjoy sitting down to eat and watch TV. Many people seem to enjoy that. The bathrooms are just down the hallway.

Of the 2 starbucks in the area this one is by FAR the cleanest, fastest, And friendliest.They take the time to train all new hires completely, and are happy to take wacky drink orders.No complaints.And I work here XD

This is not a full-size Starbucks. The seating is limited as is the menu. The workers seemed less than enthused to be doing their jobs. The wi-fi had problems on several visits.
