I went in to get keys made. One of the two employees not behind a register ask what I needed. I told them. After getting them made, the employee said ‘he hates doing keys and won’t do it again.’ Not quoting because I don’t remember the exact wording.If you don’t like doing something, fake it until you’re not in front of customers expressing about it.I paid. And left. I won’t be going back.

I love this place they seem to always have what I need. The employees are extremely helpful especially my favorite employees Andrew and Brittany and one of the most helpful employees there Sebastian. It’s the kinda place that has a little something for everyone.

Its a well organized place but your choices are limited. But great plce if your in a hurry .

This store is the best. I love doing business with them. Especially after I have been to a Lowes or Home Depot. Lake Hardware folks are always helpful . They are waiting to take you to what you need, regardless of how big or small. They will always be my first choice. Also it is great that they dont have any self checks.

They had some of what i was after but at double the price i would pay for at other hardware stores

The supplies were not there, service was awesome.

I bought some shingles a while back from here the guy helping me load them dropped a bundle and scratched my truck all up. After many calls and trips the the angleton location i finaly got to talk to the owner. I felt like he was trying to avoid me i was told he was going to call me after it first happened and he never did. He told me to get some bids and he would pay half of the cost for the repairs. I got 2 bids both were arround 600$ and he only gave me 200. I wont be shopping here anymore and i would recommend loading your own material if you can.

You know I dont have to go looking for someone to help you here like home Depot or Lowes. Theyre waiting for you at the door like an old time store
