Hard to find (not in GPS!), delivered wrong item after 3 week delay. Staff helpful but I wont be doing online business with Sears again. And still waiting -- 5 weeks -- for order.

I ordered a freezer. Waited for two weeks for it to be delivered and on the day of got the call that I needed to wait an additional two weeks. When I tried to cancel, I was told I would have to wait 15 to 30 days for my money back. Do not buy from this company. They are quick to take your money but not quick to return it

I shop here mostly for the tools, but the service is at its best. Always welcoming and they help me find just what im looking for. Being that the nearest Sears is half an hour away, Im thankful I can go down my neighborhood to this one.

I was picking up an order I was told was ready. I arrived there and had to wait over half an hour to get someone to load it in my truck

First time in the store, My father bought me a vacuum that was on clearance & the young lady was really corteous. Even got to try the vacuum before i purchased it. I live out of the area but definetely worth the trip. I would recommend this Sears being that nowadays some stores just want your money not your time. This store was great, keep it up!

Id rather make the drive from Palm springs to this Sears than the one closer to me. The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous as apposed,to other,store, they are always,rude,and dont know zilch! Kudos to Coachella

Hello, I went to sears hometown store in Coachella to get a mattress and stuff for my room. And the customer service was amazing. I felt so welcomed and they took care of me. Took care of all of my needs. I said what I wanted and they pointed me in he right direction. I think they went a little about. They’re so friendly and helpful. I’d totally reccoment getting mattresses from there. They are Aamaxing Matresses. They feel BOMB!!! But that customer service tho!! A+ in my book. Thank you all for your help
