Worst service I have ever received. Got on time for appointments and they received walk-in and people who was late ahead of me. Waited for one hour and was never able to see a doctor and was given excuses. I will never go back.

Ruined my sons Ray Bands when replacing lenses now they are to wide to wear. 2n pair covered by insurance still in “Lab” being that my daughter has had hers for weeks(Nov 14 to be exact) & their appointment was in the same day. Til this day waiting on management to reach out & resolve the issue. I understand that there are special circumstances but this is unacceptable

I’ve been here for almost 6 or 7 yearsI have a question thoughI went here for a new pair of glasses on November 19 2020 and I was told my new pair would arrive 2-3 weeks. It’s been almost 9 weeks (January 24, 2021) and I haven’t gotten a cal/notificationI’d like to know if there’s a problem with deliveries because I want to know when I can expect to get my new pairs of glasses

I brought in my mother a while ago and Dr. Kozloski was so kind to my mother. He was very patient with her and helped her walk to the exam room and even put the foot rest up and down for her. My mother can hardly hear and usually doesnt like going to the doctors but my mother loves her new glasses she can see signs and the little words of her Bible. He also saw my niece the other week and the doctor explained everything really good to me. She was always loosing her glasses but he was the first doctor to explain why it was so important to wear the glasses. It was nice of him to try to speak Spanish for me. All of the staff was nice. Laura was very helpful helping us choose glasses she made it fun.

Took my mom here for her annual eye exam. Dr. Brasfield was amazing and even found evidence of an eye disease no other optometrist had found before. She got in for additional testing right away, and the ladies working there were so friendly and helpful. Great service and also really cute eyeglasses. Will definitely be coming back.

This optometry is truly one of a kind. Dr Chea was so nice and relaxing, she answered all my questions and made sure I underdstood my diagnosis without feeling scared of my results. Once I got to get my glasses, Cynthia was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out my frames and lenses. Everyone here is always so welcoming and with a smile on their face. Thank you so much for everything. Got me a great deal :D

Dr. Brasfield has been my eye doctor for many years. She is very knowledgeable, thorough and friendly. Not only does she give me great glasses and contact lenses, she also cares about the health of my eyes. Highly recommended

Very knowledge and friendly staff, I am very happy that I they are my Optometrists and I would highly recommend them. They are very outstanding at what they do.

Staff was not very friendly and when I ordered my contacts they didnt even bother to call me to let me know they were here. Dont reccomend this place at all.

Es un robo este lugar, primero te ofrecen los lentes que recomienda el optometrista que son los que están vendiendo ellos, te dicen que tienes aseguranza por todo un año pero nunca te especifican que es por una sola vez en todo el año ya que pagas te dicen oh escoge otro par por qué esos los cubre la aseguranza .... les sale muy bien el negocio
