This store is an icon in COACHELLA. Although I do not know the Lopez family personally .This family owned business has managed to stay in business for decades. When others have gone defunct.. It is my observation this family is we established. In providing customers with their needs .My wife has. Purchased items here. . weve customers have recommended.op-ed hardware very highly.

This was my fathers store for his home repairs. Local family own. In Coachella. They are great, support our local family own small businesses

For years I would drive to Home Depot only to receive bad customer service and return home pissed. My brother suggested Lopes Hardware. I did just that. I get great service. I pay reasonable and competitive prices. Lastly its only a short walk from home.

On a scale of 1 to 10 they are a 20 in my opinion. Mostly because they have been here my whole life 57+ years and my father remodeled our house buying more than 3/4 of the material and hardware at lopes hardware. The service is top notch and friendly even if you pay a little more than big chains its nice to have the friendly service and knowledgeable people to help you out with what you need.

Good old fashioned service and always some one to help and with a smile.

Service is bad, grade F! Should of gone to Home Depot, I asked for direction finding something and all these old farts did was point saying” go look over there”. No wonder this old, family owed business is soon to go bankrupt, service is a joke. Management should hire someone that wants to work and run a business where the client is #1.
