This is a great place to get a snack. My favorite thing here is the blue cookie dough ice cream. Their corn is pretty good.

The chamango was delicious and theyre fruta was even better I will definitely be going back and I will be letting other people know about this place I cant wait to try their other flavors of ice creams and popsicles

Staff was super unfriendly like I was bothering them the only thing was positive was the dishes they served. Customer service is a must

I enjoy the fresas con crema, its the only item I order here. Best one Ive tried out of the other ice cream/raspado shops in the valley. They are a little on the pricey side but I think its worth it especially if you want to treat yourself every now and then.

Love their Churros Locos not a very big fan of their raspados.

This is part of the Michoacana chain. Its good and I love the system they have to deal with covid.

Ice cream was rancid .. I got 3 scoops 2 out of the 3 where bad ..they tasted like they defrosted them and refroze then ....Nasty 🤢🤢.. hopefully I dont get food poisoning. Dont get cheesecake or ferrero roche .

Best raspados

The customer service at this location is not good. They were mostly unfriendly and impatient the past few times I went. Also the cashier charged me for a wrong item even though I repeated my order twice to her. They should work on their customer service skills and make customers feel more welcome.

The service was amazing! So was the Ice cream.

Was there today and one of the younger girls had a very bad attitude, she was so rude. I love to go here and get my fruit escamochas but this time i had a bad experience. Usually the other ladys there are nice. I didn’t say anything to her because i was not in the mood to argue, I just asked for her name.

1st time there, I bought a large strawberry banana smoothie, it was good. I got a mango con chile ice cream, that was delicious, and to end with a corn cocktail, also delicious.

The ice cream was absolutely delicious I had strawberries and cream my grandson had Oreo shake and my daughters had different popsicles milk popsicles the service could have been better that young girls dont seem to be pleasant enough they need to make more customer service skills

Its a great place for snacking, the menu has expanded and now they offer tortas. Had a special request and they made it without any excuses of it no being in the menu. Will return, highly recommended.

Went in with my fiance to enjoy a nice snack. I was going to order an escamocha (there was no price next to it). I asked the woman who was helping us how much a small size would be and she told me $4.69. Not a bad price. Once we come to pay it came out to $6.50. My wife paid so I was unaware of the difference. I tried to return the item (I had not opened it) and was refused a return because its hard to do on the system. Really bad experience. They should fix their prices as well so this doesnt happen again.

Clueless and rude staff. Ordered common basic fruit tray with yogurt as many of the type of ice cream places cater to and I was asked if I wanted all the fruit available they served uneven diced fruit consisting of old apples, pineapple, papaya and melon. Finally to top it all off a mountain of ice cream and no yogurt but a strawberry flavored condensed milk. Never got horrible service and WRONG order like this place.

Disgusting. Worker didnt even wash her hands and no gloves! After she took my payment she went on to help the next person. Without gloves and dirty hands.

There nachos werent good the cheese was cold and they know about it and still serve me it and they never have some stuff when I try to order some they be like sorry we ran out or dont have any

Sooo many antojitos!! The options are endless. Flow on foot traffic is a little off, but its worth it.

Used to love this place, piñon, fresa de leche and mazapan ice cream have always been my go to but the last couple times I’ve gone I’ve walked out very disappointed. I feel they’ve become so careless on making the ice creams. They taste old and watered down, that’s just not the deal.

This place was okay, went in for 2 banana splits pricing was a little high compared to other places in town, i was eavesdropping and they were trying to charge people for a foot and a leg for extra things!! It was crazy!!!However, lady that helped me was really nice and friendly to eveyone. But youre better off going to the other Real Michoacana next to indoor swamp meet or the one in indio.

Staff is very unprofessional, if you don’t Want to work then don’t. The lady that helped us didn’t know how to make a mangoneado. All I tasted was water.

I love this place. The best ice cream place in Coachella, hands down. Probably the best place in the valley to be honest, and no lie. Get the mazapan ice cream, its the best!! Or get something like a mangoanda or some churros locos. Plus they implemented some reward program, so definitely worth it.

This is my new favorite place to go after work. Great people serving. Real icecream made with real fruit. They have everything. I love the strawberries bananas smoothies. I also always get the tostitos de ceviche its so good. I met the owner and he was telling me of all his other locations. Im glad I found this location in Coachella its my new favorite place to be.

I came here for ir first open weekend it was nice, but now they change the people who used to work there and those women are so rude I got inside and about 3 women were in the back talking one of them saw me and they didn’t bother to help me I was there for about 10 mins trying to buy ice cream and fruit but I just ended up walking away and decided to drive to the other Michoacána. THIS PLACE HAS THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Overall Good, I Feel Like Once you order a Cuerritos Locos, you expect to have a lot of Cuerritos, but there was more items than the Cuerritos 😔

I went in today and found out that they are now charging 1 dollar if you want tajin and chamoy on your ice cream. That’s too much in my opinion. The restrooms were locked because the keys were “lost”. As of today they have lost a regular custumer. Very disappointed.

The ice cream is ok nothing to die for, but they do have alot of variety and plenty of paletas as well. The horchata fresca is really good but they dont have it everyday for some reason.

This place is no good!!!! This is the second time Ive been there and both times I ordered a mangonada and it was sad! Very watery, 5 pieces of mango and the rest was just chamoy and chilli wasnt posible to eat. Plus they are expensive compared to other companies. Workers dont know how to prepare raspados they dont care, they forget your order just very unorganized.

New favorite ice cream place! Gansito and Arroz con Leche ice cream for the win!

Love this place I highly recommend it everything you get is so delicious. But my favorite is el diablito raspado. This place is better than azucenas raspado or patty ice cream. What I also like about this place is that they do accept debit cards with no extra charge.

I bought a mangoneada and it was super bad I tasted like cleaning liquid as they did not rinse well the dishes they use to make them, and the fresh water still did not make me want to buy again there are because the prices are high and so that what you grab turns out bad Well, it is not convenient.
