This has been the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I’m a female and manage Tyler charged at me to fight me because he had a long day… Me, corporate, and the coatesville police found it unexceptionable you are a male manager and I am a female. He literally had to be held back so that he could no longer be in my face. Fist fighting a man was never worth furniture smh

Spent a lot of time on the phone yesterday with Tyler from this location. Service was excellent & delivery of rental power recliner was done in the same day. In fact, Tyler was one of the delivery guys in addition to being in the store. Highly recommend...
