Upon first call I was given a deal that was suitable for my situation. Then, upon going to the office to complete the lease, I was able to see my unit before purchase, ask questions without rude responses and feel secure with the insurance provided on my valuables. Easiest rental experience ever. Picked my unit size right online and like 10 mins later got a phone call from Jason to confirm. Meet with Jason later that day to walk me to my unit with the lock ready to go and showed me the various access points. Never had an indoor storage unit before but their carts at the doors make it very manageable. Never noticed this storage spot before but so glad I found them.

I had such a great experience storing my belongings here. It is specially made me feel safe when my sister-in-law went to the storage unit to pick something up and later when they were doing rounds they notice my door wasnt properly locked and they sent me a notification. I would highly recommend this location and company if you need to store your stuff.

I recently began renting a storage unit there. I rented it online, and I found it easy to do. I received information from them shortly after renting the unit. Within days I lost my keys to the unit. I was embarrassed to admit this, but the man behind the desk put me at ease immediately saying that it happens frequently. After verifying that I rented the unit, he cut the lock off and helped me put the new one on (a combination lock this time). I was only charged for the new lock! I am one happy customer!

Jason was awesome. He was supper polite, and took the time to explain the lease of the rental. He was patient and over all would give him 100 percent.

The facility is clean and safe, the staff is super pleasant, and theres always a push cart waiting to help with loading up the space we rented during this temporary time between selling our house and the next being ready. Extra Space Storage in Coatesville is fantastic! I mostly dealt with Jason, and he couldn’t have been better. We had 2 storage units and a trailer storage spot for various times, and Jason worked with me at every turn to make the reservations and cancellations as effortless as possible. We have moved out of the area, so unfortunately we will no longer be dealing with this location, but I highly recommend the Coatesville location for your storage needs!

I relocated to PA from VA back in September 2019. I chose extra storage because I wanted something climate controlled to ensure my furniture would not be subject to the elements that could destroy it. Even though I lost my job during the COVID-19 pandemic, Jason and Sherry has been very understanding and worked with me as I got in a pinch between the sale of my home in VA and my payment due date. I highly recommend their storage facility for not only the excellent customer service, (which has been above and beyond!), but also for the cleanliness and condition of the units and overall facility. I’ve seen several and I have to say this one is top notch through and through Hands down! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I had a situation which involved the security of my unit which ultimately resulted in leaving my storage keys on site at the office to my unit. 1st time using a storage unit. The customer service at the facility on Caln Rd. is good. The lady at the desk, Shirlene, explained everything and quoted me a good price before signing. She also keeps the place up well. Clean, good lighting, carts at the doors, and cameras everywhere. I didnt push the latch in when I was locking up to leave my first night loading my unit; and she was right on top of it. She called me the following morn and let me know. So your belongings are looked after...if I had to say one thing I didnt like...its the gate not opening after 10pm. However, it wont lock you in if youre still there filling your unit after that time.

There were no video cameras in the facility. I didnt like that.

I live on the fly and rented two units 20 minutes before they closed, way before I arrived. I arrived after they closed and they had everything ready to go for me. They work WITH you, which is customer service that is hard to find nowadays.

Store manager Shirlene was friendly and knowledgeable. She made it easy to make a selection on best unit for what I needed. Facility is clean and easy to access and secure.

Customer Service is excellent. The units are air conditioner providing great comfort when moving during this time of year.
