I have ordered parts parts online several times from this dealer. The prices are very good, and its almost always cheaper then other parts dealers online because I dont have to pay shipping. Parts are ready quickly, even when they had to order them from distributor. The only negative is they dont have a parts counter, so you have to ask the cashier call down to the parts department for someone to bring up the part you ordered.

The service department at Autonation Subaru on York Rd is amazing. Justin and George are both super friendly and always try to help me as quickly as possible. They help with my car seats too when necessary! I went today- tailgate issue- of course during Corona! They had masks- let me stay in car and were easily able to correct my issue! Great job guys!

Easy to order online parts, friendly customer service, paid 20$ shipping just took very long to ship. Placed order 12-26-19 and did not ship from dealership till 1-8-20.

Was told over the phone that a used vehicle was available and ready to buy and when we drove an hour to get there we were told it wasnt available and was being shipped away. Clearly poorly organized.
