I put in a claim Sunday and was well aware that they were closing at 7 o’clock but because of my work and of the distance I wasn’t able to get there until six o’clock Monday. Matthew was able to accommodate and fix my screen within the hour even though i was completely ok with coming in the next day because I didn’t want to delay any other clients they had to attend to. I was able to get my phone fixed by Matthew while Justin was taking care of the other clients . Overall I rate both of their customer service a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be coming back to check my other broken devices whenever I have a chance( distance!) I appreciate them accommodating me even though I came at such a late time.** Also if you are going to get any iPhones fixed here or anywhere make sure to turn off your “find my iPhone” setting to make it easier for both you as a customer and them as the repairmen!
Good and friendly customer service. They fixed my device very quickly and did not charge for cleaning the device. I believe its the best place to take your device when its broken or does not work. Definitely recommending to everyone.
Took my phone there this past Saturday because I had a faulty battery installed from a different uBreakiFix. Rachel took care of me and installed a new front cover and battery at no extra charge. I was directed by Amazon to return an item there on August 19th. When I went to the store I was told they were not yet set up to received Amazon trade-ins. I could return the following week when they would be set up. I called the following week, still not set up. Waited a few more weeks, still not set up. Today (now September 22), I called and was told they were not trained to receive Amazon trade-ins. I asked to speak to the manager about this and was told I could not (he was repairing an item and apparently could not call me back at his convenience). So, why would I trust these people to be trained to fix my phone/tablet/computer when they cannot be trained to receive Amazon trade-ins (literally scanning a barcode and putting the item in a bin/box)?
The technicians are good at what they do. and excellent customer service. if you run into a problem its not usually with them its with the carrier or insurance company that covers the repair..
The lightning port in my daughters iphone SE had a piece of the charger stuck in it. I called around to different places to get an estimate and all were astronomical, with the exception to this place. I didnt catch the techs name (younger guy), but he took a look at it and asked me to give him a few minutes. He came back and just handed me the phone saying it was fixed. I asked what I owed him, and he said nothing. I insisted and so did he. Bottom line, theyre honest people and as I hope I dont ever have to get a phone repaired, they will be my only choice. With that simple gesture, theyve made a customer for life.
They cost less than buying a new phone and guarantee their work. They keep their word about their work. Plenty of parking, next to a T-Mobile store.
I had a cracked screen on my Pixel phone and had been quoted $50 more elsewhere to fix it with a 2-3 day wait for the screen. uBreakiFix was able to repair my phone within hours and Mark was so helpful! I generally do repairs on my own when I can, but the price of the screen and repair here beat the price of the screen by itself just about anywhere. Hopefully, I wont need any future phone repairs, but Id feel confident going here for other tech repairs or recommending this location to folks I know.

Surprisingly easy to deal with and refreshing how quickly they can fix certain items. Used them for warranty work on my Google pixel 4. Knowledgeable staff. If you have a Pixel 4 Google has placed an extended 1 year warranty on all battery related issues or something for hat extent. My phone was stuck at 50% and not accurately displaying true battery strength. Appears they fixed it! So far so good!
Part 1:Phone was submitted for a hardware malfunction. Phone was returned in worse shape (the battery was loose inside the phone), and with the problem entirely unresolved.Part 2:My phone had to be brought back a month later because of the same issue, and to fix the loose battery. Instead of receiving an email with a tracking number, this time I was texted a notice that my phone was ready for pickup. It would have been fine, except my phone was being repaired... so I could not receive the text...Did someone really think this through?When I asked the store associate if I could change my contact preference so I would be notified the next time a repair was complete. He expressed confusion and asked if I would like a call instead.Yes, I would like a phone call on my phone that you have to let me know that my phone is ready to be picked up from you. In fact, why dont you just use my phone to make the call.I had to walk the associate through the logic of how the phone call/text system does not work for me when they have my phone. I am not entirely sure the associate understood the issue.In any case, should I have to bring my phone back a third time for the same problem because of gross incompetence, I will throw my device into a river and commit to writing letters for the rest of my life.This entire experience was horrible.
Cant believe the magic these folks can do, my phone was dead dead (did not just need a new battery)... They brought it back to life and worked with Google so I did not pay a dime. Super quick, super friendly, always kept me up to date on timing and what was going on. I would not take a broken device to anyone else...
Aside from my phone screen being out-of-stock and getting in-stock was a process. The overall experience was great! Highly recommend their services to anyone! Especially if they dont have insurance on their phone.

Was sent to this store from another location to get a repair done and was told everything was set up. They had no idea I was coming.. until asking some rando in the back who never alerted staff about the change. And they didnt have the parts like I was told so could not do the repair. Totally unprofessional business practices. With a meek child running a store.
I dropped off my Xbox for a repair and they said it would be 4-5 days to fix. 6 days later I called and they said it was almost complete only to have to call again later for them to say they could not repair it. This would be fine but I had to call 3 times and they never called me once when they informed me they would. I understand the repair was beyond their capabilities but they should call their customers.

They are NOT a google authorized servicer! They claim they were bought out and are no longer honoring any google phone jobs they had open already before this new ownership took over. Spent almost a month trying to get my husbands phone fixed and they repeatedly told us they were ordering a part week after week till finally they said they were bought out and won’t fix the phone and we now have to send it to google. Horrible customer service, lies about manager not being on site until your turn up in person and lies about orders being placed and just claims “it was a miscommunication”... yeah, 3 times miscommunication. Not worth the headache! Take your phone somewhere else!!
I dropped off a computer for a battery repair and was told they would call me back within 3-4 days with diagnostic results and could probably complete the replacement in about a week. I heard nothing and reached out after a week. They told me that they were behind and would call me back shortly. Another week went by and no callback. I contacted them again and they said that they were behind and would call me back the next day. This pattern repeated each week for over a month. The last time that I called, they told me that they replaced the battery but it did not resolve the problem, and that I could come pick it up. (Im not even convinced that they replaced the battery, but thats another story.) Finally, when I came to pick it up, they could not find my power cable and tried to tell me that I had not left it with them. Why would I have dropped off a computer with a battery/power issue and not left the power cable?! They ended up giving me one of their spare cables, but it is enormous. Definitely not the ones that come with small MacBooks. Save yourself the trouble and take your computer somewhere else to be repaired. This place is not run by professionals.

I scheduled an appointment on July 2nd ..when I got to the store they didnt have my part even tho it said online they had it ... ok cool no big deal... they rescheduled my appointment for July 5th at 10 am. They told me they would order the part on July 2nd... I wake up and drive all the way to Cockeysville for a 10 am appointment just for them to tell me they never ordered the part 😐😒...... I just hate having my time wasted thats all... I dont even leave reviews online but this really irritated me .....
I think my last review was deleted, I want to make sure it is seen. I am 100% confident that when I took my phone to them to have the camera replaced, they DIDNT DO ANYTHING. A 1 hour appointment turned to 3 hours. When I got the phone back guess what, THE CAMERA STILL DIDNT WORK. I am confident they didnt do anything because my finger print was still on the camera lens! They claimed they replaced the camera....
I made an appointment online. I called the day of my appointment to verify it and was told that they didnt do appointments. Then I went to get my phone fixed after I was SPECIFICALLY TOLD that my replacement screen had arrived. Guess again. When I got there I was told that it wasnt there and they dont know why someone told me it was. All I got was Im sorry. Never again.

I was sent to the store by Samsung who put in a ticket. Waited outside for 20 minutes while calling them. Finally saw a tech inside and when he came to the door he was disrespectful. “We are closed and that’s why We didn’t answer your like 20 calls.” Just pick up the phone and explain the situation. Not ignore me for 20 minutes and get an attitude about it

First off, I make a in-store appointment through their online website. I have a printed page confirming my appointment date and time. I show up at that time, to have the store clerk look at me blankly and say, I dont have any appointment for you.Secondly, I specifically made an appointment to have the battery in my Google Pixel phone replaced. Nothing is said or indicated that I needed to take any preparations beforehand. I walk in, finally get the clerk to acknowledge me, only to be told that its Google policy that they have to factor reset and wipe my phone when they do any repairs, and that I should probably have my data backed up.Seriously!?You are going to wait until Im there with my phone to tell me I should have backed up everything *beforehand*?The entire time I was there, which, granted, was not a lengthy period of time, the clerk was bored apathetic, and in different to me or my situation. By all indications, he could not have cared less that I had even walked in.I will never go back there again.
I filled out the stores online questionnaire describing the cracked screen on my Google Pixel I needed repaired. Since I was an hours drive away, I tried calling twice before my 5 p.m. appointment so I wouldnt waste a trip. No answer twice. So I took a chance anyway and drove there. When I got there I was told my phone couldnt be fixed because it was already 5 p.m., and that the store doesnt have a replacement screen on site. So I drove an hour for nothing. The store had my appointment information. Why didnt they call me if they couldnt help me? Then they said they would call me when the replacement screen came in. Im still waiting for the call. Terrible customer service.
Made an appointment for a potential expanding battery and was quoted $110. Walked in and the guy immediately said its just the adhesive going bad. He went back and replaced the adhesive in about 5 mins for free!

Words can never truly describe how I felt when I walked into the store and talked to two different people. I will take everything and anything else I brake, (hopefully not a lot of stuff), to them for repairs. No exaggeration, they are/have to be the nicest, friendly people who i have ever had the pleasure of meeting. YOU MUST GO HERE

What everyone else says about this location is true; they really dont care if your phone gets repaired or not. I had an Asurion claim and had to borrow my gfs car on 3 different occasions to get here since its the only location Asurion will use. Each time I got the runaround for a different reason. The last time they said they finally got my screen in, but now it would take another 2-3 WEEKS to order a new battery (WHY didnt you order the battery/tell me that was necessary from the FIRST DAY before you wasted my time on two more occasions?). I could go into detail after detail about how little they cared about each step of the way, but I got a new phone and I dont want to think about this nightmare of a store any longer. After talking to Asurions customer service they were able to fix the problem but avoid this location at all costs.

Not only was I not helped when I went in for my appointment, I was directed to another store only to be told that I was given misinformation. So I went home with a cracked screen after traveling all day for no reason. I was uncomfortable my entire visit, the way I was spoken to by the counter person was seemingly Nnoyed that I had made an appointment and was generally extremely unhelpful, but mostly I was terrified the entire time I was there because a man was screaming in the back (behind a curtain) and admonishing someone over the phone. As a woman, I felt unsafe. I wont be returning.
I called last friday and asked if they could replace the port on my android phone and put in a new battery. I was told yes, two hour turn around time. The person said let me quote you a price. He come back $125. I said ok thats fine, beats a new phone. The port in my phone is damaged so I have difficulty getting it to charge. I asked the guy you are right next to Fazzinis Restaurant right? He says yes we are. So monday I get there and Im told we dont replace ports. I will never go back to this place.
Horrible experience. Once they were finished with my phone I went to pick it up from the store and it took them 10 minutes to find my phone. My experience with this business occurred back in Aug. 2020.I took my laptop to the Cockeysville, Maryland location for repair. The bottom of my laptop cracked and I needed to have it fixed; it got worse the more I open and closed it. I currently work from home as a lot of us do due to Covid-19. While the base and frame of my laptop was not in good shape, the rest of the laptop worked just fine. I had no issues with the speed of which my laptop moved nor did I have internet connectivity issues.I took my laptop for them to look at and give me an estimate. I was sent an email when I left the location that would give me updates of their progress. They never called or emailed me for an update. I called them and they told me how much it would cost to repair the laptop and how long it would take. Eventually, I decided to get my laptop and not have the repairs done. I went back to the Cockeysville location and got my laptop. I was given two receipts, one with the estimate and one with no price showing I didnt need to pay anything. I get home to use the laptop, and it doesnt work. This happened on a Saturday. I called them to complain and was told I could bring it back on Monday for them to fix. They did not connect the wires back properly; the laptop would come on but not the monitor. Why would they give me back my laptop in a non-working condition? I did not give them my laptop that way so I was very upset that they gave back to me that way.I returned the next Monday and they re-connected the wires and my monitor now came on. Once home, I went to do work on my laptop and there was no connection to my wi-fi. I worked to get it all reconnected but the diagnostic testing I ran on my computer said the router was the issue, which wasnt true since all my other appliances were working fine with the wi-fi. I called back to speak with the manager about the wi-fi not being able to work since getting my laptop back from them. I didnt get his name, but he told me the reason why it is not working is because closing and opening the laptop will keep disconnecting the wires. At no point in me bringing my laptop to them, did anyone tell me what issues or potential issues I would have with my laptop. The explanation also doesnt make any sense. I opened and closed my laptop regularly before I gave it to them and my wi-fi worked fine. It wasnt until I got my laptop back from them that I am having connectivity issues with wi-fi in my own home.I dont understand why my laptop worked less than it did before getting it fixed or diagnosed by UBreakIFix. The only thing the manager could say to me was he was sorry that the issues with my laptop were not communicated to me. I now have a laptop that was fine before I went to have it looked at and its now in worse condition. The manager made no offer to fix what his employees botched nor did he offer any other solutions. I never reach out to issue complaints regarding service; I simply never return or spend my money at that place of business. But given the cost of the item that needed repair, and the fact Ill likely have to pay more to have to the original problem fixed, plus whatever the Cockeysville location did to it, I felt like I had to contact someone about these issues (Additional note: after getting the laptop looked at by someone else, it turns out UBreakIFix also forgot to put back in three screws). Not only do I work from home, but I am also a student and I am trying to start my own business online so I need my laptop in working condition. This was my first experience with this company and it will be my last.As of now, I need a WiFi adaptor to connect to WiFi. I will need that for the remainder of the time that I have the laptop or until someone who actually knows what theyre doing repairs it.
They fixed my special edition Galaxy S10 with the correct parts. Functions like new. Price was reasonable. Took about 1 day. I hope I dont have to use their services again because it means I broke my phone again. But if I did I would return.

Pros:-Employees were very helpful in going the extra mile to get my phone fixed. When parts were broken in repair unrelated to my initial problem, they were replaced for free immediately or ordered overnight.-When there was a problem with my phone when I picked it up at close, they stayed until it was fixed.-Store is located next to a very solid pizza shop for if you need to wait.Cons:- The supply chain. I was trying to get my 3 year old phone fixed in the middle of quarantine at the end of the work week. So when a part was needed that was not in stock, overnight turned into 3 days later. This was no fault of uBreak; but an important thing to note for scheduling a drop off based on your phones age.- Price. Again, my phone is 3 years old, but the cost of a new phone would have been comparable to the repair.Overall, if your phone is over 2 years old, I would not recommend going here; not due to any fault of theirs, but due to quick phasing out of electronics and the car current state of the supply chain.

I took in my laptop for a cracked touch screen and broken hinge to be fixed. It took about two months to get it back. Most of my calls were unanswered or I was told they were waiting on a part. Finally, I get notified that my laptop is done. I go in and It was not fixed so they took it back to repair it again.Ultimately, screen is still warped (which they did, not me). glue is clearly showing on the side of the laptop.The hinge was never fixed.They did not give me back my charger. When I realized this, contacted them and they said oh yes it was misplaced we will order a new one and send you tracking. have yet to receive tracking. Also question why it wasnt ordered until I called.I appreciated that they gave me a discount on services due to the 2 month time span, but would have appreciated it if they actually fixed the problem, did not cause a new problem, and gave me all my belongings back.
My phone stopped charging. I tried to clean the charge port, but to no avail. I was convinced I needed a new charging port. Called and explained my dilemma. The gentleman on the other end checked to make sure he had the part in stock so I did not make a wasted trip.Long story short, the port just needed cleaning. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. He didnt even bill me. I could not be happier.If I have another phone issue, I will definitely use these folks again.
Had a terrible experience here. I went there because my pixel 3 screen was bleeding; I dropped it off Friday, they replaced the screen and motherboard and I picked it up at 530 on a Saturday. By 6:00 it was totally blacked out. They were closed until Monday. I was there on Monday when they opened. They had my phone again all day and when I picked up I explained to the guy working at the counter how frustrated I was because this was my third time back to the shop and he said, I cant even right now. and then walked to the back and proceeded to talk about me while I could hear him! Guess what? They put the screen on wrong. So now a grand total of two weeks later, my touch screen doesnt work again because they put the screen on wrong. I would not recommend this location at all and I am going to try my luck at the Laurel location.

They fixed and then unfixed our phone do to a customization made on the phone. A quick phone call and we could have switched it back. Wasted our time and theirs.

Heres a summary of my experience trying to get a proximity sensor on my Pixel4a under warranty repaired:Week 1: Bring phone in for repair, told its covered by warranty and will be available for pickup in 2 hours. Return 2 hours later to be told my part also required a new screen and to come back in one week.Week 2: Call into store, screen is in stock and told to bring phone in. When I drop my phone off I am told they forgot to order the proximity sensor. I laugh it off to the guy at the front because I understand and he apologetically assures me that he is ordering it right now and will be here next week.Week 3: Go into store, I was told they had to special order it from a distributer in CA and it would take 3-5 business days. I was annoyed, but still understood and was told to return in another week.Week 4: Call into the store, I was told the part was never ordered and the company is no longer fulfilling ANY google warranties. I ask to speak to the manager and was told there are none at store. I go into the store and speak to the manager who suddenly works there and get told the same story.Keep in mind the entirety of this process I am kept in the dark except for when I call them, no notifications of parts coming, no green lighting of me to bring my phone back, no cancelation of my work order. I am not sure whether to attribute this complete waste of a month to ineptitude or intentional maliciousness but either way I will not be using UbreakIFix for any repairs ever again.
Understaffed and poor planning. Drove 30 minutes to this location since theyre the closest Verizon Warranty repair certified location. Waited 20 minutes just to talk to someone before being turned away because they only had one technician that could fix Pixel phones. Since they dont accept appointments I was told to come back the following week when they open to try again. A location that has this much issue with staffing and managing the amount of work should have a system in place for appointments so something like this doesnt happen. I dont mind coming back another day, but if I show up I expect to get the service I already paid Verizon for completed.
I called the store about 3-4 times attempting To inquire about a specific part. First mistake was how I was greeted on the phone. All I heard was Matt please hold. Okay no problem people get busy. I’m not sure if it was the same staff member or not who initially greeted me but when they returned minutes later and I explained what I needed he told me to hold again. Minutes passed and I naturally grew impatient as I haven’t even been asked my name or the model of my phone at this point. The phone was picked up and I was hoping to continue the call but nobody was there and all I could here was chatter and people laughing, then someone hung up on me. I give up. I didn’t call back, I was forgotten about as if I didn’t matter. The only reason why I’m not leaving 1 Star is because I’ve used this company at other locations and received better service. I will spend my money elsewhere
Bad experience two times with the same phone. Messed up my phone the first time and the the 2nd also left the same issue, didnt fix, but insisted they fixed. Waste of time and money if phone was not on warrantee. I sent my phone back to Samsung warehouse, and now it is like new with no issues I can see.
Gave me the run around for a week and a half, after they promised I would have my phone back within 24 to 48 hours. And I had to constantly contact them to get updateds about the repair of my phone!

This company took 8 weeks to fix my computer (with me driving back and forth) and did not communicate with me about the process unless I’ called in. My computer was supposed to be done at week 4 when they revealed they did not perform the prep and diagnostic properly and had to order additional parts. I understand USPS has had some problems with delivery and I was okay waiting for the few weeks but now to wait additional time because they did not do their prep and diagnostics properly is inexcusable. Then when the repair was finally done (week 5) and I came to get it, when I went to make sure everything was working, my touchpad mouse was not working. I gave that back to the store and it took them an additional week and a half to work out that bug. I go back to the store again, to get my laptop that they said was completed and went home to find that they had somehow managed to not install my charging port. A few days after this and having a district manager come in everything is resolved with my laptop (2 months/8 weeks of going back and forth). I was told I would get 50 percent off and someone would be in contact with me. It has been 3 weeks I have not received the refund I was supposed to, I called the store to get more information and they reported someone would call me and I received no call. This has been a horrible experience and I do not recommend coming here for assistance.
My wife brought her phone here to get the battery replaced as the battery charge does not last nearly as long as it did when the phone was new. She got her phone back and now it has no sound and cannot make or receive calls. She is now taking it back so they can figure out what went wrong when they had the phone apart. A battery replacement by a professional should not result in a non-functional phone. They also told me they are required by Samsung to run a diagnostic service after they make repairs to verify the phone is functional, and cannot explain how this made it out the door in a non-functional state. Needless to say we’re both disappointed with the service so far. I’ll update this review if / when they make it right.
Wow, what an incredible experience! I went in because Ive been having a problem with my charge port, and 5 minutes later I walked out with a phone that connects to chargers better than when I bought it. They cleaned the port for me for free, and even explained how I could do it next time by myself. If ANYTHING happens to my phone in the future, Im bringing it to this place, no questions asked. Phenomenal, helpful, friendly, quick, professional, and kind.
Absolutely the worst place ever to get a repair done. The place is very unclean the management is poor and talks over you. They can be very rude to their employees and overall just do not take their job seriously. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS HERE!
I took my ps4 in at the end of august, and they had my it for about three weeks. They were supposed to call back in two days with a diagnostic and never did so about two days later we gave a call to them. They kept making excuses for weeks and never would call when they were supposed to nor gave any information. They had told us that they cleaned it and were gonna take a look but once again never called, so we went to pick it up a few days later and they lied about all of that. Never again.

Made an appointment a week in advance. As part of the process I provided the information regarding my phone. I took time off work and drove out for the appointment to be told they did not have the part in stock. I cant figure out why they didnt either order the part in advance since they had the information or call me to cancel. Very frustrating experience. I will never use them in the future
We walked in on a Saturday without an appointment and were immediately helped. We were given an estimate of about an hour for a cracked iPhone screen and quoted a price. It was finished within the time frame promised and was exactly the price they quoted. We dealt with 2 different people who were both knowledgeable and very helpful. And we were given a coupon for our next visit! We definitely will be going back if needed.
Customer service is awful, was told they had a part drive to the store they didnt, but they would order it.... wouldnt call me to say it was in but I should call and check even though I did that the first time and it was wrong, the tech could have cared less never even said sorry about that....they ordered the wrong part, guy has no idea how ordering works so doesnt know when it will be in, said he would talk to the guy who orders to see if they could overnight it, have heard nothing though it was their error....Im taking my $289 business elsewhere...I never leave reviews on places but I feel like this place could careless about its customers especially for such expensive repairs
Very quick. Guy was super nice. Very impressed with the work. Would definitely use again. While there, the repair guy explained to a potential customer that he had other options. Its always nice to see places not desperate to take your money.
Made an appointment on their website on a Sunday for a cellphone screen repair. I arrive for them to say:1. We don’t take appointments,2. We don’t repair cellphone screens on Sundays because it’s a catch up day.Save your time - go to Batteries Plus up the street - cheaper, friendlier, less hassle.
Great service from Bryan. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Took a few tries for a complete fix but he figured it out nonetheless and even stayed after hours to help solve the problem. Highly recommend him and his team.

We were sent here from Assurion to get a screen replaced. We were told, by Assurion, that it would be a 30 min repair time. When we arrived we were told up to 2 hrs. Ok, I guess theres a misunderstanding between them and Assurion. So, we go have lunch & come back two hours later since they hadnt called to say it was done. They tell us it will be another 45 mins. So, now it is almost 2 hrs later, they are closed & its finally done. Not impressed!
Quick and efficient. Feels like a brand new phone. Had to get the screen fixed on my Pixel 2 XL after it cracked. Would highly recommend this place, the manager was a very friendly guy.
These guys provided outstanding customer service. They did everything they could to make this an easy experience. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. I had to drive an hour to get to this location and it was well worth it.
I have insurance with Asurion, I only had to pay 30 dollars to fix a cracked screen, I arrived around 4:45 pm and my phone screen was fixed by 6:15... the staff was VERY KIND! U honestly was surprised that I had my phone fixed the same day. 5 Stars all around.

I made an appointment on their online portal to get my phone screen fixed. It showed an available time slot for Monday at 12pm which I took. I drove over 30 mins, got there at 11:30 and waited in my car for close to 40mins because the store was still closed. The hours at the door front and on their website says 10am to 7pm. I ended up calling their head office and was informed they were closed on Mondays. Why create an appointment slot for a day that youre closed? And why not update the info so you dont mislead people? Very unhappy I wasted all this time.
Wonderful experience from start to finish. I brought in my phone for liquid damage cleaning and was helped by Brian who explained the repair process fully in an easy-to-understand manner. I got my phone back the next day, expertly cleaned of all corrosion by Cameron and back to full functionality. I highly recommend this repair business and its great staff.
Had the back glass on my phone replaced. This place is wonderful. Fast Service, drop off to completion less than 2 hours. Customer Service is the best. Prices very reasonable. Definitely recommend.

I was informed immediately that it would take 2 hours to simply replace the glass face of my cellphone. I was unhappy with this time, but was delayed in picking it up....so things worked out fine. Good looking job overall.

I dont usually post reviews but this business is worth it. Ive never damaged my phone but I cracked the back of my Samsung Galaxy S8 yesterday and was scrambling to find someone to repair it. I was able to find this establishment and it had reputable, good reviews. My phone was fixed today in record time and I have no complaints. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their phone repaired.
Same day service after I set an appointment the night before. I had my pixel XL fixed in about an hour. I own my own contracting business so it was important I had my phone asap because I was missing calls and text from subs and clients. Both of the people that worked there were very nice and helpful 👍 the 90 warranty really makes it worth it!
I brought my iPhone 7 to be fixed because I dropped it and the screen wouldn’t turn on anymore. It took less than 24 hours, and they were able to replace the screen for a very reasonable price. The service is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.
This place is awesome. They are fast and affordable. Ive been in more than once and each time the manager and the employee were great. I highly recommend this place.
