I didnt get to get all over the house but loved what I did see. It was nice and clean facility and a relaxing Sunday shop. The gentleman who assisted us in determining which cigars to get helped tremendously. He asked a few questions which allowed us to quickly pick the right type of cigars. My brother loved them for his birthday! Im sure hell be visiting when he comes into town! Im not a cigar smoker but my husband was and the visit has renewed his interest again.

Ohhhhh i love this place. The large cigar selection and if u choose 2 sit and smoke they have a very nice ventilation system so its not all smoky throughout the place. I would have given it a 5 star but I personally think they should dial the humidity in the humidor down just a bit. I like a cool smoke so I take a pull once every 3-5 minutes; I noticed i had to relight my cigar once or twice. That was the only setback. But definitely a great place to go.

I like the place, enjoyed the knowledge shared. They didnt have any of my choices but they to were experimentals. His suggestions pictured. Im enjoying 1 now. Its a house so be on the lookout

Friendly staff, huge selection, great lounge area, and respectful of the Covid restrictions. Also good outdoor area when the weather turns nice.Edit after response from management: I will definitely be in again soon. Ive been vaccinated and the weather is turning nice, so rain or shine Ill come and enjoy a good stick.

This is one of the best places in the Baltimore area to buy cigars and also to just relax if you feel like smoking cigars either outdoors or inside to watch sports on the TV. Great selection and service. They even carry PG Belicoso Maduro and Oscar Leaf Maduro, two of my favorites.

I’ll give a three because the cigars are top notch and it’s a great place to meet for relaxation and comradery. I don’t share the same opinion about the staff nor will I ever. But for a great cigar and a knowledgeable sales pitch, you can’t lose.

Simply the Best! The family, staff and regulars are friendly, welcoming and make it worth the trip every time. SInce most cigar shops are small, family owned businesses I avoid internet purchasing and choose to shop local. I have had the opportunity to visit stores/lounges all over, the Humidours selection and quality is as good as anywhere you will find. Their lounges make for a great place to relax, meet up with friends or watch a game!

Ive been going to The Humidour for years though I havent been in for a while. From the first time I stopped in felt welcomed. Very very nice people, top notch customer service and knowledge. Great selection of cigars, supplies, pipes etc. This is a perfect example of how it should be done. I recommend them to everybody.

One of the first cigar lounges I visited when I started smoking cigars. Found it to be a great place for selection and when they didnt have the cigar I was looking for the co- owner Finny (Finnie?) ordered them for me. That was at the old location. The new location is 10xs better!

My wife just picked up 2 Romeo Y Julieta Churchills for Valentines Day from the Humidour Cigar Shoppe. I have been smoking cigars for over 20 years. I have had cigars that are not up to standard had to re-light to keep the cigar lit. The 2 cigars purchased were the worst cigars I have ever tried to smoke.After re-lighting at least 20 times and smoking down to 2/3 the cigar would not even re-light. How is that possible? Never had that happen before. Would not recommend the Humidor Cigar Shoppe.

Humidour on the Hill is actually a vintage house that has been expertly remodeled into an extraordinary tobacco emporium. An extensive sellection of handmade, imported cigars and pipes will be found here. Their humidor is enormous and contains thousands of sticks in various shapes, sizes and tabacco compositions. Many of the worlds finest cigars can be found here. Prices are competitive ranging from a few dollars to the upper twenties per stick. Deals, sales and special events occur often. The house has several rooms outfitted with easy chairs, sofas and tables. Ashtrays, wooden matches, torch lighters and cigar cutters abound. Free coffee is often available and bottled water is for sale. The main lounge has a large screen television that is usually showing a sporting event. Private lockers are available for rent and the second floor of the house is reserved for the Ashton Club, a premium feature area accessible through membership. The staff are welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. If you fancy premium cigars and pipes pay them a visit.

This is a newer location, having been previously just a half mile south on York Road in a smaller building. This new, large building is a home-turned-business and certainly feels luxurious as you walk in. This was formerly a frame shop.

Beyond amazing. Price and selection beat out anything in the baltimore area. Staff was very friendly and made a top-notch suggestion. Multiple sitting areas, from a classic 1800s style wood lounge, to a lovely stone porch. The other patrons were also very welcoming and conversational to a new guy such as myself. This place is a true classic.

Great shop with one of the most well-stocked humidors Ive seen. A few sticks available here that I could not find elsewhere (zorba, for example). Lounge available as well as outdoor seating.Traffic on main road is pretty rough.

I always try to shop local when possible and even though cigars online may be cheaper, buying at a local shop usually also gives you some personal assistance. Ive been to many cigar stores and this place has to be the worst. In nearly 15 visits, only one worker has been friendly. The rest of the employees dont say a word as they take my money - all they do is reinforce my thinking in this instance, its not worth it to shop local. Online is cheaper anyway.After reading through the other reviews, my only explanation is that Im not the guy buying $10-20 cigars. My price point must be too low for the humidour hotties as they like to call themselves (not too conceited) to say hi or thanks. So, if youre spending that much, enjoy the nice customer service-- otherwise, shop online and youll get the same personal attention at a cheaper price.
