I have never been to a cleaner, neater or more organized consignment shop ever! The owner, Rebecca, is amazing! She has such a wonderful attitude, very positive, uplifting spirited woman. I love her 6 pound dogs too, Sadie Jane and Sammy Jane, the Sass greeters! I love to shop small businesses before all others, giving small business owners in the community a fighting chance to thrive during this pandemic is very important to me. Sass has a huge selection of clothes, jewelry, shoes and handbags all at a reasonable price. Its my go to store when I need something right away, or for a special event, Sass always has what I like. I really dont understand why someone would chose to give less than a 5 star rating because they couldnt use the bathroom while shopping, its just ridiculous. For a small business owner its very difficult to allow customers access, the owner or her employees would have to literally stand at the bathroom door all day and sanitize after each customer, which is not conducive to run a small business. I love the girls and the products at Sass and you will too!

As a new customer, I couldn’t rate SASS any higher, as I was not able to shop yesterday. First, there wasn’t a “beware of dogs” sign on the door and my daughter is afraid and allergic to dogs and cats. Soon as we entered, the first pooch came towards us, my daughter ran for cover behind the counter and unwittingly met the second pooch. The ladies placed them into their playpen. After calming my daughter down, we asked to use the restroom since it took us just under 1 hour to reach the boutique and with the unexpected “poochie commotion”, we needed a restroom break. I was told the powder room is now strictly for employees use due to the new cleaning guidelines given by the govt. The shop looks beautiful on the inside but customers can not use the restroom. Owner offered to escort me to another nearby business so I could use that business’ restroom. I declined.

SASS has come back from the pandemic bigger and sassier than ever!! I love this place! I have bought some of the cutest clothes at amazing prices, but I’m also a consignor and I love doing business at SASS.Their contract and policies are straight forward. I’m able to log into my consignor account whenever I want. All my items are always accounted for and SASS actually pays a higher commission for my designer items vs. other shops I have been to in the past.Rebecca and her crew are always pleasant, helpful and make me feel welcome. I have also gotten so many cute, brand new boutique type gifts there too. The weekday noon Facebook videos are great and so down to earth. I highly recommend SASS!

We love you RebeccaLove consigning and shopping with Sass for the past 3 years. 5 stars all the way. As a consignor, I get paid immediately upon my request. Never an issue like some other stores. The checks are pre-paid by the store so I receive a confirmation and an actual delivery date...no other stores provide this service. I receive higher commissions for my designer brands and their pricing and research is spot on. I dont have to do any work as I would on Poshmark or other online sellers. I love supporting small local business and Sass is one of them. I love the excellent customer service I receive and Rebecca the owner is THE nicest, honest and sweetest consignment shop I have ever done business with. We love you Sass, congrats on 7 years.

Amazing boutique. It’s beautiful when you step inside and it’s warm and inviting. The owner came up to us and sincerely greeted and welcomed us. They sell high brand labels At low prices. I just happened by Sass while I had free time on a business trip in town. I was pleasantly surprised with the high end designer tags and bargain prices. I have full accountability of all my consigned items with their online tracking system . I get paid immediately for goods sold. I don’t have to go to sass to ask or retrieve checks. They have an online banking system with their bank and once I request it through my email I receive a confirmation back the exact same day with my check amount, a delivery date and a bank confirmation number. 9/8 Way to go Sass on Winning Best of Baltimore! We love you!Ive been consigning with Sass for a little over 1 year now. I do very well with my consignment of high end clothing & bags. Rebecca the owner, is on her game and does all she can to assist me with my consignment account. I can view my inventory online 24/7 which is very convenient. I always know what is sold & unsold and how much $$ I have on my account. She is a stickler to policy and I understand she and her staff is running a business. I check my account online, I request a check when my account reaches $50 in sold merchandise. If I want to roll my items over for a new 90 day term, I just call her and she does it. If not my items get donated to a local charity and I couldnt be happier. Know wonder she won Best of Baltimore for the past 3 years.

I was not impressed with the quality and the prices are high. Selection is poor. Nothing much really “high end”. Jewelry is cheap and mostly costume. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! After going to almost all the consignment shops in the Baltimore area, this one is on the bottom of my list. Won’t be going back!!Sadly, I have to respond to the owner’s (Rebecca’s)reply. FIRST TIMER! Great experience! Only rated 4 stars because I didnt find anything this visit. I will return in the near future. As for the owner Rebecca, she was absolutely wonderful. She greeted me as soon as I stepped in the boutique. She introduced the other employees *by name, showed me the layout of the store and informed about the sale items. I felt so welcomed and left with a smile on my face. I will definitely return soon.

Excellent high quality friendly service. Clothes are high quality and very reasonably priced. The store owners were also very helpful because they respect your budget and dont push you to buy anything. They also had free pizza and wine when we visited!

Stopped in yesterday to consign more clothing & handbags . I’m so impressed with the fast selling results in just 3 weeks. ALL 18 items sold . Rebecca has so much passion for her boutique and it shows. She insures I understand how to manage my account online through my cell phone, she sends emails and thanks me, I have 100% accountability of all my items and I just requested my first check and I got an actual confirmation number and delivery date back from Rebecca via email. Very fast, very accurate and the contract is black-and-white. Her terms are the best I have ever experienced. I’ve been consigning for 10 years and Sass provides me the best results ever. I always find something great at Sass! And Rebecca (the owner) is always helpful finding at exactly what Im looking for (and then some!). I was more than impressed with Sass’s selection of merchandise sold on consignment. It was my 2nd visit to Sass. Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Chloe, Alexander McQueen, Stella McCartney, Burberry, Judith Ripka, Tiffany, Coach, Michael Kors ... just to name a few. I’ve been shopping consignment for over 20 years and I know my labels. No junk here! Nothing was low quality. The owner has a new high end jewelry section where everything sparkles and in cases. The prices are excellent. But then I found nice, not cheap, costume jewelry for only $5. VERY IMPRESSED. And the ladies are very nice, helpful and not pushy. Highly recommend.

5/22/21 I re-consigned again with Sass 2 months ago and had excellent results even during this pandemic! The boutique looks amazing with their recent renovations of new carpeting and lighting . Rebecca the owner is as sassy and amazing as ever. I picked up some cute sandals too. Sass is hands down the best consignment shop in the area. They are the nicest and friendliest as well. Some shops have attitudes but NOT Rebecca and her team. Keep up the great work!2 year consignor here and couldn’t be more happy with Sass. Love that Rebecca increased the commission to 60% for designer labels with a check right away. I received 8 checks in June immediately when my designer bags sold. I never had to ask, I got a confirmation right away . Rebecca and her staff provide excellent service, very honest and make sure I understand my contract every time I go there . I can’t wait to bring in my items for the new season and see the magic sass makes happen . You ladies are doing a great job

Great selection of merchandise and very clean store. Customer service? Very helpful, almost too helpful. They hovered over us even though they have security cameras. Let me explain further:I walked in with my hubby with the intent to purchase accessories. Like normal people when shopping in a second hand store, we like to examine the merchandise for possible hidden defects. Owner grabs item out of my hand because I commented on the items imperfections. I did end up purchasing it, but I left the store feeling very much like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman ( the scene in which she walks into the posh store to shop and the sales lady acts snobby)Funny thing is, as soon as they saw that I was a paying customer, they began to treat me like a normal person.So to sum things up, store has really good selection with great prices but the sales people and owner could benefit from some customer service training. Yes Ill shop there again, because Id rather put up with soso customer service and good merchandise over inferior merchandise and great customer service.

Grown women jumping out from underneath a clothing rack or out from under a pile of purses and peaking out from behind a curtain in your dressing room ... hard to take a business like that serious with the horrible acting (definitely do not quit your day jobs). This is a small business owner acting like a kid?? Very unprofessional.Well Colleen, thanks for the response. I see I also achieved something with my review, as i dont see either of you jumping out from under clothing racks or attempting to act surprised by the price of something in Rebeccas shop. They say birds of a feather flock together ... I certainly hope your presence in her shop is one that will help fix her horrible reputation for ripping consignors off and not add to it. Oh, and also ... the CONSTANT Voted Best of Baltimore 3 years in a row has definitely worn out its use. Come up with something else - if you can.

The worst consignment store ever. A place where the owner (Rebecca) and her associates are a bunch of liars. The outstanding products (shoes, dresses, purses....etc) found in this store are consigned by 3rd parties and other individuals who are interested in doing business with Rebecca & co. on a 50/50 basis (meaning if they sell your item for $10, they get $5 and you get $5. But was that what happened with my designers shoes, purses & stuff when I consigned with them? NO!!! They were excited when I took my stuff to them and asked me to check back in a month time. They responded to my first 2 phone calls after about 6 to 8 weeks, then later stopped answering my number; but when I used my colleagues numbers to call them, they did answer. I got there on a Saturday afternoon and requested for my 6 bags (I had shoes, purses, and clothes in 6 big trash bags) items, they gave me 1 bag and said they had given the rest out to charity. And after a while, they asked me to walk out of their store. I stayed in there and called the police. The officer came and got my own side of the story first and gave me a case number to take them to court.I was interested in selling some stuff and giving some out to charity. Rebecca asked me to sign a piece of paper stating that I am authorizing her to take my items to a charity center and had nothing to sign for the other items which I wasnt interested in giving out to charity. Yet, I did it wisely, stating the number of items to be giving to charity (which was 12 pairs of shoes). Just for her to tell me that Saturday that she gave more than 50 pairs of the shoes to charity which I asked her to sell. What a degradation. So mush loss of reputation and respect for this lady and her associates. Her associates were so good at backing her up, making some stories as though they were talking to a 10-year-old kid.Im glad I have pictures of the items I asked her to sell and those I kept aside for charity (which will all be useful to the judge in court) these pictures were taking in her store with her associates next to the items.Is a pity people have to steal from others to make money. I call this theft. Shame on you Rebecca and Co. And see you in court soon.
