This is a wonderful group of people. The office staff are very helpful and efficient and Al was phenomenal! He gave me a reasonable quote, came on time and he was a model of efficiency. It was one of the most remarkable things Ive every watched. (I was in my office on the second floor, not spying but curious!) He and Bill finished, cleaned up, programmed my car and keypad and I am now the proud owner of a great looking garage door! I could not have been happier.

The day of the appointment, they came out early and worked very quickly and efficiently. We are so happy with the work they did. On top of the new equipment, our garage system is quieter than it was before. I would highly recommend this company!

My garage door failed and I contacted SSWhite. They came out the very next morning at 7 am to get me temporarily back up and running. Great service . All I can say is that the installers were perfectionists to the details when my new door was installed. I enjoy rewarding family businesses!

We have been an SS white customer for many years. It is a delightful experience when the same person has been servicing you for multiple decades, takes pride in his work, shows up ahead of schedule, and fixes the problem on the first try. This is precisely what has been happening with Bill - a long term employee. He is top notch and diagnosed our door problem in about 15 seconds...even before SEEING the problem!! 20 minutes later, the door had been fixed, oiled, tested and is good to go. SS White installed our 2 garage doors over 20 years ago and has been servicing them just as needed since then. Our last service call was a few days ago.
