Their pharmacists are all exceptionally professional, their staff is friendly and helpful. When they say they will have a prescription ready, they have it ready or earlier.
Your company should not be treating people over the phone with co-vid if you have policies in place from properly doing so. I told your doctor I was coughing up yellow infected phlegm however was refused antibiotics as policy. The hospital confirmed that there is often a bacterial component with co-vid and had this been addressed I might not have ended up in the hospital for five days. This felt like abetrayal of trust that I cannot rely on your doctors ro give the best care because you will merely hobble them with policies written by corporate agents with no concern for the well being of your patients.
Called to get a prescription refilled, they said they had it and would fill it. Perfect. Come to pick it up and someone else tells me it’s out of stock and won’t get a shipment in until Monday. ???
The pharmacy is pretty unorganized and they dont have a lot of ways to help when there are tricky situations. Theyre kind of nonchalant.
Absolutely horrible customer care. Not enough staff to give decent care.
Pharmacy sucks. Was on hold for over 45 minutes when I finally decided to just go there. Once I got there, there was only 1 pharmacist, who says, I’m sorry I don’t have any help.Really?? Now I’m here waiting over an hour for my prescription. Unexceptionable. SMH
Pharmacy is terrible! No one picks up the phone half the time, they put you on hold and never pick up again or disconnect you. It took the tech 30 minutes with me standing in the store to finally tell me they he couldnt find my insurance in their system (we have Blue Cross...its not like its an unknown company). When I tried to have my prescription transferred to a different pharmacy the following day they said they couldnt because there was a discrepancy with the dosing which took hours of back and forth to communicate to me; this should have been told to me when I was in the store the previous day so I could have had the Dr. resubmit it first thing in the morning. Wasted time and poor service. I will never use a CVS pharmacy.
Great cvs, love that they are open 24 hours..........and can fill prescriptions 24 hours a day.......unlike most cvs stores.they appear to be understaffed though, so wait times can be challenging
Service is terrible. Pharmacy never fills scripts when they are ready to be filled. I then have to call. Lately they have then had to order the medication. I moved from my independent due to an insurance change and now I want to go back.
I had some pictures developed. Went to pick them up and no one was working the entire front of the store. Self checkout only. Finally I found the manager. She begrudgingly retrieved my pictures, gave them to me. I went to the self checkout and proceeded to try and pay for them. It was NOT working. I looked around and she was staring at me. I said, excuse me, this is not working... And she very very very rudely replied, thats because you need to come over here and let me check you out... So the whole time she literally just sat there and watched me trying to pay for them, handed them to me knowing that I couldnt self checkout. It seemed like she was waiting for me to try and steal them. Well I am contacting corporate. Her name is Lee. She is always a BlTCH when I go in there. And Im sick of it. She doesnt like my politics. How does she know them? By looking thru my pictures.
FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF
Zero stars....If you are going to have drive thru Covid testing-warn those in line, post a sign or something. I waited 20 minutes on my lunch break to pick up a prescription. Four cars behind me left! What a joke! Taking my business elsewhere!
In and out quickly friendly service
I always had a good experience here until I dealt with one of the Pharmacist Randall. He was making false accusations towards myself and doctor. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional and ignorant human being before in my life. I have already called CVS customer feedback and filed a complaint against him as well. Such an unpleasant experience especially while not feeling well.
I bought things here! A truly neutral experience. I have nothing bad, nor good to say.
Staff was not friendly at all. Including a women that I assume was the manager. She was in a white shirt and black pants. They were not helpful or friendly at all. Will not go to again. Would not recommend. Would not even give one star
Randy in the Pharmacy was excellent in helping us late at night, very kind & courteous!!
Sunday July 12th at 3:30 walk around CVS for 45 minutes filled a shopping cart with miscellaneous beach stuff about 100.00 dollars worth. Put entire cart on the counter. Cashier then said do you have a mask because o cant cash you out without but you can buy one from us then cash out. So she could cash us out without a mask but could cash out 100.00 dollars worth of stuff. We left just because of how rude she was. We to Walgreens got the same stuff no issue.
I came in today and had the absolute best customer service of any CVS or similar styled retailer ever! A huge thanks to Catherine, who is the most efficient and nicest person I have ever had the pleasure of being helped by. You have made a lifelong customer of me! Thanks again!!!!
I always have the best experience at Cocoa Beach CVS - especially the pharmacy. Always polite and answers any questions I might have. They get my prescription ready in no time flat! Thank you CVS Cocoa Beach!
T1D. Needed one Syringe. Anyone else just asks for ID. Not CVS though. They say its not enough proof.
Staff were very helpful. On vacation and needed pharmacy items ...they were great and the store had everything you could possibly need for a vacation.
Pharmacists at CVS Cocoa Beach are systematically jacking up our costs above our insurance cost deductibles for prescriptions by whatever means such as billing out 32 days on a 90 day script after asking numerous times to only fill 30 days. Brought to their attention...pharmacist very rude. They keep saying it’s our insurance. Insurance company has opened a case file on CVS Cocoa Beach.Numerous complaints have been logged by our insurance company. The pharmacy assistant told us pharmacists there are getting into arguments with many customers with similar complaints. It’s coming down from CVS upper management. They are fraudulent.
Last night, I totally forgot to get a flu shot..I just arrived here from Maryland, The pharmacist saved my life and I feel so relieved that i got a flu shot done. Thanks to those friendly pharmacist..I will visit that CVS store again..
Amazing customer service last minute needed stuff for our trip! Shoutout to Paul for the amazing customer service and help!
Stopped by late, the teller Paul was great and really friendly, will definitely tell my friends about it
Lots of cute nic-nacks in this store, and souvenirs. Quick service. I was able to get a passport picture taken here even.
No stars. Pharmacy staff was very unprofessional and unhelpful! Take my business else where!!!
The staff is friendly, especially in the pharmacy. But, a certain male employee that runs the register up front, follows you around the store watching you. It makes me very uncomfortable. Just sayin.
You dont want to know what happened to me!
Great staff
Very very expensive. Much higher then Wallgteens. ...Walmart...Rite Aid... PUBLIX....some things 2-4 dollars more then these other stores
The staff was nice.
Its CVS! If you need anything from a pharmacy, chances are they have it. Sunscreen, drinks, and a 24 hour pharmacy
Great location.
Great staff
