The majority of my plants have all came from Ace Hardware in cocoa beach. The garden center employees are always so friendly, everyone is knowledgeable or will find out the answer if they’re not sure. They also have a ton of fox farm products which I’m in love with as well. I recommend this garden center to everyone I talk to about plants! I love my weekly plant purchases!!

Jim B back in hardware provided the absolute best service to me when I needed a key & key fob created for a car I just purchased. Long story but it was a difficult job as the ignition had been worn down inside creating a minutely obscured passage for the key to follow, but with Jims patience, ingenuity & experience coupled with his resources and proficiency, he solved the unsolvable.. I didnt move to the area too long ago and it feels even more like home now knowing there are still businesses that offer the best of small-town personalized service. His commitment was impressive, I cant say enough. Thanks Jim & thanks Ace👍🏼

Aces the place with your helpful hardware person and I was so happy to see them close by. All I needed was a 10 to 15 ft three prong extension cord. I first went to Publix but they only had two prong extension cords besides an outdoor 25 ft model that was far too thick and large for what I needed. I then saw there was an Ace hardware just a mile away. When I arrived I felt at home. Sure the aisles are close and you have to squeeze by people but it is loaded with exactly what you need. I immediately found a wonderful 12 ft white 3 prong extension cord with no problem and had a fast check out. Everyone was friendly and the store was clean. Thank you for being open on a holiday and being able to help when I needed it.

Love this Ace the people there are so helpful and friendly not like the one on Astronaut Boulevard. They have such a variety, a huge Garden area Ill ride the extra seven to 10 minutes to get to this one when I live closer to the other one

It my be small, but large in the selection...a local family run business that goes the extra mile, unlike big box stores.

Went to the garden center mostly. Its small but has a lot of nice plants. Associates were all super nice and knowledgeable.

I’m incredibly disappointed in the service provided by this Ace. We try to shop local, but are treated so horribly by the employees here. We’re sent from department to department, and nobody knows what’s going on. We’re so frustrated, after multiple trips here, that we’re just going to order what we need, from another company. It’s sad that the level of customer service we receive here is so awful that we have to resort to the “box store” company’s. You lost local gardeners (I buy ample plants & supplies), grill enthusiasts (we were looking to buy a new grill), and home repair (always looking for minor repair fixes) novices. All for lack of customer care.

So I bought a flashlight, 12,000 lumens it was rated for. I open it, charge it, put it on turbo mode and it just didn’t seem anywhere close. I have a 2100 lumen flashlight that actually is brighter than this nebo flashlight. That being said, I drove 35 minutes to buy the light. So I looked up ace return policy and the gist is if an item had been opened it can be returned within 90 days for store credit. This is day 2 and I wanted to return it, but called first to be sure I would t drive over an hour round trip to be turned down. I was just told that since it was $140, it would be the managers decision whether or not the return would be accepted. So I can’t just go return the severely over rated and therefore overpriced flashlight at my convenience.Point is, I like to shop at places that have good return policies. I work a lot and I definitely can’t just make myself available only when a manager is in to make a return. I wouldn’t be returning this flashlight if it was 6 times brighter than my other flashlight, as advertised.I would have had zero problem taking store credit for this. I had already planned on buying some Milwaukee tool that I need.Ace has a return policy written online. There should be absolutely zero need to have a manager present for an open box return from yesterday. I read the policy myself, and I would have been absolutely furious if ace wasted my time driving all that far just to tell me this in person. Take this for whatever it’s worth. I don’t usually ever have to return things, but when a product is not as advertised, it’s questionable to give such a hassle about returning it

Stopped in for a street map of Cocoa Beach FL and surrounding areas.Turns out that this particular Ace Hardware doesnt carry them anymore, said they havent carried them for a while.

They have a great selection of hard to find specific hardware items. This trip was no different but I did not get good help, which was quite odd, because in the past they had incredibly helpful staff

Within walking distance when I need last minute hardware supplies. They also have a great rewards program which provides amazing discounts. They are also competitively priced, so I only have to go to the big hardware stores when I need items Ace doesnt have. I highly recommend Ace as you can always easily find someone here to help you, when needed.

This was my first visit to the Cocoa Beach store. Its not hard to get to, but it is tucked back in from A1A. Parking is tight, but plentiful. Its packed with products, similar to the Indialantic store. The new Satellite Beach store (formerly South Patrick Hardware) will be opening soon. That will make 5 Aces within 10 miles of Satellite Beach.If you cant find it anywhere, it will be at Ace!

This is truly the most helpful hardware store I have ever been to! The staff is so friendly and their GARDEN AND GREENHOUSE are HUGE, BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING! They have a well priced and interesting specialty gift area; as well as seasonal gift plants and a large selection of unique ceramic pottery. I will definitely shop here often! THANKS ACE!

Great store with a lot of items in it. The garden center part is very big for the location. I have never had any real issues with staff or locating what I came in to buy. One one visit, I was searching for the ZEP disinfectant spray and they said they did not carry this product any more because of the low sales. Their sister store does carry it, but instead of sending me there, they ordered the item for me! Now that is great service. They told me the day that it would be there, and it was there. Very nice staff and they really know their merchandise. Very happy to have this store so close to home.

Great spot. They have a good selection, not as extensive as big box store but good for almost everything. Staff are much more helpful than you will find elsewhere. Despite being a chain (franchise?) it has a more local feel. As other reviews have said its a bit cluttered but it fits a lot of stuff into a small space. Garden center looks good but Ive never had to use it personally.

Of the Ace Hardware stores I have been into in the area, this is my favorite one. Just on a general basis of the things a person can buy here, (nails, bolts, door hinges ect.) I found that the person who helps with the plants for sale is very knowable. Also, any time around a holiday, this store has several different types of great gift ideas for the whole house. AND almost always has coupons that can be used on individual items or $Xx off per total purchase. .

The Ace advantage is there are employees there to assist you in whatever you need. I was in the store 15 minutes and had 3 employees come ask me if they could assist me. You can not get that kind of service at the large chain hardware stores. I love Ace just for the service and being able to get in&out quickly.

I flew in last night got in at 4:00am in the morning and my stroller fell for my car and snapped. As you know on a vacation with kids this is a huge tragedy, Fortunately I was close to this Ace Hardware and found the coolest dude to help me!! We actually repaired it in the shop using their equipment and the parts that I bought. Theres nothing better then amazing kindness. Thanks Ace! And to your #1 employee!! 9:00am;-)

They have what they have but its always hit or miss. They are part of the ACE HW chain but dont expect them to honor the ACE HW Web prices, the charge what they want to charge and cant be bothered with a website. When I questioned a price difference the manager was dismissive saying he doesnt have time to look a the god damn web prices. I will not be going back any time soon....

Love going in here to look at plants and other coastal items! Like any smaller store some things are slightly more expensive, but it is convenient to run here instead of crossing the causeway. Love this store!!

Wow! I must have been crazy to keep going back there. While the store is well stocked, is the closest hardware to my home and clean, finding a staff person to answer questions is torture. When you do find one, its like not only is your question a bother to them, they try to mask their lack of knowledge by giving obvious, insulting and condescending answers. I walked out last time without purchasing and it is the last time that I will go to that store. I now travel 4 miles past this store and go to the Ace hardware in Cape Canaveral. The Cape knows how to serve their customers.BTW, I used to go to the Ace in Satellite Beach until their customer service was so bad that I started going to Cocoa Beach. The Satellite Beach store has been closed - get it straight Cocoa Beach!

This Hardware store is a JOKE. The employees are rude and I have never been treated so poorly somewhere in my life. They are disrespectful and dont bother to speak with you or listen when youre trying to get information, they both just walked away from me. RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I did end up calling the Merritt Island store and the gentleman there was very HELPFUL and patient and got me the information i needed! I will NEVER shop in the Cocoa Beach store again.Worst customer service I have EVER experienced.
