The service and craftmanship was good but I have 2 issues...1- Had to call them back for not cutting in 2 soffit lights. The knucklehead craftsman put the new soffit panel over the light rather than cutting the hole around the light like the rest of the house.2- Where the installed a new gutter the window was cracked. They are taking no responsibility for it. Very unprofessional and irresponsible on their part.I would advise keeping two eyes on them if you decide to retain them!
We recently had our tile roof redone due to hailstorm damage. When the job was completed by Sun Coast Roofing (and they did a superb job, to be sure), they recommended Gutter King.Simply put, following their recommendation was one of the best decisions we have made. Bob spent almost an hour with us going over the details and was very clear about the time and cost of gutter placement.When the crew arrived in a few days, they promised that they would finish the gutter installation in 5 hours...AND THEY DID! The crew worked like a well-oiled machine and gave us a well-designed, functional new gutter system that perfectly matched the new roof. It was a fantastic job for a reasonable price in one visit! Take my advice and make Gutter King your first choice in gutter installation.
Bob Olenek gave us an assessment of what we needed, fair and reasonable pricing and Shawn and Alex did the install. These guys are rock stars, Professional, great customer service, a quality job . We are very pleased . They also have a concrete splash box that is better than anything we have found in stores or online .

We had gutters installed last week. We had Hurricane damage.My old gutters were 1989 vintage. The new additions make my home look like new. The installers were efficient and courteous. We are very pleased.
I had my rain gutters installed by this company a few years ago, although l have an issue with one section sagging and have called numerous times to have this repaired, the first time l called l was told l would get a call back that day to schedule an appointment but that call never came, then l called again and was told that l would get contacted the next day, you guessed it, that never happened. I called again and again and the receptionist was very rude and said l dont need to keep calling. Its been now 2 months and no contact. I give up on this company. They only want new sales but dont stand behind there work if there is a need of repair. Poor poor customer service.

I havent even had my gutters installed yet, but the customer service here leaves something to be desired. I get a 4 weeks out time frame, and nearly 6 weeks later I have to place a call to get it scheduled for someone to come over to install my gutters. Then I am told they would be installed 2 days later. Great right? I call again the morning of to confirm and find out that someone moved around paperwork and the crews already left as the excuse why they wont installing my gutters, and I will get a call back to see if they can reschedule me after the weekend. No effort to right the wrong, just a sorry nothing we are going to be able to do. It is evident that if I never called to confirm, they were unaware of the mistake and would have pushed this even further out until I called complaining. While the salesman was apologetic, this really put my in a pinch as I was having other work done at my home that revolved around these gutters getting installed on time. If you are looking for timely service and a company that tries to fix things if mistakes are made, I wouldnt go here with my business.
