I looked for a side mirror for my Toyota Avalon everywhere. All auto salvage businesses within a 250 mile radius with no luck. Went on line looking also for over a week. Finally found this business and they had one. The right color and everything. We bought it used for half the price of it new. Wasn’t sure what the condition was going to be. A little skeptical. Got the part and it was near new in condition. Extremely happy. Will definitely look here again if I ever need another car part.

One of only 2 pull a part auto salvage yards around. Prices are fair and service is good. Hours of operation could be better for those of us who would like to come by after work or on Sundays.

Excellent experience obtaining a replacement, recycled sliding door for my Odyssey van. The door was listed as condition A: no or little damage or blemishes and I am pleased the description is accurate. Ordered door by phone after seeing it listed online. Very helpful order taker explained everything well and called me later to tell me I had been pulled from the donor. When I arrived at the clean and organized yard, I completed the purchase and had the door loaded in about 10 minutes. First visit here, highly recommended!

Seriously the best u-pull yard Ive ever been to. About the only thing thats tough is the cars are often flat on the ground, but if you ask theyll put the car on a stand for you to work on. Price, selection, service, and organization all way better than Ive come to expect from u-pulls. And the list of cars they have online is accurate and updated!!!

We have been purchasing parts from this place for years. We will no longer be doing so. We purchased an engine for a customer and installed it only to find out it was a bad engine. They sent a second engine that looked like it had been pulled out of the ocean and we refused it. They then sent a 3rd engine and we installed it. That engine did not last 500 miles started knocking. I called back in to get another engine and the representative said there would be no problem and he would have me another sent out the following week. I spoke with my customer and informed him they were sending a replacement and I would install it. Then I get a call back stating they are not going to send another engine. It took 3 weeks for Management to finally call me back and I was told that I should have bought the extended warranty and she would have been happy to send another one. No extended warranty option was ever offered to me at the time of purchase. I offered to pay the difference of the extended warranty and see if we could work something out. I even requested to have the sales representative come in the office with her because he authorized a replacement. Never will I do business with this company again, nor will any other location we operate.**Edit** This is not the first time this has happened with this company, however in the past they always made it right or reimbursed us.

At the front desk, I was given a printout of where to find all the vehicles that were identical/similar, many hard to find parts were available. I was very pleased with pricing and my total cost, and there was a clean sink available with soap to wash up. I noticed they had a huge variety of non dented truck beds. Ill be back before someone reads this and scoops up the one I was eyeballing!!!

Always easy to find parts at a good price! The U-PULL IT makes it more convenient than driving all the way to Orlando. They can tell you exactly where a specific car is and are even willing to print out a sheet. Definitely recommend this place A+++

To start with I will never go to auto salvage in Cocoa I accidentally left with two windshield blades came back to pay and pay extra for leaving without paying and they wouldnt sell them to me and said to take my business elsewhere it was an accident and they didnt accept that they can keep there business and there junk cars Plus the yard is flooded, grass is up to your knees, quarnos salvage yard has a better yard to walk around and get parts, plus theyre cheaper and their yard is not full of water and Tall Grass.

I wish I could give this place a one star. On Friday January 24th, 2020. I called this salvage yard to order the passenger side grey mirror for a 2015 Nissan Sentra, I spoke to a man named WILLIEM. This person was nice on the phone and was able to find the part that I needed. I paid for this item on the phone and WILLIEM said he would call me back on the same day or the following day. I didn’t get a call back from him that same day and a day after that. When Monday came around I called WILLIEM, he said he didn’t remember that I’ve paid for it, so he went into the system and saw that I’ve paid. I drove for 45 mins from Orlando to Cocoa to grab the mirror and it was black instead of gray. How incompetent can you be? It’s not rocket science! My guess is he had sold the gray one, even after he had confirmed that it’s available. Pathetic.

Great auto salvage yard. When you need parts, search their website first, then call them, then go pickup the parts. If you use a credit/debit card on the phone, theyll pick the part(s) needed, so your parts are ready when you arrive.

I walked in there was no other customer and no one would help me till I approached each person. Then finally I found a productive person who told me they did not have the part after I called the day before were said they did (no one had taken the part in the meantime). Went out found the part. Came in there were still 5 employees there engaging in small talk yet I had to wait 10 minuets while the one guy who actually seemed to be productive was on the phone with a customer before I could pay and leave. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is worth the drive to go to Orlando to the U-Pull-&-Pay. Its absolutely amazing what social media and the internet can do for your business! Positive or Negative...I have been managing Cocoa Auto Salvage for the last six months and wish that I had the opportunity to deal with these issues, because the outcome would be so much different. This place is as good as a hoarders back yard. Finding anything here is like finding a needle in a haystack. Most aisles are flooded or overgrown. The same goes for the vehicles.

Nobody is on the same page, I called and drove 30 minutes because I was told the last admittance to the U-Pull yard was at 12:30 and they refuse me entry even though I showed up before the deadlineNice try, you took 3 months for a response and looked at video footage you still happen to have. So to add to it you are a liar, and a smart alec. I was there 10 minutes before 1230 and was told i could not be admitted. You are a joke, and should admit when you are in the wrong. Bad business practices all around!

I’m currently restoring a vehicle and have exhausted all the resources local to me looking for a particular part in great condition. I searched online and found this establishment, which I called and they informed me that they had the part I was looking for. Their website stated “save money and pull it yourself “. I drove an hour to this place and when I pulled in to the parking lot they again had a huge sign stating “save money and pull it yourself“. I went inside and talked to the guy I spoke with on the phone and he then informs me that I was not allowed on the yard to even attempt to pull the part AND I was only allowed to see the item via a few pictures he had on his computer. Needless to say I wasn’t about to spend $250 on parts that I couldn’t even inspect. I left in great disappointment. I’ll certainly never patronize this establishment again. Wasted gas driving 2 hours back and forth and wasted my time. This place is trash.

Ive been using Coca Auto Salvage for years. They have always stood behind what they sell. Prices like anything will always differ depending on supply and demand. Ive gone there and no other customers may be in the office but everyone is doing something most of which is answering phone calls of people looking for parts and when they get a brake they deal with me. I called Cocoa Auto Salvage today, looking for a bumper cover for a Civic. They were helpful but did not have the part. I ask how much it would be if they did and was quoted $100.00. This is outrageous as I can purchase a new aftermarket unit from Orlando for $55 or on line at Amazon for $65. I am sure the response will be that it is not an OEM unit but they cant say if they had one that it would be either. I am new to the area and looking for my Go to bone yard but with no market awareness as to competitive prices I do not think this will be the one. To bad as I would have figured $70 reasonable.Good luck

Employees are fat trash with bad attitudes. Ill save you the two dollar entry fee for the privilege of going into the yard. THERE IS NOTHING USEFUL out there. Everything good is already stripped off all the cars. A normal yard takes those cars and crushes them by that time. These scamming clowns charge you to go out there and search in futility and they know it.

Needed a fuel pump assembly for my 2000 Sentra I talked to Billy at 4:30 pm, he found one and had it ready for me to pickup the next morning.I installed and it works perfect now the car runs like new again.This is how you do it, thanks Cocoa Auto Salvage!

A very good last resort for your auto parts. Especially if you have an older Jeep like I do.

I was in a wreck on 528 over the Indian River and my totaled vehicle was piling up charges sitting at an impound yard (not Cocoa Auto Salvage) for 4 days as I had no collision insurance. Mr. Rizzo went above and beyond promptly quoting me a fair estimate over the phone on the day I contacted him a very fair rate for my junked vehicle and same day towed my wreck from the impound lot to Cocoa Salvage at his arrangements and expenses just based on same pictures I sent him and cut me the sale check the same day with almost perfect estimate. Its a junkyard, people; sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. Most of all the staff Ive ever spoken to or dealt with are very nice, polite people. Theyre competitively priced and have a lot of cars back there. I got the 2004 Kia Optima (they had 2 of them, at least, today when I went) parts that I needed-- I had to remove them but-- mission accomplished, thanks to them-- this old Kia while drive again. And thanks for the Prince of Persia for XBox game that I found in the trunk, guys! Another win!!
